@Luke__W__ @btsport BT is a shocking company lad. Daily threats of losing your job if targets arnt met, no real support other than shouting team leaders and pushed to oversell to people who don't need it and can't afford it. Plus they would take your commission off you for anything.

Fuming! In feb we switched to Sky broadband from @bt_uk and have had no issues with the Sky service since then and have been paying them for their services. BUT BT are still trying to bill us as well! Sort it out @BTCare
