@bt_uk False alarm, it was a nice neighbour dropping off a Christmas card - I saw an Openreach van down the road and assumed that you had actually done something!!

@bt_uk Why does my Internet drop regularly, only in warmer months? I had the same issue last year. Unresolved. The same again this year and I'm working from home! Your engineers changed my socket and confirmed an external problem but never fixed it. I'm still paying you though!

@SmartCom_Net @bt_uk @ruskin147 I can say from experience this is the coolest way to be receiving these types of formal calls from bank/insurers/telephony providers - in 2021 there is no reason for big businesses to use (or fail to rectify) anonymous tech !

@bt_uk Your service has proved to be absolutely terrible, the minihub you supplied won't allow a laptop to connect to it, my wife has to now travel 60 miles to her parents to use Internet for work.. How much would it cost me to cancel BT

@bt_uk Details are useless you’ve given me. It’s a third party provider & you don’t get to speak someone. You leave a voice message & they email you a claim form. I want to register a complaint & get it dealt with promptly.

@btbusinesscare just spent 45 minutes trying to get someone to understand what a Hybrid Connect unit is and how it doesn't work. Eventually said they would send a replacement - email says they are sending a 4G assure kit! No one knows what the Hybrid Connect is.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but Don’t ever get BT broadband... @bt_uk complete joke of a company and their staff have about 3 brain cells between them #Cancelled only had my service a month and I feel like punching holes in my walls

@bt_uk absolutely terrible service! Had ongoing issues since December, still awaiting our line to be connected! Let down by engineers AGAIN from @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach after being promised over the past 4 weeks someone is coming out! Can’t believe how bad the service is!
