    If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

    So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

    @DalaiPalmerMCR @btsport Keown was calling the ref all night.both of em were saying how PSG were defending with 6 at the back, at home. If Norwich had defended like that against us and won 2-0 they would praise them. Chill. We never really threatened and when we did Donarumma was a match.

    @btbusinesscare I'm in contact now with a manager, but openreach is a problem not forfilling the work as normal , this is not the 1st it's happened they did this to my shop as well :( this is costing me work

    @bt_uk still having problems with intermittent dropouts looks like i will have to book an engineer for the second time in a pandemic. Am currently on phone in a queue and it looks like you are very busy. Infrastructure cant handle a lockdown.

    @bt_uk 1/2 absolutely disgusting service from @BTLocalBusines1 . During this difficult time v r trying hard 2 manage & run our business of providing training instead of closing down. but BT can't b bothered 2 move our leaseline which v r paying for every month. @bt_uk

    @bt_uk have waited over an hour to speak to someone on the phone for help. My internet keeps dropping and the signal is poor in all rooms. To the point where we use our mobile data instead of our WiFi. Can this be sorted?

    @bt_uk ...saying my services are all fixed. I told them NOBODY came to fix anything & I still had no services! They have booked ANOTHER engineer visit for the 12th January! My daughter's panicking as she's in her last year of school &using her mobile which is running out of Data!

    @JohnBishop100 😡 And they turned down the offer from @bt_uk of cheap broadband for disadvantaged kids, because they couldn’t work out how to distribute the offer to them. As long as their kids are ok though right?! That’s the main thing after all
