    Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

    @bt_uk Please explain what the current issue is in Smallfield, Surrey. No broadband now for 5 days and heard it won’t get fixed until 7th July! Can an engineer call before arriving?

    @bt_uk Hi rang them and they were going to call back. Which the guy did, unfortunately I had to run to the vet with the dog (literally 5mins before he rang back). Will he try again this evening? He said he was in till 7pm. Feel bad for what I'm sure he thinks is me wasting his time 😞

    @bt_uk The service Status page on your website says their are issues under our phone number where the issue has fixed itself.

    @crochetjenny @bt_uk Customer service all but disappeared during Covid last year...but it is cut completley now although we are almost out of restrictions

    @bt_uk how do I check on any local outages, we have had nothing but problems with our sky internet for which you provide the fibre line for it. I must say that it is a complete pile of utter c%&p. I have been in contact with sky who have escalated it to yourselves once again

    @bt_uk Why is your Internet ****? We had ee before with 70mbs good stable Internet Went and got bt broadband was told it would be faster then eebnow we have 55mbs and the Internet is unstable getting kicked of the Internet Phoned up and told there is nothing that can be done.
