@bt_uk False alarm, it was a nice neighbour dropping off a Christmas card - I saw an Openreach van down the road and assumed that you had actually done something!!

@primevideosport sorry but your coverage of Premier League football is dreadful. Constant pause and awful quality. Nothing to do with my Internet; I watch sport on @SkySportsPL & @btsport without any of these issues. Don’t bid for contracts if you can’t fulfil them #unwatchable

@bt_uk It's not just slow speeds . I keep getting the blue, to orange/purple every five minutes (I'm not the only one either looking through Twitter) so basically I'm losing a promised service. Why promise a minimum speed that you're not accountable for? Also the mini hub is useless.

.. @EE Didn't seem to know what they were selling us, @bt_uk seem clueless how to solve it. Now looking at how to cancel contract and go back to @virginmedia. PEOPLE, DON'T FALL FOR THE GLOSSY ADVERTS. Wasted precious time and energy I haven't got trying to sort out this mess!!

@bt_uk Nah its OK, suffered your crap service for long enough, contract finishes end Jan, I'll be moving to a reliable service then, like many in this area have done already.

@bt_uk I’ve had an engineer out to check things a while ago. I’ve reported I’ve got slow speeds and the troubleshooter has said I’m not getting my minimal guaranteed speed so you tell me what type of engineer I need

Poor old #BTSport. I watched a bit of #theashes last night. But horror stories are not good at bed time, and I had to take a sleeping pill to nod off afterwards. #australia

@bt_uk all the hype around providing a Hub Mini to provide a backup to a failed broadband service… what a waste of time… on the fibre 900 service, Hub Mini is providing me 3 mbps versus 857 mbps #poorcustomerservice

@bt_uk Hi, if my internet keeps dropping out five or six times every 20 minutes, does that class as an outage in service, seeing as everything stops working when this happens?

@OpenreachHelp you damaged my property while installing fibre. @BTCare take zero responsibility and your only method of complaint has an “unexpected error”. How do I seek remedy please?

@domisatwit It’s not glitchy here and I have poor Wi-Fi usually. @primevideosport out performs the @btsport app for me every time on my tv
