@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk Today is day 8 of no internet. 1st engineer ‘fixed’ fault which didn’t fix our internet. 2nd and 3rd engineer didn’t even turn up. Now sat waiting for the 4th engineer. Is he going to turn up I wonder? Absolute FARCE that a communications company can’t communicate!!!

@bt_uk No point as you already have “tried” several times over the contract & you keep saying it’s fine or it’s my devices. Despite the daily line drop outs & constant traffic throttling. It will certainly help with my decision when it’s time to switch 😞

1/2 So new microphone is pretty good. Its a @TrustGaming GXT 232 Mantis, sounds so much better then my headset mic. Had a few issues at first including a wierd clicking/ticking noise that was heard when I spoke, but I cound that was caused by my @bt_uk Smart Hub.

@bt_uk I’ve tried the hotspot, not working, day 2 with no internet. Can’t visit family to use theirs due to COVID. Wife is already stressing, missing virtual tutorialsThe only blessing I have had is I never had to watch that rubbish CELTIC played last night, 4 days is to long to wait 😩

@btsport @btsportcricket just seen the cricket isn’t goin to finish at 11 as schedule & I’m recording it on @SkyHelpTeam as im working,can the end time of the programme be changed?Cricket in one day format never lasts 7 1/2 hours more like 8 1/2 the program needs to end at 12 🙁

@bt_uk @D2tty this is what I’m dealing with. So you get the deal as easy as pie yet I’m on my third phone call of the day and not resolved, it’s like pulling teeth. For a communications company service today is horrendous

@bt_uk I would like to lodge a complaint with regard to your internet service. My 77 year old mum is a phone and broadband customer. From November 17th she has had no internet access. She reported it and was assured it would be sorted and an engineer would call.

@bt_uk I know we are in the midst of a pandemic, and this is the least of anyone's concern except mine, but is there a solution to the blindspots with my wifi. I dont seem to be able to get Wifi on the 2nd floor despite 2 extra discs. Please help when you can. Thanks.
