@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk And there's the problem. Been with BT for over 50 years. Same number. 80 year old person and they need to go through the pointless hassle of "phone a loyalty team" to stop being dumped on to a crap rate? That's how you treat customers.

@bt_uk This is a load of crap. The WiFi in my sons room is as bad as ever and we have not long upgraded but all you'd say is the walls are in the way or something. Even doing a test says that all is fine but it is not!!!

Going to extremely difficult to teach remotely when @bt_uk keep delaying installation and connection of internet. Wouldn’t say much for their customer service either. #lockdown

@Portal_Queen @bt_uk Yep, this is us. I’m swapping to Sky because the service at BT is atrocious. There is not a day goes by when our connection doesn’t drop out, and it’s often many times a day.

@btsport Rubbish! I pay to watch BIG BASH cricket and what do I get. Braodcasts ending several overs before the game finishes. SkyQ **** so no +10mins on recordings. V unhappy. Show the whole games please.

@bt_uk Oh, I'm not a BT customer anymore thankfully. My complaint about BT's breach of contract went all the way to head office after contacting the OFCOM and the press. I finally managed to free myself from the contract and was refunded all the money that I was owed. Never again.

@bt_uk Moved to a new flat Nov 28th and said that the internet is "activated". It has been a whole month and still no connection instead we got sent a BT mini hub whilst we waited for the engineer to come over only for the service to cancelled for unknown reason.
