@bt_uk We currently have @skytv but after a week of little to no signal, the sky engineers have confirmed it’s an issue with trees out issue of our garden so sky looks like a no go! We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

@BTCare Ok thanks for all your help. We are going round in circles. It was working up until my mobile was transferred over to EE which I wasn't happy with ever since then my BT app has t worked. It's a problem your end.

Why is one of the biggest phone companies @bt_uk teaming with CRAP @NOWTV everytime I try and watch something on #nowtv it craps out and have to start again #bt just let nowt go under the platforms crap and the shows are on other sites

Hi @bt_uk, I signed up for a monthly sports pass and have been unable to cancel it online since. It auto-renews at an increased price on Thursday, so really need it sorting by then please.
