So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

Ten mins on hold to @bt_uk who transfer me to @EE. To pass security I have to give the amount of my last EE bill. The customer service agent doesn’t seem to understand that I don’t have a last bill as I haven’t switched yet. Puts me on hold for 37 mins and then drops the call

Back on the phone to @bt_uk who advise that as the switch hasn’t happened just to stay on my @bt_uk plans instead to avoid any hassle. Also they have never heard of an esim before so can’t really help.

Over 48 hours since the issue was first reported, informing the workmen that returned Monday AM there was a problem, they reported it to their boss and said it’d be resolved soon, I’ve still not heard a thing from @bt_uk ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING service.
