@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@JeemerTheMeemer @bt_uk Yeah you don't seem to understand what direct payment is... How do you know there are no other problems? For instance are you aren't you using an EO line? Do you know what an EO line is and its implications? Has an NGA been raised? Do you qualify for USO?

@Justsum32062003 @bt_uk I absolutely am, I'm a paying customer, paying the same prices and line rental as those with the upgraded line a few hundred meters away Absolutely no good reason for me to not have broadband parity with them.

@bt_uk it’s outrageous that my 83 year old grandparents have been without a landline for over two weeks. They don’t have any way of contacting people in an emergency as they live in a remote area. Sort this out !!!
