    @btbusinesscare I’ve already had 3 live chats & the problem wasn’t resolved, should have been sorted by 28/4, promised a call regarding status yesterday, not received. Can anyone come out ? It has been 9 days now

    @bt_uk been with you since January 12th since then I’ve had 7 failed orders, multiple wrong routers sent out and currently on my 11th week without service.

    On another note of bad Services. @VodafoneUK canceling TWICE in a row on the day of installation and with some questionable reasons. Absolute Bullshit! Anyone Know of any reliable internet providers? @bt_uk @TalkTalk what you guys saying?

    @bt_uk you promised to fix our Internet today and 1st thing this morning you said engineer was onsite. Now you say no one was onsite and can't be until tomorrow. Please could you immediately send an engineer to rectify as promised? Our contract is max of 24hrs to fix!

    Being told I’m going to have a 3rd cease and reprovide, no date for when the work will done and I should wait another 2 days just for an update. By then it’ll be day 80 with no internet and no solution. No better than where I was 11 weeks ago. @bt_uk @Ofcom

    @bt_uk If you provided customers with a good and reliable service that would be a great start. I've been without internet access for more than 24 hours, waiting for an engineer to arrive and your ridiculous Mini-Hub is, to put it mildly, crap.

    @bt_uk As we discussed in a DM, 15 minutes quickly became another 24 hours. And that’s now become this… Estimated fix time: Fri 07/05/2021 at 19:00. That will be ten days without Internet. And that pathetic Mini Hub still doesn’t cut it. Never without, unbreakable, rubbish!
