Thankful that @bt_uk have contacted me, know there’s a problem with my internet - and someone’s coming Weds afternoon to sort it (dropping out/slow) - I hope! Engineer may be able to fix outside, but may have to come in - in PPE. V friendly Olga organising on the phone.

@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@bt_uk Ello, some guy came to fix someone’s WiFi over the road, went up the pole sorted some wires - our internet went off for 5 minutes and we’ve gone from 65 down and 20 upload to 6 down 6 up... 😒 whats happening.

@bt_uk all my wires work in the test socket but it doesn’t once the cover is back on master socket 5c engineer is complaining it’s the wires not the socket therefore not his problems which is not right
