  Brilliant @bt_uk scam, I mean poor systems. Existing BT consumer moving house to a BT serviced property. No problem; 3 days max says @bt_uk, oh, can’t find the address of other property in our system (the one they bill and provide the service to) so pay £75 as a new install.

  @knackersakki @mitchmi09009371 @bt_uk So I've had replies saying he got lots of critisism and others saying he got none as all that mattered was that he scored. How badly he took the penalty has no bearing on anything. Comes across like there's a section of fans who don't support the team unless they're winning.

  Apparently an electricity problem has blown our area's internet and they might have to dig up the street to fix it. Anyone who knows me knows this is some of the worst news I could receive. (@bt_uk system was utterly clueless too, which was really helpful.)

  @measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad,hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done,they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't
