@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp what do you actually do? 1st off BT send my box to the wrong address, multiple visits by openreach engineers and still can't sort my issue. Told it'll be sorted Thurs then Friday. No contact. Rang only to find you can't sort it today now.

@BTCare I've got an intermittent dial tone on my phone. What could be the problem.? When I worked in an office environment this sort of tone would indicate the phone was on divert, obviously not the case in the home environment though.
