@aceofherts5 @SkySports @btsport Was on hold for over hour to sky other day to give my notice on sports. Only one you can't cancel online funny enough! Had to give up in the end, which is what they want annoyingly. Will try again later. Selfish money grabbing....

Finally ditching @bt_uk after 6 years. Example: movie we are watching has stalled five times in the last 30 mins. Although got to admit @skytv aren’t covering themselves in glory. But who would be mad enough to believe BT’s ridiculous TV adverts: absolutely **** service.

Not gonna lie, @bt_uk really is utter dross. *Every* week we lose of connection. Thank God we are out of contract and can move on. Simply ******* awful company. Don’t bother responding with helpful-sounding tweets. Anyone who chooses you as their provider is insane.

@bt_uk Your customer service team member today was patronising, preaching policies, and exclaimed im a 3rd party account holder. Over many years I have always been able to make enquiries on our account. A 30 min call turn into a headache, I was refused a manger unrealistic complaint ❓

Stopped the problem, until subsequent times they did temp repairs & again left cover off afterwards...Different engineer each time; no history of fault ever passed on 🙄 Worst firm in Europe

@alisonleary1 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp First 7 were down to Openreach twice digging thru their own BT landline cable!! when laying Br'band cable a mile away. They kept omitting to put manhole cover back after temp repairs, so every time it rained ...Then also eventually found cable rubbing against trees nearer to home

@btsport - At the start of every month i pay my monthly bill. In the middle of the month you switch us off saying our bill hasn't been paid when my account shows it has been paid. This is happening often. What will you do about it?. Tired of paying for a service i'm not getting.
