Would like to keep it but business ( now sold ) leaving BT. Have had BT at home for 20 years. Surely must be possible???

They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a ยฃ18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?

They have a very swift verification process. And my calls usually take a maximum of 1-2 minutes. Love it. But then there are times I have to call @bt_uk โฆ. Or Thames water. FML!!!
