Engineer supposed to come last Tuesday but never bothered to turn up/inform us he wasn't coming. Worried the guy tomorrow turns up & is not able to carry out work because of this.

We got your 11Mb service as it was the only one available where we moved to. 7 weeks later @toobbroadband entered the market offering 900Mb for less. £200+ is too much BT! @Ofcom thoughts?
