@bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

Rick Owen (@RickVNasties) reported from Liverpool, England
@bt_uk I had an appointment booked to have my internet installed today between 8-1. No communication to say the engineer was going to be late and I can’t get through on the number provided. Is anyone there to help?!

@bt_uk I’ve been trying to contact BT for the last 3 consecutive days - unable to get hold of anyone and end up putting the phone down cos of the potential call charges. Is there any way I could live chat with someone to process my changes?

Steve Aspinall (@SteveyAsp) reported from Queensferry, Wales
Anyone who has a BTSport contract coming to an end….Make sure you ring them and check near the date of ending/renewal….I called to cancel mine and they said I had a £300 fee to pay as it was in contract and I’d agreed a new deal 2 days ago…..Which of course I hadn’t
-
Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England
@bt_uk I’ve been on to your call centre as the service isn’t what we were promised at the time of buying. We were promised good enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs but this claim was extremely optimistic and far from the truth.
-
Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England
@bt_uk Two teenagers and my wife works from home but was assured at the time that this wouldn’t be an issue. I honestly don’t think with the best will in the world there’s anything you can do other than help me leave earlier.

@btsportfootball @btsport must admit, the crowd noise does help. Wasn’t keen on the idea but it’s sounds good. You forget after a while there aren’t actually any fans there.
-
Rebecca Griffiths (@becsgriff) reported from Ruthin, Wales
@btsport any chance of answering the phone so I can cancel this is ridiculous
-
Jon H (@jonh64) reported from Garston, England
@OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.
-
Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England
@bt_uk I’ve been through this with your support Dept but they just say you are getting the 13M/bs (yes that was 13M/bs in 2020) we promised. Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

Paul (@Bumpydogo) reported from Liverpool, England

Are you ******* kidding me. I moved to @bt_uk less than a month ago to get an ay from the constant outages from virgin media but they've been even worse. 4 broadband outages tonight alone. One month into a 24 month contract this **** is unacceptable.

garethpretty (@garethpretty) reported
Strange how my connection manages Netflix, Prime, Disney+, bbc iPlayer and others with no problem. But as soon as @btsport get involved there’s an absolute collapse of anything like a decent product. Simply not worth the money (not cheap) that I have to pay to watch my team.
