@btsport why don't you interview the referee and see what he has to say about the decision to give a penalty against Liverpool player Andy Robertson. Now that would be interesting, instead we get Jurgen ranting saying it was a terrible decision. Of course he will say that.

@OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

@Realaldo474 @Carra23 @btsport The reason that Liverpool’s away form doesn’t look as good is purely down to match fixing at Everton where a perfect goal was deliberately ruled off side and a penalty at Brighton which never was.

@bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

Wouldn't recommend @bt_uk to anyone horrible service had nothing but trouble the broadband connection only reaches one room without a lan cable they won't do anything to fix the issue if could get out of contact without paying rest of it I would.....

Being told I’m going to have a 3rd cease and reprovide, no date for when the work will done and I should wait another 2 days just for an update. By then it’ll be day 80 with no internet and no solution. No better than where I was 11 weeks ago. @bt_uk @Ofcom

@bt_uk Of course I reported it immediately. Very poor service at the BT end. Spoke to 5 different “advisors” only the last of whom seemed to have a clue. Even the Mini-Hub which arrived earlier today only provides intermittent service and that at about 25 per cent of my super fast speed

@bt_uk I was texted a time for an engineer visit which is inconvenient. I can't face trying to get through to anyone. Good service getting a mini hub the next day (thanks) . Have made arrangements. Accept that faults occur but why so inaccessible?

@bt_uk Yes. I'm aware of that. That's why it's worth letting your leaders know that they'll probably be invoicing BT for the 4 FTE, 4 x vans, drum of fibre, hoist hire etc. And.... They'll probably charge again as they need to come back and fix my neighbour's one also. 🤑🤑 Kerching

@bt_uk absolutely disgusted with you! My mother in law was waiting over 3 weeks to be installed then pushed back to 10.05 the today told 26.05 but no one contacted to say so; all via email ! Disgusting service and now cancelled with yourselves!!!
