I also found that chaning my DNS for both v4 and v6 to 1.1.1.1 has massively reduced DNS errors, but there's still some problems

@bt_uk Another appointment missed due to @bt_uk failing to confirm with openreach. We now have an appointment in December which is a joke. Starting to re-consider tying myself into an 18 month contract if this is the service.
