@bt_uk On Tuesday I spoke with Teri Ann Howard and felt as I was getting somewhere unfortunately I have had no response from Ms Howard or a member of her team since then, possibly Ms Howard has been dismissed for showing a level of competence that shows the rest of you in a poor light

@bt_uk great news, got full fiber, bad news, no new Router, BT have only known about it since June, now no WiFi, might get the Router tomorrow, until then, no WiFi, couldn't even keep us on the old system until Router sorted, thought BT was good, second thought's now

I am absolutely disgusted with @bt_uk and @btsport My father died just over three weeks ago and when my Mam rang up to cancel the BT sport subscription they said there is a £359 cancellation fee. She is now down to one pension, money is tight. #btsport #disgusted

@WeAreOpenreach why have I been quoted £32,000 to install full fibre to our house?? Absolute bonkers… and no correspondence when this survey was done, or how this cost was calculated. Just a call from @bt_uk to ask if I want to proceed or cancel@our order. What happens now?

@bt_uk Seriously, you are my provider no? Or not for much longer! I could put an FOI into openreach to get the same info and wouldn't need to provide any details. No matter, I will call and add this to the already long list of a complaint I have open. 🤬
