Simon Mitchell (@SimonMitch1956) reported@herbie963 @bt_uk They make it as awkward as possible to put a justified complaint in and then give you the runaround in the hope that you give up. Wrong on my count !!!
-
This Brown Geek (@thisbrowngeek) reported@mrmikeMTL Yes. I worked for @bt_uk for almost 20 years. I left because they were destroying my life with how stupid they were.

James (@sausagenmash) reported@leedvnprt @bt_uk BT are aware of the issues, they just don't know what the problem is, so they can't fix it at the moment. Haven't been able to use My BT or access BT or EE wi-fi hotspots due e while now.

Dunc (@derbydunk) reported@bt_uk Hello. We got an email to say digital voice starts 20/7/26. It said we'd receive a code which we've never had and said an engineer would visit for switchover. Today we've received a new smart hub and phone. Is an engineer coming? Do we need a code? We're confused 🙃
-
Dr Pauline Nelson (@DrP_Manc) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk. Still useless. You identified an internal fault and said someone would come today. Nobody came. Rang you AGAIN. Was told that OpenReach came, checked outside and went away. Really? The elderly person is listed as a welfare case. Terrible terrible terrible 👎
-
Shoshanah Cohen (@sc2987) reported@bt_uk Don't imply she's just changed her mind. Your staff deliberately bamboozle people. They are told to. Consider this a complaint, and send her a copy of the audio recording (I know you can't send it to me without her permission, but believe me, I will be listening to it).
