  • Dai_ssrs Dai Williams (@Dai_ssrs) reported from Pontypool, Wales

Did Liverpool have problems at centre back last season? Because I don’t think @btsport have mentioned it yet

  • melodiouscode melodiouscode (@melodiouscode) reported from Bristol, England

Does anyone know if the "hub" provided by @bt_uk for their 900mb broadband can be put in modem mode so it can work with custom network equipment (in my case a unifi security gateway). I don't want their WiFi, etc: my gear is better!

  • BigBernie4 Greg (Big Bernie) MW7BUF 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🇵🇸 (@BigBernie4) reported from St. Julians, Wales

@bt_uk no service all afternoon in the NP19 7LT area. Checked the status page, no known issues apparently. Tried to speak with an advisor, and there are none available. What's happening please?

  • baldyrunner Baldy Pete (@baldyrunner) reported from Bristol, England

Watching @TheVanaramaNL highlights on #btsport I'd forgotten how bad the camerawork is...

  • DanielFry23 Daniel Fry (@DanielFry23) reported from Filton, England

@AS_FootyReview @bt_uk Virgin is the same mate in Bradley Stoke . Most days it’***** and miss, it’s got to be down to the new builds going up and over loading the network locally

  • DanielFry23 Daniel Fry (@DanielFry23) reported from Filton, England

@bt_uk No need to Matt, appreciate your concerns I’m just saying your service currently is the same level as virgin media who I’m with which always cuts in and hot. Too many users using the overcrowded boxes

  • BigBernie4 Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, England

I mean, I know all about utter incompetence, I spent 25 years on the railway where we managed to run a service despite incompetent management. But @bt_uk have taken it to a new level. So @westcountrybird , clinically vulnerable in these strange times, will have to continue going

  • SamSmithHiggins Sam Smith-Higgins (@SamSmithHiggins) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk over to you. Can you put in writing what the problem is please? You refused yesterday. @OpenreachHelp are listening and want to help.

  • Kaththomasset Katherine Thomasset (@Kaththomasset) reported from Bristol, England

.@bt_uk still without internet after a week, and no sign of the engineer who was supposed to be with us between 1 and 6 today. We received a message saying the problem was fixed but it definitely isn’t!

  • ippyfuzion Leon Ip (@ippyfuzion) reported from Newport, Wales

@bt_uk No known issue. Since there was BT van outside my home doing some sort of upgrade on the copper wires of the area. Internet been very poor. Already replaced router twice. When gaming on PC with ethernet cable plug in and someone makes a WhatsApp call my ping spikes to 500ms!

  • BigBernie4 Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, England

So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

  • moomatahico Moomat (@moomatahico) reported from Bristol, England

Hey @bt_uk when do I get a refund from my abominable internet? It's been terrible for six months. I think you should give me the service I've paid for, or compensation.

  • jocra14 John Crabtree (@jocra14) reported from Clevedon, England

@Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk It was until last weekend but now it’s flashing. I’m told the issue is that Openreach have the wrong s/n attached to the property and Bt give them the correct one but it doesn’t get updated

  • jocra14 John Crabtree (@jocra14) reported from Clevedon, England

@Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk We were supposed to have an engineer visit on the 18 Dec 2020 and that never happened. I asked BT to arrange an engineer last week and they said no need.

  • helloginnybatty Low Down Cheap Little Punk (@helloginnybatty) reported from Aylburton, England

@BT_UK Hi there, my grandmother has been left without internet for three days now and we have no way of getting this fixed without the internet! It’s ridiculous to expect an 89 year old to fix this on her own! You’ve closed the fault but the box is still flashing purple!

  • Mikey___Smith Mike (@Mikey___Smith) reported from Bristol, England

@bt_uk hey BT, I need to make a complaint, your online chat guys don't seem to comprehend the issue I'm having

  • partyfairy Emma Shepherd (@partyfairy) reported from Alveston, England

@bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

  • WPTutz WPTuts (@WPTutz) reported from Pontypool, Wales

@bt_uk not happy that my broadband upload speed has dropped by nearly 70%... As a key factor to paying for the service, this is unacceptable! 👎

  • Kaththomasset Katherine Thomasset (@Kaththomasset) reported from Bristol, England

.@bt_uk not impressed that we’ve been without broadband for 4.5 days now - our timeline has said since Thurs that problem should be corrected by today, but no update and massive phone queues - what’s going on?

  • JHolmesEsq Jonathan Holmes (@JHolmesEsq) reported from Bristol, England

@bt_uk I’ve found an old router in my house - can I send it back to you for recycling if I’m not a BT customer?

2/ @bt_uk Could you let us know how long it takes a member of your staff to reply or send someone out to check or reconnect us? As we are not getting any calls back or a reply to our complaint. What is the average wait for someone to get a response ?

  • oagrim1 olly (@oagrim1) reported

@bt_uk ordered a new WiFi & TV package, starting from 29/08. WiFi great but TV doesn’t recognise my BT Sport & Sky package and struggles to get the signal despite paying for a new aerial. Can I cancel the BT TV package & just stick to WiFi?

  • jkisthe1 Jonathan Kahn (@jkisthe1) reported from Salford, England

Can anyone not open @btsport on an android TV or is it just me? It tells me that my Internet is the problem, yet everything else works perfectly, suggesting that, actually it isn't

  • angeljudi Angie C ⚓🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@angeljudi) reported

@bt_uk Doesn't cover family members elsewhere in country trying to contact/vice versa in what may be deemed as an emergency situation. Or schools contacting me to inform me of an incident. It's not just emergency calls to blue light services.

  • california6182 Toni Rivans (@california6182) reported

@bt_uk Well I want one ! Maybe you should discount it for the crap broadband I get.

  • SaheliHub Saheli Hub Bham (@SaheliHub) reported

Hey @bt_uk we have been without a phone line for over 2 weeks. Our line was cut off because you mistakenly thought we hadn't paid our bill(We had been and have sent in proof) 1/ Our complaint number is. IMP-108292901

  • KernowChris Christopher Rowe (@KernowChris) reported

@bt_uk Working on Edge, have restarted Chrome and updated to the latest version, still not connecting via that browser. I hope it's only a session cookie that'll time out, it's just so damn inconvenient. BT Mail is still nowhere as 'good' as the previous Yahoo version.

  • xBailev 𝐵𝑎𝑖𝑙𝑒𝑦 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@xBailev) reported

    @DxHardCoree @bt_uk Lol wtf is that ****

  • angeljudi Angie C ⚓🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@angeljudi) reported

@bt_uk Please can you provide information regards the hour UPS since it's the only option available. #ruralliving @CAupdates @CACampaigns for info on latest effects on poor coverage in rural areas

  • thekingdabura Jason jellie (@thekingdabura) reported

@gemoore83 @C4Paralympics @btsport the problem is it doesnt necessarily seem to be always a broadcasters fault as is the case with boccia. its the fault of the higher ups, whether it be a broadcasting company that governs that broadcasting company that shows events or the fault of sporting committees
