@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

How can the largest Telecoms company in the UK fail to fix an on going Internet issue that has been going on for over a year? You send enginees who dont even check whats wrong properly they do one thing and say okay its fine, No it aint ******* fine. @bt_uk

In the grand scheme of things not having Wi-fi isn’t a life or death issue, but during an Xmas Covid lockdown it’s a massive inconvenience which was caused by an engineer and I want to know what @BTCare or @OpenreachHelp are going to do to compensate me for the stress caused?

@bt_uk My broadband died mid-day yesterday and last night @bt_uk sent me a message saying it's fixed... Sucks that they're wrong and I'm still stuck with no internet for the next couple days cause you're closed till the 27th. Happy holidays indeed.

Absolutely furious @BTGroup @bt_uk Internet due to activate 22/12 and still nothing! I was told there was a delay and it would be working today. New customer & very unhappy! Also @EE I’m not happy with you recommending this! I want compensation & you better adjust my first bill.

2 days with no internet over Christmas and a lockdown starting. All get told is there systems down, no one can help until the 29th at least and then they put the phone down. @bt_uk what an awful company. Fraudsters.
