    @Martainho21 @btsportfootball Me too plus he’s not biased . Like now Liverpool are on and can’t listen to McManaman as it’s just too one sided . I’m a city fan but I think Gary Neville is also good as he says it as it is . @btsport is on the whole terrible for pundits .

    Hey @bt_uk there is a line fault at my mother in law's in CW7 3 (winsford). Her emergency call button is connected to line. Can you prioritise this fault if possible? Thanks!

    @bt_uk Nobody else games or owns a desktop so I'm not sure tbh. It's been a common issue for a while. I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

    @bt_uk we have representation for our neighbour. his phone is not working. BT are aware. BT said they would sort & if an engineer was needed it would be sorted by today. we have had no contact. he is 90yo without his phone line.

    @bt_uk Terrible customer service, my friend has just moved home with her mother who has dementia, her father has Covid and you are ignoring her! She’s been told now you can’t connect her broadband for weeks. What about her job?! #disgrace
