@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@virginmedia I have called @bt_uk, raising this concern. They said they cannot help, and they cannot communicate why the rights have changed because I am not a customer, and that I have to take this up with @virginmedia.

@bt_uk sick of this now, moved house 2 weeks ago. Said our hub would be active last Friday (19th). Still no internet, 6 hours on the phone and haven’t called us back to update us once like said... awful customer service. Nearly half term and need to work from home!!!

@bt_uk Your DM response doesn't help unfortunately as it's impossible to contact them by either phone or internet. Anyways, they won't be in, so if s/he arrives at 1pm they won't be there and they won't get in and it'll be a waste of BT's time. Thanks you your response!
