@BTCare returned my equipment weeks ago when I closed my service. Kept proof of postage. Just had second reminder to return my kit. Can you please confirm you’ve received it. I do not want the hassle of you charging me and refunding because it takes 3 weeks to process. Thanks

@bt_uk we’ve been trying to cancel our BT WiFi contract since Friday, having spent a cumulative 1.5 hours on hold, with no success of getting through. How can you justify a notice period of 30 days when customers can’t inform you of cancellations?

@Charles_Sellers @bt_uk It’s shameful !! I had a complaint open since last week. Something else they messed up and this agent on the chat decided to close it down because she was unable to book an Engineer.. An engineer that is already booked and has been since last week. It’s pathetic!
