Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@bt_uk I think this is now in hand, but I am annoyed that the service was not switched when my contract ended. This has meant no Internet since Tuesday.

Third time in the last 2 months that @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp BT internet has gone down with no word about service or status on their website, this might be the final straw, not sure why I pay for such low speeds anyway… @virginmedia fancy coming round to install some cables?

@bt_uk internet down again repeatedly keeps happening, no answer from your text service, impossible to get hold of your phone service, please help me understand why we pay so much for a service that barely works
