    I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

    @bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

    @btsport bt sport hasn't been working properly for weeks in the Bournemouth area and now it isn't working at all im done with arguing and paying extra for a service im not getting when my contract is up in February ill be leaving and looking for a new provider

    @bt_uk Look into the old accounts and see yourself..no explanations given just cancelled twice. Service stopped. Then requiring next payment account closed 6 oct both complaints stopped by you. No reason given. Data request for deletion stopped as still a customer.

    @btsport Ridiculous that in these terrible times that companies want to take more money off people with PPV… we already pay too much for BT sport… Most of the big events are now PPV wrestling, boxing, UFC so the average person can’t afford to watch them

    @bt_uk seriously ****** off that when i joined BT Mobile just now, the only way to get the new SIM working was to wipe all network settings INCLUDING WIFI AND BLUETOOTH! I told your this was a big deal but was assured there was no other way 🤬

    @bt_uk I switched to Sky on the 25th August, and BT still took my direct debit in September. My account still shows open, and my next bill date is tomorrow. Despite 2 calls to BT to sort I'm still none the wiser. Please point me to someone with the ability to sort this simple issue?
