@bt_uk We currently have @skytv but after a week of little to no signal, the sky engineers have confirmed it’s an issue with trees out issue of our garden so sky looks like a no go! We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

Morning! Woke up to find the internet is down again, my @VOXI_UK 4G is more reliable than @bt_uk and I live in the countryside surrounded by farms and woods @SkyUK what deals you got for Sky tv customers? I’m done with BT at this point

@BTCare been waiting in all morning but no show from engineer, internet speeds below 8mbps and constant dropping out for months, really poor show and no way to speak to anyone to chase up the fault, definitely want a refund for the service I'm not getting!

@bt_uk I’m so dissapointed in BT. No internet since last Weds 14th July. The first engineer was booked for Friday 16th & never came. Rebooked for this morning and again no one arrived. Rebooked for tomorrow but I have no confidence anyone will come. Please can someone help me?

@bt_uk Not had internet/phoneline since Friday night.spoken to someone on the phone,Was reassured the problem would be fixed by 8this morning but it’s still not working.Was told we’ll receive an EE box in the post but until then we have nothing!When will this actually be fixed?

@bt_uk cant believe not only is my fibre service crap... iv checked..and ya still not got 5g in bognor regis.... literally the masts are on fitzlette flats roof.... its disgusting how bognor regis is left in the dark...but yet all operators still have the cheek to advertise 5g

@bt_uk We had our FTTP installed last week however we are still yet to receive a signal. We haven't heard anything from you about this being sorted? So what's happening??
