@bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

Day 8 of Broadband Hell - where there is no broadband. Service from @BT_UK horrific. WFH nightmare. Hotspot off v poor 4G signal or working at in-laws’ house 8 DAYS & counting. £52 p/m for hrs dealing with helpdesks & waiting days for yet another engineer visit. HOW MUCH LONGER?

If you are a @bt_uk customer, did you have a duplicate direct debit taken this month, then refunded a week later? I wonder how widespread this was, and how much money BT made by holding onto everyone’s money for a week… @BTCare
