@btbusinesscare after 14 years I cancelled my business broadband for a number of reasons. The absolutely horrendous customer service that I experienced. Now that I have cancelled I phone to get a refund for money owed to me. My old account no longer exists 😠

The issue was all of a sudden in their house and not on the line, you were due to come today, my 86 year old nan cancelled her first coffee morning since the pandemic to wait for you...you didn’t show @bt_uk

@bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

A lesson somewhere... BT contract with @OpenreachHelp who contract with Kelly’s, whose engineers are self employed. Today’s @bt_uk saga involved more than a dozen messages and emails, 9+ people, 5 hours waiting, 1.5 hours on the phone... and still no service.

.@bt_uk caused me to combust today. I was in tears on the phone with them after an hour trying to sort out my broadband and 7th person I spoke to. They are an utter outrage and their customer services stink. What I think of them is unrepeatable. They must be investigated.
