@bt_uk we have representation for our neighbour. his phone is not working. BT are aware. BT said they would sort & if an engineer was needed it would be sorted by today. we have had no contact. he is 90yo without his phone line.

@Martainho21 @btsportfootball Me too plus he’s not biased . Like now Liverpool are on and can’t listen to McManaman as it’s just too one sided . I’m a city fan but I think Gary Neville is also good as he says it as it is . @btsport is on the whole terrible for pundits .

@bt_uk Nobody else games or owns a desktop so I'm not sure tbh. It's been a common issue for a while. I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

@bt_uk Thanks David, but i don't think it is my ps4 works fine with BT Sport has I've had to use that for the time being. My ps5 works fine with sky and netflix. It would appear it is a BT Sports issue/ app issue. As i said it appears a number of othef ps5 users are experiencing this

@bt_uk No I rebooted my BT TV box. Thus issue started 3 days ago and only applies to the All4 app for catch-up purposes. I can access BBC iPlayer and ITV hub fine using our BT TV box. The only way at present for me to access All4 on demand on my iPhone and stream to the TV
