  • TheGunnerNick Nick 🐺 (@TheGunnerNick) reported

@Markafc87 @bt_uk Mate, that’s terrible. Im sure with Sky, if the net goes down, they have a plug in dongle thing to the router that gives you 4G WiFi in the house

  • SurfMonkeyBeer SurfingMonkeyBrewery (@SurfMonkeyBeer) reported

@bt_uk recently told by by sales person that fibre to home is available in my area and the same price 29.99 as my 70mb package. Only then to be told the offer is only available for new customers. As a loyal customer this is disappointing and I would appreciate an explanation

  • Bruscot80 B (@Bruscot80) reported

@Lets_getcycling @bt_uk @ManCityCouncil Theyre doing it for the cash. Theyve got to account for years and years of bad decisions. Maybe if they stopped spaffing money on vanity fountains.

  • angeparker12 Angela Parker (@angeparker12) reported

@bt_uk Powerline adaptors. I've recently gotten new ones as my old ones stopped working. However the glitching is very bad and really disrupts our viewing. It has only started happening.

  • Pedro24031 Pete Francis (@Pedro24031) reported

@Markafc87 @bt_uk Left them over 10yrs ago after they screwed me. Never ever use them again.

  • ryannwalton RT Walton (@ryannwalton) reported

@bt_uk Hi, just says it's a broadband issue but it doesn't have a date and time as to when it'll be fixed...
