@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk When you install a new customers router in the wrong place (other end of the house on the floor by the back door) and they can’t connect any of their network devices by Ethernet to the router do you think ‘buy a long Ethernet cable’ is adequate advice ?

@bt_uk Hi! Is it normal practice to be mis-sold a product by BT and then for the service not to work for almost a year yet still charge an 83yr old man full price? Trying to sort this out for over a month yet no-one contacts me back. Thanks.

I think it is safe to say that @bt_uk are one of the worst internet service providers I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They have failed at every single point in the process of changing addresses and providing a service. I think they need more regulation @Ofcom

@bt_uk Yes but they messed it up completely and it’s taken 3 weeks to transfer a service from one home to another. The order was also not processed the first time round ahd had to be done again. I beyond the point of being nice about this now and I want answers immediately
