Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@bt_uk you sent an engineer who told us that there is nothing he can do about how bad is due to our location, it is broken 95% of the time,I can’t live like this. We need the internet for work. You need to either let us leave and go to G network who offer fast broadband or fix it

@bt_uk My BT Fibre has been down since the 19th of December and won’t be fixed until the 29th. Two engineers have failed to turn up and this hasn’t been communicated. Maybe your resolution should be to improve your customer service👍

@bwystfil23 @bt_uk I'd like to know that too... when I spoke to a member of the team she said I'm on the best deal I asked about the new customer offers and she said not up to her. Opened another case for me only for it to be closed... I need to reduce my bill so looking elsewhere

@bt_uk our broadband is down, and the text message we receive, acknowledging this is a problem at your end, says it will be resolved by 3rd Jan! No possibility to speak to anyone. Dreadful service - I’m working from home from the 29th Dec.
