Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

@bt_uk I’m trying to sign up for the £15 a month BT home essentials package however by the time I go to check out my price is going up to as much as £60? Please help. We do not want TV/mobile/landline packages etc, just broadband. So why is it so expensive when advertised cheap?

@bt_uk Absolute joke of a service !! My full fibre package fttp is struggling to get 1mbps when it should be 900mbps !! Been like it since early Friday morning.. ee minihib is also crap with connecting and disconnecting with poor signal @ 2mbps !! Absolute shambles of a service

DONT buy a sports pass from @bt_uk ! Took £25 off me doesnt work. On the phone to their rude ignorant staff for over an hour. Still no access, offered to give me a £1 refund. Absolute disgrace of a company, will be moving to another provider ASAP 🤬Share!
