@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@btbusinesscare some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. You constantly refuse to return call or reply to emails or text messages that you have promised to respond to, blatantly tell lies. Every apology is insincere and meaningless.

@bt_uk we signed up for your internet in November 2020 it’s now almost end of feb and we are STILL waiting for service after you randomly cancelled on us twice! This is poor service. We currently have no internet and your engineer didn’t turn up yesterday as promised yet again!

@bt_uk Hi I will send the information across but just for clarity we have made 2 complaints already. We cancelled our other internet service provider so you can imagine our frustration especially since your engineers have dug up our driveway to lay fibre that you have not connected!

@bt_uk hi I cancelled my TV, but somehow there is no refund like I was promised and I am still being charged for a service I have not used for 3 year. Why are you ripping me off like this?
