@bt_uk We currently have @skytv but after a week of little to no signal, the sky engineers have confirmed it’s an issue with trees out issue of our garden so sky looks like a no go! We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

@bt_uk haven’t had any internet to the house since the early hours of saturday morning! Someone drove into the connection box down the road! In a house where 5 people are working from home, it’s not very ideal. Your customer service provided no solutions whatsoever. Please sort!

@bt_uk Our contract says and we’ve always had speeds of 56. In the last year it has gone down and down. This current speed is unacceptable.

@bt_uk hi but its not my choice, im being forced to use the digital service, so the line will never be used or serviced again, by me or Bt, so you are forcing me to pay for somthing i don't and wont use ever again, forced by BT. think trading starndards is a good or ofcom is next.
