Gregg 🏴 (@GreggC_CC) reported from Newport, Wales@jackfb22 @btsport @btsportrugby @virginmedia Glad it's on channel 4 too today. Even if it's not so good commentary. Has to be a feed issue somewhere, because the adverts were fine.
-
Katherine Thomasset (@Kaththomasset) reported from Bristol, England.@bt_uk still without internet after a week, and no sign of the engineer who was supposed to be with us between 1 and 6 today. We received a message saying the problem was fixed but it definitely isn’t!

Leon Ip (@ippyfuzion) reported from Newport, Wales@bt_uk No known issue. Since there was BT van outside my home doing some sort of upgrade on the copper wires of the area. Internet been very poor. Already replaced router twice. When gaming on PC with ethernet cable plug in and someone makes a WhatsApp call my ping spikes to 500ms!
-
John Crabtree (@jocra14) reported from Clevedon, England@Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk It was until last weekend but now it’s flashing. I’m told the issue is that Openreach have the wrong s/n attached to the property and Bt give them the correct one but it doesn’t get updated
-
WPTuts (@WPTutz) reported from Pontypool, Wales@bt_uk not happy that my broadband upload speed has dropped by nearly 70%... As a key factor to paying for the service, this is unacceptable! 👎
-
Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, EnglandI mean, I know all about utter incompetence, I spent 25 years on the railway where we managed to run a service despite incompetent management. After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. There’s a name for that. Fraud.
