    @bt_uk We had our router replaced a month or 2 ago as our internet was cutting out 20 times a day. We have now had it cut out 10 times in the last 2 days. Why is this happening again?!

    @bt_uk Hi. I had btsport 3 on my phone but it 'stuttered' for a bit. However, all now seems ok. I was on webchat & chat person said had many complaints re same issue.

    @bt_uk it’s really poor when you phone for help and the call centre yell at you and when you ask to speak with a manager they hang up. Come on BT train your staff better.

    @bt_uk Your customer service team member today was patronising, preaching policies, and exclaimed im a 3rd party account holder. Over many years I have always been able to make enquiries on our account. A 30 min call turn into a headache, I was refused a manger unrealistic complaint ❓

    Not gonna lie, @bt_uk really is utter dross. *Every* week we lose of connection. Thank God we are out of contract and can move on. Simply ******* awful company. Don’t bother responding with helpful-sounding tweets. Anyone who chooses you as their provider is insane.

    @bt_uk BT U go on about let’s help people reconnect so there not lonely this Christmas! My Disabled Nan has been left with no phone for 11 days now because some reason you’ve cancelled 4 orders. Disgusting service. No communication. U promised it would be connected yesterday. 😡

    Finally ditching @bt_uk after 6 years. Example: movie we are watching has stalled five times in the last 30 mins. Although got to admit @skytv aren’t covering themselves in glory. But who would be mad enough to believe BT’s ridiculous TV adverts: absolutely **** service.

    @bt_uk But @bt_uk this is the issue, I spoke to Mcaffee yesterday and they are clear that I need BT support for the products supplied by BT and even gave me the phone number! The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

    @bt_uk my wireless signal has dropped out yet again- the light on the Hub is blue but there is no signal in my house. New hub due tomorrow to replace the one you sent last week. It’s getting really really tedious now.

    @BT_UK are of absolutely no help whatsoever. I have been having internet problems for almost the entirety of the pandemic. Their phone app does not work, their call lines are unresponsive and their go-to to 'solve' problems is either vaguely tell you that they're "running tests"-
