@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@btsport I'm not sure if it is just me or not but I find the audio is never in sync with the video, very noticeable on the live prem. football matches- when the pundits are on at half-time/ after the match. I dont have this problem with Amz Prime so it's not my internet speed etc
