@bt_uk So you are sticking with your frankly criminal CPI + 3.9% then despite all the calls, including from the government, to re-think this? All while your service gets worse year on year. Well this is 1 customer who will be moving elsewhere when my contract ends

I dont think me my landlord or letting agent are at fault & have to say totally peed off that @bt_uk think it's acceptable to leave a customer with out broadband for 253 days. Perhaps I am just stupid thinking that's unacceptable and very poor customer service #btcustomerservice

I swapped my Sky fibre and TV over to @bt_uk last week. The hub is terrible. Cutting everything off on Monday and going back to Sky. Worst Internet I've ever experienced
