    Finally ditching @bt_uk after 6 years. Example: movie we are watching has stalled five times in the last 30 mins. Although got to admit @skytv aren’t covering themselves in glory. But who would be mad enough to believe BT’s ridiculous TV adverts: absolutely **** service.

    @bt_uk Your customer service team member today was patronising, preaching policies, and exclaimed im a 3rd party account holder. Over many years I have always been able to make enquiries on our account. A 30 min call turn into a headache, I was refused a manger unrealistic complaint ❓

    @bt_uk We had our router replaced a month or 2 ago as our internet was cutting out 20 times a day. We have now had it cut out 10 times in the last 2 days. Why is this happening again?!

    @bt_uk Long litany of failures, broken promises, endless calls with call centres. Ditched you for @skytv who are almost as bad. All big corporations are just dreadful these days though. Chasing the lowest cost possible. It’s not just you though. I despise most of them now.

    @bt_uk BT U go on about let’s help people reconnect so there not lonely this Christmas! My Disabled Nan has been left with no phone for 11 days now because some reason you’ve cancelled 4 orders. Disgusting service. No communication. U promised it would be connected yesterday. 😡

    I actually wonder if the directors of these shitfest companies actually know how truly dreadful it is to be a customer? I’m once wrote a 5 page letter and posted it to the Chairman of @bt_uk. I explained exactly what it was like.

    @btbusinesscare I don’t know why we pay the money we do for our business line when we have so much problem with our internet and phone lines! Without internet and phones again! Been without since 14th aug and cant get an engineer until 5th September!

    Not gonna lie, @bt_uk really is utter dross. *Every* week we lose of connection. Thank God we are out of contract and can move on. Simply ******* awful company. Don’t bother responding with helpful-sounding tweets. Anyone who chooses you as their provider is insane.

    @bt_uk Hi. I had btsport 3 on my phone but it 'stuttered' for a bit. However, all now seems ok. I was on webchat & chat person said had many complaints re same issue.

    @bt_uk But @bt_uk this is the issue, I spoke to Mcaffee yesterday and they are clear that I need BT support for the products supplied by BT and even gave me the phone number! The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

    @henrylaane @btsport I know the signal comes and goes between WRC feed and the cameras, but they lost the connection to WRC altogether. The screen went red, then just showed the BT Sport logo.

    @bt_uk it’s really poor when you phone for help and the call centre yell at you and when you ask to speak with a manager they hang up. Come on BT train your staff better.

    @bt_uk No problem will do that after work today. Maybe you should do some further training with staff and explain to customers you might have to change dates even to stop others wasting time like myself.

    @bt_uk I have recently upgraded my WIFI with yourselves and have booked a day of work so the engineer can visit the house to fit it. Just received an email and use have changed the date without informing myself? This is very poor customer service as I am unable to be of that day

    @btsport I’ve checked the site The issue isn’t the site, the issue is the actual EPG on Sky boxes differs from what you are saying. And as it’s the EPG that the box uses to record etc then the info on the site is pretty much useless if you don’t push the correct data to the EPG

    @bt_uk I was using BT chat and was cut off. It was found my BT hub was faulty so sending replacement. Two of us working from home and WiFi unreliable and slow. But said sending same router as smart hub 2 is best for mesh systems? Could we really not have the smart hub 2?

    Oh @bt_uk I’ve given you 4 chances to connect me as a customer switching from Virgin. Should’ve been connected a month ago and order was placed weeks before that. Just sharing my experience for anyone else thinking of switching; BT aren’t up to it and cheaper deals elsewhere too

    @bt_uk you've sent me an email saying you're closing my complaint. You've only tried to get in touch with me once despite putting in my records you've tried on 2 previous occasions. Only warned me you were going to call by text minutes before you did. In work so couldn't answer
