  @bt_uk What’s going on email not working, can’t get into My BT and now speeds dropping to 109mg to 145 after factory you carried. No record of this as promised. Claims for £100 not happening, monitor for week…in other words cant be honest.. Have you been Hacked .?

  @bt_uk Your email security is blocking access to the mail server as it suspects the network I’m on… works sometimes, then stops, change network and it’s a lottery if it works or not… I’ve setup a forward to gmail

  @bt_uk terrible service, internet down for 2 days, they said an engineer would come out, engineer rang me tells me he will be out Weds 9am never showed up. Awaiting a new router now. At least keep me updated BT. Thinks it's a new provider time.

  @bt_uk I've called that number over 20 times, no chance I'm going to be put on hold listening to mindless muzak again. I need my service fixed so as I can move to another ISP. If it is not resolved within another 4 days, I will be going to a solicitor. I've had enough of your lies.
