@bt_uk disgraceful service! Phone off since 18/08 with estimated return of service 06/09. Working from home no petty refund will compensate for the potential loss of business.

  • Merrittable Colin Merritt (@Merrittable) reported

@bt_uk I have been on hold to you for 15 minutes having to listen to awful nightclub music. How do I get through to you? I am not a happy customer right now!!

  • wulfrum74 Archy (@wulfrum74) reported

@bt_uk Thank you I have already been compensated recently for a similar outage a few weeks ago. Roll on end of contract so I can get a more reliable service

  • Jill66024 Jill Crooks (@Jill66024) reported

@bt_uk I seem totally unable to raise a complaint or get heard by your organisation - support lines don't support and no email address. Resorting to writing an actual letter to communicate with you! please can you confirm who I address it to?

  • Schnooper1 Snoopy 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Schnooper1) reported

@bt_uk Not good if you have Internet that is slow or drops out. Same with Sky Q

  • flyingyardarm Chris Barratt (@flyingyardarm) reported

@bt_uk what is happening broadband is getting slower, prices going up, a package sold that you can not service and Sky offering at £30 per month cheaper. Fibre installed but no one knows when it will be available... a poor customer offering
