Placed my order for superfast fibre on 31-7-19 and system keeps rejecting my order. Date for install keeps getting put back and getting through to someone on phone is impossible. Order Ref: BT6V95ML.

SoddenGecko 🦎 (@SoddenGecko) reported@bt_uk The lights on the hub are orange, and rebooting it won't solve the issue as the fibre box is not receiving any light from the head-end (PON failure). The fault won't be cleared until the PON light goes green.
