    @bt_uk We currently have @skytv but after a week of little to no signal, the sky engineers have confirmed it’s an issue with trees out issue of our garden so sky looks like a no go! We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

    @bt_uk I’m having to deal with dad’s account because he has Alzheimer’s; I thought I’d sorted something out on Friday and was told a credit would be applied. This is not showing and when I call the guy won’t help me.

    @bt_uk Hi my father in law was due to have his service moved to his new build at the start of July but due to an issue with openreach this was delayed, When we originally arranged the move the agent told us 2/3 days after the service was moved we needed to call and get the 1of 2
