@bt_uk so not only is my internet down and no engineer available for a week, I also find out I’ve not been getting the speed I’ve been paying for. Thanks, not sure how I’m going to work from home with no internet for the rest of the week!

@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.
