@bt_uk Been waiting over 3 months to get Broadband connection in house in middle of large West Norfolk village. 5 fruitless appointments, had to cancel and re order due to BT inability to patch cabinets correctly. Total mess and no sign of getting connected any time soon…2023??

@bt_uk it’s a nightmare it will not let me log into sport to watch Liverpool.clicking on QR code and just does nothing,then go to do it online and it doesn’t connect to server,but on my phone on same Wi-Fi there is no problem

Just want to say @btsport are absolute thieves. Virtually never have UFC on PPV and can watch it all as part of your subscription and then a British title fight comes along and it’s PPV. But Edwards vs Usman last time which was a title fight wasn’t PPV. Scumbags.

@bt_uk I've just had my letter drop through the door, telling me my broadband is going up 14.4% to nearly£60 a month-@SkyUK and @VodafoneUK offering same service for half the price,bt do not want to know #btdontcare
