@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@Rob_Rolls99 @btsport @Plusnet Spoke to BT tech who after some time said it was a known issue between plusnet and BTSport app. Raised to highest level but they don't seem to be getting anywhere. Works on non plusnet networks

@bt_uk Our situation has been a case in point of how very poor communication can cause and materially contribute to even previously satisfied long term customers leaving immediately. Ie very preventable. One for our complaint handling/communication training courses!
