    @bt_uk I’ve cancelled my DD, but can’t get through to you to cancel the service. Can’t chat, your phone no answer. Surely fact that I cancelled the DD means I don’t want u anymore...but all the send is email saying you will send me a bill so I can pay in a different way!

    @bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

    Does anyone know if the "hub" provided by @bt_uk for their 900mb broadband can be put in modem mode so it can work with custom network equipment (in my case a unifi security gateway). I don't want their WiFi, etc: my gear is better!

If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it.     @bt_uk @EE @BTBusiness currently on the #caravanclub site at Clumber Park, Notts, paying for “premium WiFi” and it’s painfully slow, no faster than the free version, caravan club staff say it’s nothing to do with them, report it to you! How do I report it to you?

    @bt_uk I haven’t been able to access my account or log in on the BT app for days/weeks despite following instructions to change user name etc. the system sucks. Can’t through on the phone How do I get my bills if I can’t log in?! For a communication company this is a (bad) joke.
