    @bt_uk False alarm, it was a nice neighbour dropping off a Christmas card - I saw an Openreach van down the road and assumed that you had actually done something!!

    @mcpeake_mark @bt_uk Lucky you. I’ve had the same problems, going From 69mbps to 0.50-5mbps. Absolutely shocking. Got all new wiring put in last year and still the same problem

    @btsport I’m having trouble with app, the commentary sounds such poor quality it’s coming out like fuzzy nonsense how do I mute it and keep the stadium sounds? Amazon prime used to do it and it made the viewing experience a million times better
