@bt_uk False alarm, it was a nice neighbour dropping off a Christmas card - I saw an Openreach van down the road and assumed that you had actually done something!!

@bt_uk Thank you our reference number is VOL013-526428584735. It appears we are the only people in the village without super fast broadband even though the service point is in our garden. This has gone on too long and I want this resolved.

@bt_uk That’s no problem ..BT is aware of its ‘clever’ promotion. It was only by chance I questioned download results / expectations they advised no difference. Thanks for your reply.

@mikeincov @bt_uk The problem is all providers use the same network which is operated by Openreach. If Fibre wasn’t available with BT it won’t be available with another provider. But I’m interested to know...did the new provider give you faster speeds and if so who was it so I can switch please?

@bt_uk Not a single positive comment on here! My Broadband speed is awful, regularly have to wait to buffer things on Netflix, pages on Facebook or YouTube won’t load. Whenever I check the speed it’s below my guaranteed minimum and when I complain they just tell me the line has no fault

@bt_uk Spoken to them numerous times. They informed me that if an engineer comes out and agrees that the connection is poor then the contract will be cancelled. Engineer came out, reported to the loyalty team that the issue can’t be rectified yet still haven’t cancelled contract.
