@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

Thank you @bt_uk Had an issue today with no internet access. Sent a DM to them who identified the fault, offered to send out new hub and activated mini hub so can continue to have access in the meantime. Hopefully can work from home tomorrow!

@BTCare the issue affecting smart hub 2 owners with devices on different frequencies (2.4ghz Vs 5ghz) is stopping my phone talking to my printer. When will the fixed firmware be implemented? Wished I'd stuck with my last router this one has been nothing but terrible I'm afraid!

@bt_uk Hi, my fault is under investigation by Openreach REIN team. Has been ongoing for 3 months. I just wanted others to know about bad Halo3+ experience has been. Sounds like other people having problems too.
