    @BTCare Contacted this morning and everything sorted - at last. 4K UHD reinstated at price I was promised when upgraded to Ultrafast BB. Happy with this but not with the time and effort spent to get this issue sorted.

    @bt_uk @BTCare another day over, another broken promise by BT. Despite assurances I’d be contacted today, no phone call. Terrible customer service. Termination of phone, broadband and TV contract is the only option now. #BTdontcare

    @BTCare Yes, done all of which the website had asked. Reported it and and it says it will switch on the backup broadband until they fix it but still no working WiFi. Can you confirm Glasgow is having problems? If so I can wait it out but no need to pretend all is well if it's not

    @BTCare That doesn't show any faults but if you check down detector online it shows people in Glasgow and other parts of Britain having a outage...

    @BTCare After 46 mins they answered. Unbelievable service levels. And clearly an on going issue. BT are now known for poor customer service. With so many service providers this needs to addressed before you lose more customers

    @BTCare You should really train your staff better then. I pointed that out to your customer service advisor and was told that even though it’s a different line there is a joined up database for every address that would inform @virginmedia that you were currently providing service.

    Actually gutted @btsport are losing the rights to broadcast the @ufc like the way it’s set up on there. Never heard of the company that’s allegedly taking over. Probably need to subscribe or stream it. Fuck that.

    @OssettMike @BTCare Just seen this via a round about route. Have you tried logging a formal complaint on the web site. You get a complaint number and then you can keep escalating. Don't do it on the phone because they will close it without your permission
