    @bt_uk We currently have @skytv but after a week of little to no signal, the sky engineers have confirmed it’s an issue with trees out issue of our garden so sky looks like a no go! We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

    @bt_uk False alarm, it was a nice neighbour dropping off a Christmas card - I saw an Openreach van down the road and assumed that you had actually done something!!

    @bt_uk Bad picture, had the Ariel people out to sort signal problem, but after couple of days back to a bad picture, but saying strong signal strength. She rang you up and was put on hold then hung up, this happened a couple of times

    @bt_uk @D2tty this is what I’m dealing with. So you get the deal as easy as pie yet I’m on my third phone call of the day and not resolved, it’s like pulling teeth. For a communications company service today is horrendous

    @btsport need to get new pundit for Celtic game @JohnHartson10 is rapidly turning in our version of @alexrae1969, just a cheer leader with no value of opinion, same with strachan, although I honestly turn tv down or over when strachan is on, we need honesty instead of sycophants.

    @bt_uk BT in their infinite wisdom have decided to delete my mobile number, instead of the requuested deletion of my late partners number. This was "fixed" by Donna Stanley is executive customer resolution team 3 weeks ago but it seems not as phone disconnected today. Help!!!

    @bt_uk I would like to lodge a complaint with regard to your internet service. My 77 year old mum is a phone and broadband customer. From November 17th she has had no internet access. She reported it and was assured it would be sorted and an engineer would call.
