@bt_uk it’s really poor when you phone for help and the call centre yell at you and when you ask to speak with a manager they hang up. Come on BT train your staff better.

  • Mark__Eadie Dalriada (@Mark__Eadie) reported from Fareham, England

@bt_uk Long litany of failures, broken promises, endless calls with call centres. Ditched you for @skytv who are almost as bad. All big corporations are just dreadful these days though. Chasing the lowest cost possible. It’s not just you though. I despise most of them now.

  • Mark__Eadie Mark (@Mark__Eadie) reported from Fareham, England

Not gonna lie, @bt_uk really is utter dross. *Every* week we lose of connection. Thank God we are out of contract and can move on. Simply ******* awful company. Don’t bother responding with helpful-sounding tweets. Anyone who chooses you as their provider is insane.

  • Mark__Eadie Dalriada (@Mark__Eadie) reported from Fareham, England

I actually wonder if the directors of these shitfest companies actually know how truly dreadful it is to be a customer? I’m once wrote a 5 page letter and posted it to the Chairman of @bt_uk. I explained exactly what it was like.

  • SImonPegg5 SImon Pegg (@SImonPegg5) reported from Chichester, England

@bt_uk Why does my WiFi always drop when it rains ? Been doing it for years and you've never resolved the problem.

  • StephenPay1970 StephenTHFC (@StephenPay1970) reported from Chichester, England

@jasonj827 @NOWSport @btsport No. Done it before. Paid £20 for rubbish signal.

  • AbbieAwdas A (@AbbieAwdas) reported from Fareham, England

@btsport might just cancel my contract if you keep charging for games. No point having it anymore

  • trudson Trudy Cocker (@trudson) reported from Horndean, England

@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

  • sainty76 Guy Perry (@sainty76) reported from Ropley, England

@bt_uk mother in laws phone has had an outage now for 6 days she’s 88 and vulnerable we keep reporting fault but BT do nothing and now there’s a fault on the fault reporting line, you couldn’t make it up! Get a grip BT

  • C1Catherine Catherine (@C1Catherine) reported from Portsmouth, England

@btbusinesscare I don’t know why we pay the money we do for our business line when we have so much problem with our internet and phone lines! Without internet and phones again! Been without since 14th aug and cant get an engineer until 5th September!

  • sonnybyng Sonny ⚓️ (@sonnybyng) reported from Havant, England

@bt_uk Yeah sort the internet out at PO1 it’s absolute garbage

  • nickj76 Nick Jenkins (@nickj76) reported from Easebourne, England

@bt_uk why do I bother paying a premium for your services when my internet spends more time down than up😠😠 3 open reach engineers are in my road doing god knows, what the betting one of them has ****** up my connection again 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

  • Stephen1970THFC StephenTHFC (@Stephen1970THFC) reported from Chichester, England

@Moby_Spurs @btsport Lucy ward. Female version of Gary Neville. Awful

  • MichaelSteele18 Michael Steele (@MichaelSteele18) reported from Fareham, England

@bt_uk But @bt_uk this is the issue, I spoke to Mcaffee yesterday and they are clear that I need BT support for the products supplied by BT and even gave me the phone number! The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

  • StephenPay1970 StephenTHFC (@StephenPay1970) reported from Chichester, England

@Moby_Spurs @NOWSport @btsport It’s terrible really. Like watching a dodgy stream. Might just go back to sky.

  • LawrencePFCHall Lawrence Hall (@LawrencePFCHall) reported from Portsmouth, England

@Peter_Dawe @btsport @btsportfootball I have it through EE yet doesn’t work on the app or browser right now. Terrible to be honest

  • sonnybyng Sonny ⚓️ (@sonnybyng) reported from Portsmouth, England

Don’t even have my WiFi on at home no more cos @bt_uk are so crap and that’s fine until I realise I’m with @O2 who are even worse

  • AndrewJPowell Andrew J Powell (@AndrewJPowell) reported from Medstead, England

Dear @btsport commentary team. One team has cost over £330m the other has not really cost anything because the delta between sales and purchases means that the Swans team are in a deficit on spend of tens of millions. Do you do any pre match due diligence or just talk crap?

  • MPowell_1991 Michael Powell (@MPowell_1991) reported from Fareham, England

All this "apologising for bad language" is unnecessary from the commentators. There's no fans in the stands. It's nothing that kids haven't heard in the school playground before. Honestly, why is society full of so many snowflakes? #ARSBUR #btsport @btsport #PremierLeague

  • Mark__Eadie Mark (@Mark__Eadie) reported from Fareham, England

Finally ditching @bt_uk after 6 years. Example: movie we are watching has stalled five times in the last 30 mins. Although got to admit @skytv aren’t covering themselves in glory. But who would be mad enough to believe BT’s ridiculous TV adverts: absolutely **** service.

3/4 What can we do: Against European Super League? Retweet if you agree, spread the message: 2) Support your local teams. Now more than ever your local teams need support. 3) Remember it's not the manager or players fault. @btsport @SkyFootball @MrGeorgeBenson

  • hughmacd Hugh Macdonald (@hughmacd) reported

@bt_uk Hi David, thanks for your response. The eventual fix in that thread was browser-specific. I'm having this same issue across all devices connected to the network here (2 Windows laptops, 2 Mac laptops, 2 iPhones). And in all browsers

  • bighaireecoo Bighaireecoo (@bighaireecoo) reported

@btsport The problem with football is the money involved. BT spent £1.2b. You are part of the problem.

  • Rosswhitehair Ross Whitehair (@Rosswhitehair) reported

The creation of the ESL is driven by greed for money, which comes from the media coverage. So when will @SkySports @btsport and @primevideosport make a statement that they won’t support the destruction of English football and put the fans first for once #ESL #Greed

  • ThisIsTroo Julie (Troo) (@ThisIsTroo) reported

@WolfSkullJack @bt_uk That's some truly amazing customer service they have going...

  • stevechandlerr1 stevechandlerretro (@stevechandlerr1) reported

@btsport ha ha BT ... they know that they would of never been in the frame for the rights anyway the clubs themselves need to create their own broadcast company & not rely on the comms dinosaur aka BT

  • melp195809 Melvyn Parker (@melp195809) reported

@btsport Will they refuse to cover super league . That’s the way to stop it because without TV money it will fail.

  • m1ssberyl miss beryl (@m1ssberyl) reported

@Strippin @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness Bruh you’re *still* having issues?!? Ugh BT is the worst ><

  • jonnycampbell89 Jonny Campbell (@jonnycampbell89) reported

@matthewrayner @bt_uk Nightmare mate. I can live with a problem on the line & a week without internet - it's not ideal but I understand it could happen. It's completely unacceptable to sit in the house with life & work on hold for an engineer who doesn't show & doesn't even bother to contact you.
