@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk We’ve had to cancel now because apparently no one can organise an engineer for another two weeks although we was booked in today & no one turned up even after being assured at lunchtime someone was still coming.Unless you’ve more power than the call centre I’ve spoken too then

@KentsFarmCottag @bt_uk Snapped cables are just made safe, you are supposed to report your loss of service to your provider so it can be repaired and tested. Who broke it in the first place?
