@btsport BT sports need to follow Sky’s lead and let customers pause their payment UFN all I got when I phoned was it’s not our fault we’re waiting on a decision from the SFA. They said I could cancel BUT I’d have to pay to get out of the contract, Come on BT get a grip.

@bt_uk why aren’t you letting customers pause BT sports like sky have. I was told I could cancel but would have to pay out the contract. Your not providing the service we signed up for so why are you still taking our money. Come on BT do the right thing! And answer our question!

Brilliant @bt_uk scam, I mean poor systems. Existing BT consumer moving house to a BT serviced property. No problem; 3 days max says @bt_uk, oh, can’t find the address of other property in our system (the one they bill and provide the service to) so pay £75 as a new install.

@bt_uk The problem is that We don’t have a landline so we don’t know the number to put in and check. We ran the diagnostic through the laptop which told us we needed to call.... I gave up after spending 40 mins on hold and getting nowhere. Not very impressed tbh.

@bt_uk Disappointing service again from BT. Nothing but hassle from the start and terrible coverage from router. 21 days since complaint email has been sent which has gone unanswered. Called today and found very unhelpful and only interested in selling further products. Avoid.

@bt_uk My sim only details say 4g extra speed but when I got it last year I did so after being told I'd get 5g and I've never had that. Why is this? I'm coming up to renewal and will leave if I can't have 5g on my 5g phone.

@bt_uk my router was put in my bedroom as the engineer was too lazy to put it where it would be most effective. My Wi-Fi signal is 22mbps when it's meant to be 560mbps minimum. How do I get an engineer out to put my router in a more practical place. FTTP doeant seem so great

Elderly parents BT phoneline breaking down repeatedly for 6months meaning my mother who has cancer potentially missing phone consultations with her doctors. Do @bt_uk fix the problem? No they tell them to sign up to priority fault line. @bt_uk is a DISGRACE

@bt_uk Still in limbo. Basically they said for my daughter to order a landline ( which she doesn’t need) the cancel it within 14 days so the line turns to a gold service??? Does that make sense? Sounds daft to me…..!
