@bt_uk I’ve cancelled my DD, but can’t get through to you to cancel the service. Can’t chat, your phone no answer. Surely fact that I cancelled the DD means I don’t want u anymore...but all the send is email saying you will send me a bill so I can pay in a different way!

@btsport you have power and responsibility to apply pressure to premier league not to void season just so bottom teams stay up. If this happens I will cancel my subs and hopefully won’t be the only one. You pay them so sort them out. Disgraceful

@bt_uk I did speak to them yes. They said my two accounts were linked and I could not have two b/band connections. Stupidly if I cancelled one and then ordered as a new customer they would allow me two b/band lines but I’d have to give up my original number. The end result is the same

Trying to work out why @bt_uk’s service is so utterly diabolical, when 20 yrs ago they were world leaders, the answer seems to be AI. They've tried to automate customer service to the most extreme extent, so procedures are insanely rigid and idiot bots have replaced most humans.
