Your not providing the service we signed up for so why are you still taking our money. Come on BT do the right thing! And answer our question!

They said I could cancel BUT I’d have to pay to get out of the contract, Come on BT get a grip.

Incompetence from 7 days prior to instal on 10th Jan, and now just over 3 weeks since then. The visit before install should have addressed all these issues. Prior to changing me to a more expensive service. I want the equipment out.

No problem; 3 days max says @bt_uk, oh, can’t find the address of other property in our system (the one they bill and provide the service to) so pay £75 as a new install.

Customer centric? You are having a laugh BT!
