Gregg Aston (@baldy100) reported from Gorebridge, Scotland@bt_uk Disappointing service again from BT. Nothing but hassle from the start and terrible coverage from router. 21 days since complaint email has been sent which has gone unanswered. Called today and found very unhelpful and only interested in selling further products. Avoid.
-
Mikey Inglis (@MikeyInglis) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@btsport why do you cut out all promotion content, even for @WWENetwork, with your annoying logo and music. No need for it and disturbs the flow of the programme.
-
Kathryn Donnelly (@K_J_Donnelly) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandAbsolutely ridiculous @bt_uk that you expect customers to accept not having broadband for 8 days whilst @scotgov ask us to #WFH without any complaint. #EH4 #Stockbridge
-
Chris Highcock (@chrishighcock) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@bt_uk did the storm last night take down #broadband in #Edinburgh If so when will it be back?
-
Steven Grant (@Stegadoris) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@bt_uk No, I haven't. Can you provide their details? There isn't an issue with the phone lines but the recent wind up here in Edinburgh has the branches bashing of the lines, so it's only a matter of time before the branches snap the wires, hence I'm trying to take preventive measures.

Clemfandango 🏴🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ (@intergeri) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@mitchmi09009371 @bt_uk Kane's penalty against Denmark was pretty **** as well yet he didn't get the backlash these players got.
-
Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@stevegoodman @bt_uk @virginmedia I’ve given up on VM they’ve been the only fibre in the area for years and their service has gone from ok to bad to worse. Working from home was proving challenging. Teams would always say poor network quality
-

Keith Duncan (@Keithduncan47) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@bt_uk Thanks Lesley. Unfortunately the issue has been going on for over 10 years now. It’s quite frankly gone beyond a joke. To add insult to injury a new school is being built in front of me and has already have fibre installed as have all the flats around us.
-
Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Currie, ScotlandAll the old @virginmedia equipment has been disconnected and unplugged! It’s been like night and day getting @bt_uk #fttp installed, so far 10 families in my street have moved away from VM... that’s what you get for poor customer service
-
Colin Lundie (@gongthegoalie) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@btsport it’s actually btsport 1 that I have the problem on.

Chris Osborne 🏴 #SNP #indyref2 (@shwadywaddyday) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandDo I even want to know how much our goverment is funding these works that @bt_uk are claiming for upgrading the network.
-
Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Currie, Scotland@MakeDigitalWork @virginmedia I feel your pain! They provide such a poor service, with poor equipment and poor support. Holding them in breach of contract now as they are not providing what I am paying them for, cancelling and getting fttp with @bt_uk installed in 2 weeks
-
Chris Osborne 🏴 #SNP #indyref2 (@shwadywaddyday) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@bt_uk Thanks I guess only time will tell with that. Incompetence from 7 days prior to instal on 10th Jan, and now just over 3 weeks since then. The visit before install should have addressed all these issues. Prior to changing me to a more expensive service. I want the equipment out.
-
Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandNew @bt_uk #fttp been in for a few days... what have I noticed so far, no drop outs, Wi-fi calling working decent internet speeds and general decent service unlike @virginmedia

-
shullup it worked out (@ClarkeDdmthe1st) reported@bt_uk now being told there’s a area fault that will take a week to fix?! A WEEK. Forget using this service and forget using @EE as providers. No urgency at all. Pathetic
-
Sir Rob the skiving. #LBFB (@scruffiness) reported@BTBusiness @btbusinesscare , Our broadband is out, I can’t raise a fault through your website, and I can’t find a phone number to ring. Why do you think this service is worth over a £100pcm?!
-
wynne carter 🔶#FBPE🇺🇦 (@gvs368) reported@bt_uk been with BT for years and waiting patiently for FTTP. The checker finally went to "we're building in your area now". In May Openreach replied to their customer fibre form it would be "available in 6 to 8 weeks". Now fresh enquiry says "plan has been cancelled". Loyalty?
-
Amit (@Amit72191182463) reported@btbusinesscare I have a BT business connection for the last 2years where my contract was ending on 6th August, 2026. I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a £18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?
-
Mini67!x (@jellywellys99) reported@bt_uk I've spoken to them and like I said they ended the call because I can't see txt message or read bank card due to being partially sighted-please get a manager to call me or I'm happy to cancel my contract I was told by would be simple so far its been very stressful

John (@palacejohn) reported@bt_uk My mother is 93 years old and landline is her only means of communication and it is not working . How can I arrange for this to be addressed ?
-
alex (@Alex_CK2) reported@BT_UK My parents been without WiFi for 3 days. They were told it was billing issue despite paying and having proof. Today my mum was passed between 5 people, blaming either billing or a copper wire switch. No fix, no warning, despite paying hundreds each month. Awful service.
-
Mini67!x (@jellywellys99) reported@bt_uk charging a partially sighted customer £3 for a large print paper bill after telling customer it's a free service for visually disabled customers #DISGRACEFUL then when customer calls up to query call cut short because they can't see a code in text and can't read bank card
