    @ThreeUK got to say the worst customer service ever, I lost my phone and I requested to to barred my phone and sent me proof of usage 3 weeks and still didn’t receive anything. Your member relationship team not doing what they promised #Disappointment

    @ThreeUKSupport I need to cancel my 5G hub. Have tried to do this 4 times. Am told that I can't cancel because it hasn't been ‘activated’. I've tried activating the hub many times, to no avail. Am stuck with a useless hub that I will soon start being charged monthly for. HELP!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Rebooting is pointless it's not that I can't connect, The fact is I can use either Orange ES and Movistar, the problem is that it will only use that for a few minutes at best then would switch back to a network that has rubbish Internet, why do you have multiple carriers anyway?
