Call us says @btsport but no one answers there is no alternative contact method just received #bill for a service they no longer provide as #BTSport have failed to honour the contract they have with I will not pay them

@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

AFL now suspended too. With no live support to show it is actually unbelievable that @btsport continue to charge full price for their sports channels with no option to pause. They need to address this now.

@btsport got exactly what they wanted there. Interviewer obviously goes down there with agenda to get under Klopps skin, starting with wanting him to whinge about the penalty even after he said it was a pen. Personal now. Not sure 'Des' should be going at a manager like that.
