Mike Booton (@mbooton) reported from Swindon, England@bt_uk Thanks. After waiting on hold for 45 mins to get told that by customer services, we shall indeed be buying such a unit. I'm still surprised you can't simply block all but a handful of numbers.
-
Dean Turnbull (@DeanTurnbull01) reported from Swindon, England@bt_uk We are moving soon slightly downhill from where we live now & at the moment we live on top of a hill so you can understand my frustration as I do pay for a service that I don’t receive!

Nick Jones (@Njdecorating) reported from Witney, England@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

Terry #LSE ٹیری (@Williewoose) reported from Wroughton, England@chrisjhocking22 @btsport That was at least a yellow, there was also an earlier wrestling incident that many refs would've given a card for. Another day another ref, he would've been gone. I seem to remember another couple of dodgy tackles as well but he seems to be the golden boy at the mo. #luckyMU

𝙰𝚍𝚎𝚕𝚎 𝙼𝚒𝚝𝚌𝚑𝚎𝚕𝚕 💙 (@adelemitch) reported from Swindon, England@davidjmcelroy Sadly, I don’t have BTSport, so will never have to watch last nights ‘highlights’ (will be able to stream MG’s Facebook live though)
-
Mike Booton (@mbooton) reported from Swindon, England@bt_uk Thanks for the contact but he already has this service. Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. So this doesn't stop calls.

jack250213 (@e4290936) reported@bt_uk After some investigation I posit this as a reason for constant delays in my broadband applications. 'If your automated systems are secretly scanning my IP address without my consent and blocking my service because I use a secure dedicated IP, that is a fault in YOUR system, not mine. I provided my real, verifiable details. Ask me—don't secretly track me'
-
SeanMynyddLlangynidr 🏴 🇮🇪 🇵🇸 (@SeanLlangynidr) reported@bt_uk I've called that number over 20 times, no chance I'm going to be put on hold listening to mindless muzak again. I need my service fixed so as I can move to another ISP. If it is not resolved within another 4 days, I will be going to a solicitor. I've had enough of your lies.
-
Paul stagg (@Staggly) reported@bt_uk are you not contractually supposed to prove a bill? if you won’t let me log in to my account or let me reset passwords etc to get access and still can’t fix this issue after a week surely that’s breach? i will cancel my direct debit until i can access my bills
-
Angry Scotsman (@Ang_ryScotsman) reported@bt_uk Every time I go into the support we spend two hours. They do automated tests from some call centre abroad and tell me that my system's working fine. It hasn't been working fine since November so I'm just waiting to leave my contract.
-
Vae Vix 🇫🇷 🇦🇺 🇨🇭 🇬🇧 (@VaeVix) reported@bt_uk Your new "2FA" is completely broken as the phone number is not validated. I was able to connect using a temporary number in Cyprus to get my "security" code... It adds nothing to security.
-
Gloria (@GloriaJudd810) reported@countrymousie @btbusinesscare Got the same problem with sky- disk moved, so no signal, told to go to sky help on T.V that just tells you No Signal 😫
-
𝙲𝚊𝚝𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚊𝚡𝚎𝚛 (@catallaxer) reported@omotforest @bt_uk @openreach Fully accept your point. However, you are missing out. 1 gigabit+ speeds really are worth it. 2.5 gigabit is next. You will never get that over copper or satellite. Copper is being phased out.
