There isn't an issue with the phone lines but the recent wind up here in Edinburgh has the branches bashing of the lines, so it's only a matter of time before the branches snap the wires, hence I'm trying to take preventive measures.

Incompetence from 7 days prior to instal on 10th Jan, and now just over 3 weeks since then. The visit before install should have addressed all these issues. Prior to changing me to a more expensive service. I want the equipment out.

To add insult to injury a new school is being built in front of me and has already have fibre installed as have all the flats around us.

Then will leave me with no service whatsoever. It was bt that emailed me back in December to anounce I could now get fiber. I hope who ever calls tommoro is fully autherized to financially fix this.

Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced a service as bad.
