@bt_uk We currently have @skytv but after a week of little to no signal, the sky engineers have confirmed it’s an issue with trees out issue of our garden so sky looks like a no go! We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

@Kazzaa_24 Hi, I am so sorry to hear this. If you pay rental for your service with another supplier they will raise an issue with the Openreach engineers for you. Your supplier should be able to confirm this for you. We and @BT_UK can only access BT customer accounts. I hope this helps.

@bt_uk I think it’s shameful and abusing the customer relationship to tie tech support on a product I am paying for to signing up for a new contact. That’s mafia style racketeering. Is this BT standard operating procedure? I shall be referring the tactic to @Ofcom

@bt_uk Thanks, James. Broadband still spotty and dropping constantly. The advisor on the phone initiated that BT would not help fix the problem because I am “out of contract” and the only way to ensure quality broadband was to sign up for a new router with a 24 mos contact.

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach Well 6 months 14 Days and still no service Jo from BT inExecutive Customer Resolutions has been no help except to stop them taking money each moth for no service at all they could pay back the money taken last 6 months AS Always all Talk NO Action **** !!!
