@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

@bt_uk Hi Aisling. You are quicker than responding than any of your phone operators. We have placed numerous orders which have then been cancelled without any notice or any explanation. So we are paying BT for a service that they will not be provided.

I switched to BT from Virgin today and feel very disappointed in the service. Your engineer drilled a few holes and then left shouting something about the ethernet on the way out, he was most unhelpful. Things not working. Please help @bt_uk

@bt_uk Hi I can't make calls to Japan from my landline today. No ringtone. Just silence. No problems making/receiving domestic calls. Is there any international line faulty on your side? Need to speak to my family who are elderly and don't use online services. Hope you can help.

BT are a ******* joke and I advise everyone to avoid them. They keep promising dates they will turn our internet on and then cancelling. 3 weeks on Tuesday with nothing but 4G signal, after they've dug up our drive they still can't do anything? Scamming bastards @bt_uk
