  @bt_uk Which what we should have been given in the first place. I am really shocked at the service, from a company that claims to provide unbeatable broadband. This is causing major issues as I work from home, I can’t work efficiently and our home systems are down, especially security

  @bt_uk after a year long argument with staff promising to change by bill date it has eventually been done but over 8 months I have racked up almost £80 in charges for an issue with your staff! Outrageous
