@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk I’m not very happy. I tried last night to get TV all sports package on to my existing broadband package for £1 for the first 3 months and wouldn’t allow me to do it even after multiple failed attempts. Please help as I would like it but feel cheated out of the offer 😕😔

For those with a @btsport login, do you know that if using on chrome browser you can pull the stream using dev mode. Handy if you want to bypass one user access....BT Sports IT specialists werent interested in this........

@bt_uk Ta for response, just had a conversation with a nice gentleman via 150 ( mobile) news was definitely not what I wanted to hear ..seems it's all down to Openreach ..who will REVIEW issue mid October ..I'll let the my neighbours know. Absolutely insane this is. stay safe

@bt_uk I have two internet accounts with you along with a BT Sport account. The changes you have made to the ability to stream BT Sport from my mobile and PC are at best inconvenient. I understand about piracy so no need to explain. Making it my issue rather than yours no thanks.

@bt_uk It has not been fixed yesterday and it will not be done today. As per BT, the date is moving forward each day as of now 2/9. It is hard to believe that BT can’t fix it in more than two weeks. My work and family life ruined. BT has pushed me to move out - I have no choice.

@bt_uk Have a reward voucher to redeem for signing up to WiFi deal with BT, when I click the link and login to my BT account, says no rewards are available. Can you look into it?
