    @bt_uk We currently have @skytv but after a week of little to no signal, the sky engineers have confirmed it’s an issue with trees out issue of our garden so sky looks like a no go! We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

    Day 69 since I ordered broadband from @bt_uk and still no connection, no idea when there might be a connection, and another level of ‘escalation’ that doesn’t go anywhere from the BT support team who seem to think it’s ok to just ‘call back in 10 days with an update’. #BT

    @bt_uk After providing 5 dates in which this would be fixed do you not think you need to take a different approach that just updating things? The service is a joke. You provide no proactive updates at all.

    @bt_uk our bt broadband box is just flashing orange consistently with no changes, we’ve rang customer service and followed the instructions but still nothing, any help please?

    @bt_uk I'm a new customer and shocking service so far - 11 days without Broadband, 4 call-backs promised and never delivered. 2 engineer appointments booked and never showed. Hours on hold to get through to BT and no answers - what's going on?

    @bt_uk @dancresswell01 No not sorted, you were supposedto get this sorted by tomorrow. All i get is message from "trevor" saying same thing, they have done all that was requested,and it's still not working. Why are you wasting our time? Incompetent service received do you not know how to fix problem??
