  • SciencePlayUK SciencePlay (@SciencePlayUK) reported

    So why when we cancel our BT account are we charged for a period of contract yet energy you can cancel for a month, why is it any different? I have no extra service. Daylight robbery check your terms! @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness

  • simon_d_fenton Simon Fenton (@simon_d_fenton) reported

    I get so many robot sales calls on @BTCare landline & no amount of blocking works. Scammers have many BT numbers (all with STD codes - diff one each time). BT can't do anything to help. And yet... these numbers are allotted to scammers ... by BT! Bye bye landline.

  • queen_emjay EmJay💙 (@queen_emjay) reported

    @bt_uk @Tammah17 Absolute joke of a service

  • queen_emjay EmJay💙 (@queen_emjay) reported

    @Tammah17 @bt_uk As long as they’re getting money I’m not sure they care. At a time where people like yourself are working at home and making you unable to work. Time to go elsewhere. I will never use bt

  • clarescastle Clarissa Reilly (@clarescastle) reported

    @bt_uk No, + the colleague with whom I am organising has gone home in despair. We'll try again tomorrow. It ought to be possible, without publicly shaming companies on here, for customers to get something which resembles service. Especially when trying to spend money with you!

  • Tammah17 Tammah (@Tammah17) reported

    @bt_uk I have and have been promised a call back from a manager. I’m disgusted it has had to reach this point. Not your fault personally Luke but I shouldn’t have to make 7 phone calls and 4 engineer appointments, time out from my work day, to still have zero resolution.

  • MaraTime14 Mara Time (@MaraTime14) reported

    @bt_uk fix the Internet you **** houses. Raise my bills and this is what happens, I am going to charge you for my firms backup provider. Absolute circus of a company, BT More like bollocks.

  • NaomiLWood Naomi Langford-Wood (@NaomiLWood) reported

    @clarescastle @HMRCgovuk @bt_uk I know HMRC is appallingly badly organised and makes many errors. There should be some competition as it is a monopoly....

  • DavidSevern7 David Severn (@DavidSevern7) reported

    @clarescastle @bt_uk The trouble is many of them were incompetent before COVID. COVID seems just to have given them another excuse. BT is another to raise my blood pressure.
