@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

Today's Internet speed is so low. It takes ages to do anything even a basic thing. @bt_uk are beyond a joke. If @virginmedia would actually do their job and get here to install our Internet then BTs crap services wouldn't be a problem to us.

@BTCare have a customer who has a bt connect email account but only has 1GB of data. Believe you can extend this through a subscription? He was a business customer but no longer. Is there a way past this?

Yet again I find myself having to log another offical complaint to @bt_uk :( They agreed to take bill payments from the compensation fund but continued to take by direct debit, so I cancelled the DD now they have told me they are cutting off the broadband today! FFS BT!
