@bt_uk Your DM response doesn't help unfortunately as it's impossible to contact them by either phone or internet. Anyways, they won't be in, so if s/he arrives at 1pm they won't be there and they won't get in and it'll be a waste of BT's time. Thanks you your response!

@bt_uk Ive rescheduled the appointment myself to a more convenient date for myself. And managed to raise yet ANOTHER complaint. So that 2 by you and 1 by me. They can call me if they want to. But after this debacle, i know the moment Virgin is available, i'll be moving.

@bt_uk @AngelaRayson @bt_uk i sent you 6 messages and 2 DM's 4 hours ago and youve not responded to my messages. But your responding to message sent 30 mins ago? Thats customer service? Or is it because you know you failed. If you charge £30 for a callout your "expert" cancelled, i'll sue.

@bt_uk Great you answer calls, big deal how about sorting my reconnection. This is the 4 th time you've screwed it up, 1 initial confection, 2 moves and this return to you. That's 100 % failure rate. Even today's BT engineer lost their rag with you team. Truly crap service......
