@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@OpenreachHelp could you dispatch someone to the #IsleofWight please, to fix our fibre that’s been severed and is hanging uselessly from the pole? It’s been 4 days now and nobody has done anything about it, despite numerous calls to @bt_uk.

@bt_uk Once I can contact my parents I get the info, I have to wait for them to get to an area with mobile signal & they call me. It's crazy it's only in South Wales near Chepstow yet no @O2 or any mobile company has signal so can't even call 999.
