-

-
Ethan Keating (@TheParagram) reportedSo the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense

Mark Llewellyn (@markll64) reported@bt_uk Your email security is blocking access to the mail server as it suspects the network I’m on… works sometimes, then stops, change network and it’s a lottery if it works or not… I’ve setup a forward to gmail
-
Faye Carter (@FayeLcarter) reported@bt_uk I've since been booted off the chat, had a text to say a complaint has been raised but no details of what or how, then had another text to say if I don't reply then the complaint will be closed. How do you reply? Every link sends you back to where you started with the messaging
-
David Sinfield (@omotforest) reportedDear @bt_uk You do not have my consent to install anything on my property. If it is free, it cannot be for my benefit. It's for yours. If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it. If it is a condition of receiving service, say so and I will seek alternatives. (@Starlink or 5g) Is it on the T&C's? A letter is on its way to your registered address. David Sinfield.
