    10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

    @bt_uk so last night u tell me my router has a problem & fault will be escalated. No one can find this & now u tell me that it’s the line & I have to wait until Monday! Make up ur minds! Then call centre worker asks if they can close the complaint! No u can’t until it’s fixed!

    @bt_uk The signal is slow, dropping and disappearing altogether! It is not reliable! Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me it’s good and no fault. #Homehub5

    @bt_uk Long story. My account was incorrectly cancelled, BT acknowledged the error and set up a new one, no o/s balance. Yesterday £2019.07 is taken for cancellation. Phone to resolve & complain and the customer service on offer, in particular from the first gentleman I spoke to (c.)

    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    @bt_uk what’s going on BT. My internet has been crap for months and it’s getting worse! The diagnosis tells me it’s fine but the reality is totally different! I’m using mobile data, which I pay for. I also pay for an internet connection!

    @bt_uk was horrendous. The resolutions to my complaint offered by manager on the phone were frankly insulting. The only reason I had the complaint closed was due to being so frustrated with my experience that I couldn’t continue- manager also refused to allow me to speak to (c.)

    @bt_uk Thanks Martin. 1640 - the engineer is finally here. Obviously none of this is his fault, and I'm glad to see him. As long as everyone in charge @bt_uk is happy that 3 months is an acceptable time to wait for service, with two missed appointments on the way.

    @SkintDad @bt_uk @KCOMhome People seem to have either no issues, or no end of issues with KCOM. Ours was good at first but over time it has slowed significantly, and that’s a similar experience to most of my friends and family.

    @bt_uk What a complete and utter joke! I reported a fault last October and no-one has fixed it yet! Not only that - I've had to pay over £30 a month all that time whilst achieving speeds of between 0.4 and ,0.7. Absolute garbage!

    .@bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp never fail to amaze me with their ineptitude. Been waiting since feb 23 for my phone line to be moved. Another day, another engineer not turned up yet the job is ‘complete’ The monopoly on providing home phone lines really does nothing for service 🤬#rant
