The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!
