@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

Has to be said that @btsport online coverage is very poor indeed. Pausing, stuttering, random fast forwarding and won’t work on my smart tv, it’s totally amateurish. And Steve McManaman is god awful!!

There appears to be severe congestion impacting segments of the @btbusinesscare network intermittently over the past 48 hours. Pretty unusual as normally BT are on top of stuff like this. 5-15% packet loss, IPv4 and v6, not appears both. ~15% of lines I monitor.

@btsport why is the BT sport app so bad compared to skygo. It crashes all the time/ poor signal / error BC526. BT provide internet FTTH. Its a joke!

@bt_uk were in GU31 area. Petersfield. Our picture is freezing, pixelating. It’s doing this on both tv’s. Any issues in the area!

@bt_uk & @EE are same company. Move SIM from BT to EE and get a 10% discount; renew EE contract & pay full whack. So I am paying the same per month staying on EE for 6GB as someone who transfers from BT for 10GB. I now need to transfer from EE to BT and then back again. #stupid

to set up the call forwarding for me which is what I really need. Bizarre but true. The credit is far more than the cost of call forwarding and the help I need is call forwarding which I can’t set up as there’s a fault on the line. Wishing just for call forwarding @bt_uk
