@bt_uk That's funny I had good WiFi in every room when I last changed my contract a year ago then it declined now you can't cure my issues but you can guarantee WiFi in every room if I pay more money for something I've already had! #BroadbandThrottling #BT

@bt_uk mother in laws phone has had an outage now for 6 days she’s 88 and vulnerable we keep reporting fault but BT do nothing and now there’s a fault on the fault reporting line, you couldn’t make it up! Get a grip BT

Last night I couldn't watch #ChampionsLeague as #BT kept telling me I needed to upgrade my package. Phoned advisor who gave me bullshite answer it was down to performance rights! Today I get message; issue fixed! None of my issues are fixed #BTSport I missed the match....

@bt_uk It’s quite a specific scenario - it’s BT Sport 1 when I record UFC. So typically 2-3am on a weekend. Last night, for example. Very rarely issues with other channels recording, but at least 75% of the time the UFC has issues.

@bt_uk Yep. Reset the adapters, reset the box. This only happens with BT Sport, no other channels have the issue.

@bt_uk Internet has been down most of the day. Earlier the website said estimated fix time 9.07pm. Now it’s saying a fix date can’t be provided. Has been happening a lot recently. At nearly £80 a month it’s not really good enough.

@bt_uk fix your wifi, its been down for 4 hours with no fix, its saying the fix was 1am but now its saying nothing. Its getting ridiculous now, its 2022, we shouldn't be having issues that take this long!

@bt_uk I will still need help. Vodafone said I'd need to speak to BT to get it sorted. Eventually I got through to someone in BT today to be told that Vodafone must request/order the number to be transferred. Get back to Vodafone to be told that my old number is unavailable to migrate

We’ve escalated an official complaint because @bt_uk tell us one thing and @OpenreachHelp say something completely different! We had a date of today, then 22 sep, now 30th! I just don’t understand your operating model honestly
