Have to say @bt_uk call centre are 💩. This week had an elderly customer who couldn’t remember her email password or her security questions (likely set incorrectly) so she calls BT who refuse to help at all. Guess to be hired by BT you have to have a zero IQ and no logic!

@TheAthleticFC @PJBuckingham If I were to subscribe to BT sports it would increase my sky package by 50% I currently get sky's whole package so I fail to see the value for money of BT. @btsport make it cheaper and you'll have more subscriptions, thus making you more money than you are now.
