    @bt_uk False alarm, it was a nice neighbour dropping off a Christmas card - I saw an Openreach van down the road and assumed that you had actually done something!!

    @itvhubhelp No problems using Google chrome and iPad. @bt_uk , itv hub app is not working properly, iPlayer works fine .

    @bt_uk Would be having a relaxing day if my internet was working and I didnt have to wait a whole week for an engineer when I work from home with no sympathy or offer of a solution. Been with you 3 weeks and an absolute joke of a service so far after being assured it would be an upgrade

    @bt_uk your call handlers are extremely patient & helpful despite the ridiculously complex & convoluted processes you have in place. I do not have the time, energy or phone signal to list how appalling your service has been!!! 🤬🤬🤬

    @bt_uk " we are very busy at the moment" I have had the misfortune to need to call you 4x over the past fortnight and no matter what time or what day the same message and at least 20 min hold. Suggests you don't have enough staff. 2 wks for engineer is not acceptable service

    @bt_uk you need to sort out the WiFi problem that's going on in the UK @DowndetectorUK has reported that 90% I'd Internet and that's not looking good at all you haven't released anything about having issues so what's going on whenever mainly around evening is when my WiFi cuts

    @bt_uk They're still coming thick and fast. Is there a possibility of a human intervention to stop them? I will happily cancel the upgrade if that what it takes to end the pestering.
