    @bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

    @bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

    @DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

    @bt_uk my mother in law is ridiculously overpaying for her home phone and broadband, your idea of rewarding loyalty was getting it down to £90! Still more than it shows on the website for an existing customer but the person I spoke to is no not calling back or replying to emails

    Big shout out to @bt_uk who have upgraded a 91 years olds phone to a new digital line 2 weeks ago and the phones and broadband haven’t worked since! Sent 1 engineer to as it must be a problem with the setup in the house, he confirmed it was a line fault. Had 2 more appointments

    @btbusinesscare What is going on with my bt account?No Internet connection from 10pm last night,unable to even use 4 or 5g, can log into account to even see if theres a problem as it wants me to use a different email for a username,only have one email which the account is under?!

    @bt_uk I have now been branded as an abusive customer because I stayed my option the BT are idiots. I have abundant evidence to prove lies, incompetency and regulatory shortcomings. My service is still down and all you care about is hearing hurty words ... Try providing service!!!

    @bt_uk When do you anticipate BT TV will be back working properly? YT and NOW Apps working on the box, EPG not populating and content unavailable. I presume this is connected with the wider issues reported today.

    @EEBroadbandUK @Ofcom @bt_uk Cheers for the horrific broadband you supply to my parent’s home. Every time I come back here & try to watch a football match or the Formula 1 it fails. They keep getting engineers out but u never fix it, yet you keep charging them a fortune tune?

    @bt_uk I cannot use the service checker, as I said I can barely get any 4 or 5g and am using what little I have to tweet. I have messaged the helpline but is this just going straight through to AI and how long until I get replies?
