Anybody find they are discriminated against by @bt_uk or is it just me? A loyal customer for 17 years yet **** all back. Maybe BT @MetroBank_Help can teach you a thing or two about proper genuine customer service .... you really could learn a lot from them

@bt_uk @Shad0wSh0tt Bullshit,,, I have been told for years,, BT will be upgrading poor, FTTC to FTTP,, It never happens. RURAL AREAS are being let down. When 5g finally get off the ground,, we will no longer need BT Open reach, or any land line. DO companies like BT really want to compete,,,???

@madebygoogle Yeah done all that. It’s a @btsport specific issue because a message appears on tv saying that I can’t cast to that tv anymore. Same for all other tv’s. I can cast anything else.

@bt_uk After the problems I have had all week from just renewing my contract, long phones calls to @bt_uk & still not sorted, waiting for a call back today to finally get things sorted, mistakes made by there operators on the phone, very poor customer service 😡
