Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@bt_uk I do not remember her name. It's not important. The problem here is that you make people take out contracts so that, no matter what happens, you get your money and then some if a customer has to terminate the contract early, for financial reasons for instance..

@bt_uk I'm currently waiting for the third time for an engineer to install my new router and a landline but have been emailed to say the order has been cancelled! Why?! Is someone coming out or not? Please help.

@bt_uk Still nothing done after 35 days. No telephone messages or emails from anyone and this is meant to be good customer service. I must have sent over 70 copies of returned emails to the investigation team but I've not heard anything from them either?? What can I do?

@btbusinesscare This is my BT Business Direct Order No SO08119539 for a Canon Printer. No response to my email for an estimate of when it will arrive. Tracking says you are waiting for supplies from your supplier. This is very poor service, can someone provide an update please.

@ThreeUK great news that you have the best 5G network in the UK pity you can't get decent 3 or 4G coverage in my area - I struggle to make calls or downloads - I have to rely on an equally inefficient wifi signal from @bt_uk and that's on superfast broadband

david
(@davidhwindsor) reported
@JonBell61123722 @bt_uk Nonsense - plenty of history is taught in schools that refers to all colours. And when you say ‘knowing the truth’ - that suggests not that we’re missing it out but actively concealing or lying about it. That’s simply garbage but you seem intent on harbouring a victim mentality

@bt_uk What else would you call charging a customer £1,000+ for terminating a contract early because they can't afford to pay their monthly bill?

@bt_uk Let's hope November you can sponsor "Let's stop blaming other people for our problems" month. Won't be hold my breath for that one. Bytheway, I've stopped using any of your products and services.
