    @btsport thanks guys. The sole reason I stick with BT TV is your European football coverage. When you can’t broadcast a signal for the EUCL quarters, it diminishes your appeal

    @btsport @madebygoogle is there a problem with the BT sport app on Android TV? I can install/uninstall the app but have no option to open the app on the TV, not even from the Play store. Help!!

    @bt_uk It isn’t letting us report the problem or book an engineer. It’s taking diagnostic and then says diagnostic expired and sending us round in circles.

    @bt_uk Done all this. Earliest is Tuesday. But as no one seems to understand. There’s not a problem at my house. There are three villages entirely without broadband. I’ve texted. Phoned and emailed. All with the same result. No one is listening.

    @bt_uk another day my business has to go with out Internet and a phone line this service is disgusting, our business phone and broadband was cut off 4 weeks ago and still nothing, it's costing our company money time and customers. Any other BT customers having the same problems

    @bt_uk @SarahHar256 Same thing, same place. Needing an engineer visit is just bluff. VDSL is up and fine, slow as ever, but PPP won't start so no IP. They need to restart some central network services so the delay is just there as a way to show their commitment to excellent customer service.

    My BTInternet is set to go out of contract next month. If I renew with them, the price will go up by the CPI Inflation rate PLUS 3.9% each March. If the prices go up above inflation for the same service, why can't the workers delivering that service get a pay rise.... @bt_uk
