Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Petersfield and nearby locations:

  • AndrewJPowell Andrew J Powell (@AndrewJPowell) reported from Medstead, England

Dear @btsport commentary team. One team has cost over £330m the other has not really cost anything because the delta between sales and purchases means that the Swans team are in a deficit on spend of tens of millions. Do you do any pre match due diligence or just talk crap?

  • ca95014 Dom 🎧📱👨🏼‍💻 (@ca95014) reported from Liss, England

@bt_uk Yep. Reset the adapters, reset the box. This only happens with BT Sport, no other channels have the issue.

  • MichaelSteele18 Michael Steele (@MichaelSteele18) reported from Fareham, England

@bt_uk But @bt_uk this is the issue, I spoke to Mcaffee yesterday and they are clear that I need BT support for the products supplied by BT and even gave me the phone number! The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

  • SImonPegg5 SImon Pegg (@SImonPegg5) reported from Chichester, England

@bt_uk Why does my WiFi always drop when it rains ? Been doing it for years and you've never resolved the problem.

  • Mark__Eadie Mark (@Mark__Eadie) reported from Fareham, England

Not gonna lie, @bt_uk really is utter dross. *Every* week we lose of connection. Thank God we are out of contract and can move on. Simply ******* awful company. Don’t bother responding with helpful-sounding tweets. Anyone who chooses you as their provider is insane.

  • ToystarDt TO¥!N (@ToystarDt) reported from Portsmouth, England

@btsport need to Fix up man! This is why Champions league should go back to Sky Sports and ITV

  • ChrisGreenCG Chris Green (@ChrisGreenCG) reported from Portsmouth, England

@bt_uk it’s really poor when you phone for help and the call centre yell at you and when you ask to speak with a manager they hang up. Come on BT train your staff better.

  • BenSwann16 Benedict Swann #StayAlertSaveLives (@BenSwann16) reported from Portsmouth, England

@bt_uk Hi, apologies I missed the notification. It seems to be back to its whizzy speed now. Still very happy with BT. Really impressed with your customer service, thank you for checking up.

  • trudson Trudy Cocker (@trudson) reported from Horndean, England

@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

  • sonnybyng Sonny ⚓️ (@sonnybyng) reported from Havant, England

@bt_uk Yeah sort the internet out at PO1 it’s absolute garbage

  • RoseGaunt Rose Gaunt (@RoseGaunt) reported from Shedfield, England

@bt_uk The broadband in my street has been down since Monday night. I’ve been told it’s a fault in the mains but I’ve had no update. I am unable to work from home!

  • MPowell_1991 Michael Powell (@MPowell_1991) reported from Fareham, England

All this "apologising for bad language" is unnecessary from the commentators. There's no fans in the stands. It's nothing that kids haven't heard in the school playground before. Honestly, why is society full of so many snowflakes? #ARSBUR #btsport @btsport #PremierLeague

  • AbbieAwdas A (@AbbieAwdas) reported from Fareham, England

@btsport might just cancel my contract if you keep charging for games. No point having it anymore

  • Mark__Eadie Mark (@Mark__Eadie) reported from Fareham, England

Finally ditching @bt_uk after 6 years. Example: movie we are watching has stalled five times in the last 30 mins. Although got to admit @skytv aren’t covering themselves in glory. But who would be mad enough to believe BT’s ridiculous TV adverts: absolutely **** service.

  • ca95014 Dom 🎧📱👨🏼‍💻 (@ca95014) reported from Liss, England

@bt_uk It’s quite a specific scenario - it’s BT Sport 1 when I record UFC. So typically 2-3am on a weekend. Last night, for example. Very rarely issues with other channels recording, but at least 75% of the time the UFC has issues.

  • ca95014 Dom 🎧📱👨🏼‍💻 (@ca95014) reported from Liss, England

@bt_uk I love how BT Sport on a BT Tv box over BT broadband is absolutely unwatchable. Such a poor service. Skips, pauses, quality drops.

  • nickj76 Nick Jenkins (@nickj76) reported from Easebourne, England

@bt_uk why do I bother paying a premium for your services when my internet spends more time down than up😠😠 3 open reach engineers are in my road doing god knows, what the betting one of them has ****** up my connection again 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

  • sonnybyng Sonny ⚓️ (@sonnybyng) reported from Portsmouth, England

  • LawrencePFCHall Lawrence Hall (@LawrencePFCHall) reported from Portsmouth, England

@Peter_Dawe @btsport @btsportfootball I have it through EE yet doesn’t work on the app or browser right now. Terrible to be honest

  • chrispalmer54 Chris Palmer (@chrispalmer54) reported from Havant, England

Not often you can report amazing service from @bt_uk but 3 hrs ago I reported a fault and the engineer has already been and fixed the broken cable! Well done @bt_uk

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ramblingnonsen Outlet (@ramblingnonsen) reported

@btsport Great goal, but I hope everyone is ready for Haaland to be the new VVD. The game is so poor and lacking personality nowadays that anyone good is touted as the best ever. Yawn 🥱

  • MJD56 Mickey Boy (@MJD56) reported

@btsport I thought I was watching a UCL round up. Only seem to be taking about potential England lineups. Not all viewers are English. Poor poor show.

  • FoxResurrected Sarcastix The Gall 🇺🇦💙SLAVA UKRAINI (@FoxResurrected) reported

@bt_uk Ok thanks. Why do I have to ask to be shown this though? Surely good customer care means *you* inform *us*, and save us money where you can? Particularly in the current climate? It’s all a bit ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’…

  • markbelllondon Mark Bell (@markbelllondon) reported

@bt_uk Rita you have not answered my question. I am a Isle of Man @sure customers. Uk numbers cannot call mY Isle of Man mobile number the prefix 07624. @sure Isle of Man are claiming this is a BT fault due to network capacity between the BT network and IOM network. Is this correct ?

  • Lizooo22 Liz (@Lizooo22) reported

@bt_uk The incompetence of your teams have led to my details being incorrectly referred on to a debt collector. 4 failed calls to customer service being told lies and hours wasted, we are still waiting for a call from your "Values" team

  • ivanlaskov Laskov, Ivan (@ivanlaskov) reported

Definition of rip off: same broadband package, same speeds, same fibre infrastructure, same level of support, very similar equipment. Price difference? @VodafoneUK is £19 cheaper than @BT_uk. Not £9, NINETEEN! Absolutely disgraceful of BT.

  • markbelllondon Mark Bell (@markbelllondon) reported

@bt_uk please help….my Isle of Man based mobile provider @SureIOM claim Bt has a transmission fault in the UK severely impacting capacity between Sure’s network and BT’s. Can you confirm this is correct and when will this be fixed?

  • NJC1988 NJC1988 (@NJC1988) reported

@bt_uk hi, I’m having broadband issues and I’d like to speak to someone please.

  • bigbud01uk L J (@bigbud01uk) reported

@mattPGAbyrne @btsport My thoughts exactly! In respect of a team performance City was poor tonight but stole a result wonder what the fall out will be 🙄

  • markbelllondon Mark Bell (@markbelllondon) reported

@bt_uk Rita this is a whole lot more complex I am based in the Isle of Man and a local mobile network @SureIOM are claiming the above based on UK numbers being unable to call to ouR 07624 mobile prefix. They claim this is a BT issue and it is being look at. Can you confirm this???
