@bt_uk We currently have @skytv but after a week of little to no signal, the sky engineers have confirmed it’s an issue with trees out issue of our garden so sky looks like a no go! We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

Made the incredibly stupid mistake of trying to switch broadband to @bt_uk and now they're trying to sell me a crappier connection for more money after cutting me off from previous supplier so am without internet for 2 weeks if I don't go with them

@btbusinesscare been waiting on a call back for over 24 hours, and that was the 5th time I've called this week. Still no internet connection and nobody interested in seeing whats went wrong with my order. Customer service used to be your strong point - what happened? #btbusiness
