@lynseyhipgrave1 @btsport @sjsidwell I think we know the answer to that one Lynsey. Our record is traditionally poor on Boxing Day anyway.

@bt_uk Thanks for the message, the reason I didn’t follow this up was because another member of the household spoke to BT customer service on the phone and since then everything has been okay.

@bt_uk Still no Internet… and it’s Wednesday, the day we were told our service would be restored by “at the latest”. When is close of play for your engineers?

@jamclarkey @markwilkinson1 @bt_uk So if the end user doesn’t require or want a more expensive fibre service They will be made to move as they will no longer have a phone service ? So if that’s the case would it be considered that they are being forced to a more expensive service just to have a home phone ?

@TinManVlogger @markwilkinson1 @bt_uk I believe the deployment strategy for Digital phones 1st moving those customers who are on a full fibre service. There's another Openreach programme that introduces copper stop sells when a fibre services becomes over 75% available. Meaning end users will need to move onto fibre

@bt_uk Please, why won’t you help my parents like you repeatedly say you will? My father has dementia, my mother has no idea what to do. You’re charging them £60-80 per month for a rip off tariff. You say you’ll send them account and tariff info so we can sort it, you never do.
