Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

@JrRushden @philskyross1962 @bt_uk I only had BT once for six months and vowed never ever to use them again, and that was some eight years ago, obviously nothing has changed. Hope your Mum gets connected soon

@bt_uk You answer the calls after a 30-40 minute wait, are unable to resolve the issue, and promise call backs the next day which don't come. Please could you ensure I actually receive the call back I was promised?
