Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

BT Sport really need to be investigated ! I can’t remember the last time one of their games didn’t have some sort of technical issue. Usually it’s the audio broken and out of sync, today it’s a frozen picture, and now no commentary or graphics. @btsport @btsportfootball

@bt_uk A resolution?! Really?! That’s something @bt_uk do? From speaking to various people over the last week, none of BT seem like they want to do anything, far be it investigate failings that I have highlighted in my complaints. Complaint: VOL013-719891761079 and VOL013-718046275040

@bt_uk How can the hub be the issue? NowTV, BBC iPlayer, YouTube and every other app that can provide live feed works fine.

@bt_uk Broadband has been off since the 19th September- 4 engineer visits later still no resolution. Closed the fault mid repair and still charging us for the service. We need help?

@bt_uk No idea why these companies allow replies to adverts because everytime the response is those with an axe to grind. I mean no one ever will say look been a BT customer for so many years now, everything is fine. The size of BT there must be thousands upon thousands

It's strange that @bt_uk has got the people that can hire new people for @BTGroup, but hasn't got a team that can provide support to the customers! Seems you guys are busy in creating Fibre connections! I've wasted so much time in waiting for response on calls in last 10 days.
