@bt_uk Yep. Reset the adapters, reset the box. This only happens with BT Sport, no other channels have the issue.

@bt_uk It’s quite a specific scenario - it’s BT Sport 1 when I record UFC. So typically 2-3am on a weekend. Last night, for example. Very rarely issues with other channels recording, but at least 75% of the time the UFC has issues.

@BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

@bt_uk are the worst Internet provider in the world. Past few days our speeds have been going mega slow, but today they are at the all time low. Barely above 1Mbps and upload is below 1Mbps. Its almost impossible to do anything. If Virgin would actually turn up we'd have (1/2)

@JamesStant @bt_uk I used Plusnet since they took over Metronet in 2005 and although under the BT brand once again they operated as a separate company, I never had any issues with them. Customer Service on the few times I needed it was excellent. I only left because I ca only have fibre from Virgin

@bt_uk BT. I am now without broadband for 6 days. The mini hub sent is no longer working. I have waited in 2 days in a row for an engineer to visit - no visit, no phone call, no apology. Your helpline has a call wait of 30 minutes. I am beyond furious at the poor service this week.
