    @bt_uk We currently have @skytv but after a week of little to no signal, the sky engineers have confirmed it’s an issue with trees out issue of our garden so sky looks like a no go! We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

    @bt_uk False alarm, it was a nice neighbour dropping off a Christmas card - I saw an Openreach van down the road and assumed that you had actually done something!!

    @bt_uk @btopenreach no internet past 9 days and all the phone calls and time spend behind trying to get an engineer to sort out internet is in veins. 3rd day in row engineer is booked but no sign of internet or engineer. Worst experience!!!

    @bt_uk having major problems with my you view box since Thursday when we had 3 power cuts in one day, was fine til then. Now you view is stuck in a cycle of waking up- loading- waking up-loading. Been through all the usual set up connection stuff. I’ve got Covid cancer no tv😔

    @bt_uk thanks - it finally got locked due to suspicious activity, but it _really_ wasn't helped by your password tools being broken and by there being no publicised way to ask for an account to be locked.

    @bt_uk You need to sort your customer service out as after 46 years as a BT customer you are quite happy to loose my business all because of an error on your part !

    @daysoutinfo @bt_uk @EE Has similar last time my BT Broadband was up for renewal. Was cheaper to get same package with EE (who BT own). So low and behold they matched it when called to cancel!
