    Please can you sort out the issues with the WiFi and YouView box @bt_uk I’ve. It been able tousle my TV since Tuesday. I’ve rebooted the box 4 times and keep getting error code YVM302. The WiFi isn’t great either. #BTTV #IDontNeedThis

    Clearly the continuing high winds up here is adding to the risk, and if the cable snaps I imagine it creates a very real safety issue for pedestrians - plus of course my service is being disrupted all the while @bt_uk

    Thankful that @bt_uk have contacted me, know there’s a problem with my internet - and someone’s coming Weds afternoon to sort it (dropping out/slow) - I hope! Engineer may be able to fix outside, but may have to come in - in PPE. V friendly Olga organising on the phone.

    @SkyHelpTeam internet issues remain now for 12 days. I was told 3-5 days. I can’t use UHD package to its full use nothing will download. Partner working from home struggling to do his job. Poor service from you sky passing me onto @bt_uk openreach, having updates (1/2)

Sky sport I managed to cancel on line with no problem at all.

    @bt_uk By mini connectors. They don't work. The WiFi in the house isn't too bad, I could watch ufc on my phone but through the bt box it doesn't work.

    @bt_uk My father is vulnerable and recovered from cancer so the internet is a real life line! Hours spent on the phone. How can no one help them ? With Christmas coming this is how they will stay connected with everyone. I am DISGUSTED. 2/2

    @bt_uk Hi. Have been locked out of BT Yahoo email account as there had been 'Suspicious activity' & it won't let me log back in without a 4 digit code. The only way I can get this code is via an email...!! And can't log into the email account, so can't see the 4 digit code. Help?
