@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

Currently a @BTCare residential FTTH customer and desperately want to switch the account to @btbusinesscare. But I'm told that I have to see out my residential contract! How dreadful ☹. No such problem at my other location moving from @virginmedia residential to business!

Don't even know what to do about my internet anymore, can't upgrade it, constant 200 ping spikes on ethernet, tried everything, @bt_uk sent like over 15 engineers to my house and still have not fixed the problem cbaaaaa

@bt_uk Having a nightmare with service from BT. No landline or broadband for nearly 5 wks. Case keeps being closed, despite acknowledgment of a fault. Ringing call centre 3/4 a wk. Engineers have missed 5 appts now. Poor communication. Not sure how to get this resolved now.

@bt_uk hi there - we were due compensation for a delay to our service installation by about 2 months. I was told this would show on my account within about 14 days but so far can’t seem to see it and today for a bill for £29.99. Is there a way to check when it will show? Thanks

@bt_uk I am supposed to have an open reach engineer come out today between 8-1 still not turned up and been advised they have marked the job as completed .... 4th time this has happened ...... terrible service!!!!
