@bt_uk I used to have an old 1960s line that went from pole to front corner of house, down the side, through the wall and in to a cupboard in the hall. I want a new install in the same place, but can't check before ordering. Neighbours said they were not given any option on fitting.

@bt_uk Hi there, had no internet for a since yesterday now, plus connection kept dropping out for a couple of days before that, have got someone out tomorrow but can you advise of anything else in the mean time? Normally a top service from you so hopefully a one off !!!?

  • NiceEtoile Stormy Diane Messias (@NiceEtoile) reported

@btbusinesscare £40 as a 'late payment' charge?! And why aren't you upfront about that on the bill, instead of labelling it 'account-related services'? A charge isn't a service, is it? @BTBusiness #ripoffBritain

@bt_uk broadband installed yest. Hub on orange (no connection). Engineer thinks it's due to 'upgrade to the head unit'. Called up. Guy has booked engineer... for Tuesday. I need to know what the issue is and exactly what compensation I'm due before cool off period ends

  • bph73 Ben (@bph73) reported

@bt_uk Yeah, BT have increased my monthly bill for broadband because of inflation and their need to invest in their network. But prices for new customers haven't changed, doesn't seem like BT are treating their customers fairly. @TheFCA

  • zachary_garber Gregg Hickman (@zachary_garber) reported

@BridgnorthWolf @SkyUK @bt_uk My expectation of good customer service is big & Sky don’t give a **** & it gets worse the longer you stay with them. If I thought it would get even worse, I would’ve cancelled. They did nothing about reducing broadband speeds. They are already higher with our new provider.

  • mbulp1 m bulp (@mbulp1) reported

Dear @bt_uk @BTSopenreach. Aware Government has promised a massive Fibre Installation by 2026, Writing to request an investigation for FTTP to my premises (1/2 mile over open fields from existing network) as the current copper service is constantly breaking by tree damage. Pls DM

  • RichieUK_TTV Richie (@RichieUK_TTV) reported

@BTCare Hey! For over a year your website would only offer Fibre Essentials even though my line supports speeds of 73Mb (as I had this from you previously), your website is now letting me order Fibre 2 again, but says max speed is 50 down, 8 up, if my line supports higher 1/2
