@btsport thanks guys. The sole reason I stick with BT TV is your European football coverage. When you can’t broadcast a signal for the EUCL quarters, it diminishes your appeal

@btsport @madebygoogle is there a problem with the BT sport app on Android TV? I can install/uninstall the app but have no option to open the app on the TV, not even from the Play store. Help!!

I have recently called @bt_uk @AskNationwide to name a couple, why do they always start with we are really busy we apologise you are a valued customer blah blah. What a load of old codswallop. It's always at least a 10 minutes wait. 12 mins now!

@bt_uk Thx for asking, Jordan. Finally got the line back 13th January (3 weeks after it went down on Xmas Eve), but with a temporary number - the old number can't be ported back until 25th January, apparently... OMG!

@bt_uk I had a call back and an engineer is coming on Tuesday BUT I told you when I ordered the service that it had been a Virgin line and you said ''oh you don't need an engineer'', patent nonsense, evidently.

@bt_uk I have been trying to email you back after a complaint since 5/1/22. I was told by the complaint handler to contact her in regards to renewal of my contract and I have had no response. I now have been on the phone trying to get hold of BT for the last 20 mins, just unacceptable
