    @bt_uk False alarm, it was a nice neighbour dropping off a Christmas card - I saw an Openreach van down the road and assumed that you had actually done something!!

    @creativesheepuk @btsport My credentials are the same for both. But if you're a BT customer with another BT product you'll still be able to login on the web, but maybe not in the sport app if you dn't have Sport enabled. If sport is provisioned you'll use same credentials

    @bt_uk is this a joke? On Friday you finally fixed our internet then today we’re working from home quite happily and it goes off again? How can it be broken again already?!?!

    @bt_uk Avoid BT's Fibre Optic Smart Hub2. Since June 2020 NO broadband.Been using my own data. Received BT Mini Hub in Oct (BT didnt even offer this in June) Every wk they disconnect it 4 non payment, even though they promised us all payments are paused until issue resolved.

    @bt_uk why is the broadband always going out? There’s always issues here and especially through lockdown when we’ve been stuck at home and we can’t use the WiFi it’s very annoying. The neighbours using sky WiFi have been absolutely fine the entire time what is wrong with BT??

    @bt_uk More to the point, do you think it maybe the box? I’ve told you the problems and you’ve not mentioned it could be the problem, just me, but what do I know, you’re the experts. Told it maybe aerial, but happens on Sport too (streaming). The whole BT service is shocking

    @bt_uk help! Have been cut off from call with sales team 45 mins on hold today and 1 and a half hours on hold yesterday with no progress - running out of patience can you please call me back.

    @StephenBaysted @bt_uk if you dont get yr minimum guaranted speed, then you can exist from their contract. if you do ring expect to be cut off times until you give up. BT does not have time to resolve any issues.
