@bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

Why even bother to keep up the pretence that @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk are separate companies. They exploit it to avoid customer problems. Our broadband network in the hands of a monopoly like @WeAreOpenreach with no contact number or customer care service is a national disgrace

@bt_uk Had engineer to install broadband but there was an issue with cabinet connections. I work from home and need it fixed asap, eng told me to call and I did but i dont think anyone understood what I was asking. Kept asking if i had missed the eng appt.. Can you help? Thanks.

@bt_uk Bad customer service, BT blaming Openreach for my lack of service! Now day 6 no connection as they cancelled my old provider!! I would rather they say I don’t know than lie to me about what’s happening. Definitely wish I had read the reviews before changing provider.😡

@bt_uk Not sure there’s much point. Just spent half an hour on phone with @bt_uk. I stayed in all afternoon for someone to come look at a fortnight old broadband problem & it’s not been fixed. @WeAreOpenreach only do daytime weekday visits. Ridiculous there’s no evening or weekend slots
