@btsport Cannot believe that during these times, when Sky Sports, gyms, even mortgage companies are allowing easy online suspension of payments, that you are being as difficult as possible to pause subscription. I now have no option but to cancel DD & I will not be coming back!🤬

@bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

@bt_uk Yes. When he tried to cancel the contract with you, because of patchy internet, he was told a couple of halos (boosters) would help. He was told he wouldn't be charged. He's been charged £100+ & been told that his contract has increased from £30 - £60.00.
