@bt_uk it’s really poor when you phone for help and the call centre yell at you and when you ask to speak with a manager they hang up. Come on BT train your staff better.

Dear @btsport commentary team. One team has cost over £330m the other has not really cost anything because the delta between sales and purchases means that the Swans team are in a deficit on spend of tens of millions. Do you do any pre match due diligence or just talk crap?

@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

@bt_uk Long litany of failures, broken promises, endless calls with call centres. Ditched you for @skytv who are almost as bad. All big corporations are just dreadful these days though. Chasing the lowest cost possible. It’s not just you though. I despise most of them now.

All this "apologising for bad language" is unnecessary from the commentators. There's no fans in the stands. It's nothing that kids haven't heard in the school playground before. Honestly, why is society full of so many snowflakes? #ARSBUR #btsport @btsport #PremierLeague

@bt_uk But @bt_uk this is the issue, I spoke to Mcaffee yesterday and they are clear that I need BT support for the products supplied by BT and even gave me the phone number! The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

Finally ditching @bt_uk after 6 years. Example: movie we are watching has stalled five times in the last 30 mins. Although got to admit @skytv aren’t covering themselves in glory. But who would be mad enough to believe BT’s ridiculous TV adverts: absolutely **** service.

@bt_uk what i wish is that bt would rethink their mandatory roll out of VOIP. not that i'm a technophobe, but if the power goes out, and no mobile signal, there has to be a failsafe solution. people without power for days, as has been prooven recently.

The fact that in 2022 @bt_uk don’t have live chat on their website and specifically force an actual phone call, Monday to Friday during office hours might I add, to cancel a service is absolutely ridiculous and bordering on criminal!

@bt_uk We are in the IP13 area and have been without internet since 9:30 this morning and before that it was intermittent. Any idea on when this will be fixed or what the issue is? We suffer with poor mobile coverage in this area and so internet/broadband connection is very important
