@bt_uk Another engineer sent today. An internal engineer, so couldn't help with the mess of wires outside the property! I now have to try and get through and arrange another appointment because your call handlers can't do their job correctly 😡

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

@bt_uk Please help. I’m staying somewhere with a good hotspot and have bought five days of wifi. BUT I log on and get good speeds and it disconnects after about a minute and I have to log back in. This keeps happening on both my ipad and my iphone. Thanks

@bt_uk who do I contact about rewards? Took out new broadband and was promised gift card. Keep getting texts saying don't forget reward, login and says no reward to claim? Also meant to be fibre getting 8mb speeds. Been live 5 days now what's going on? Thanks

@bt_uk Yeah, I pay for & use call protect, it's a bit cumbersome tbh. This was a targeted scam so clearly they buying people's details & stealing money, along with the endless automated Amazon / bank scams I have gone past the point of wondering why I pay for this service / facilitation

@bt_uk Why do I have to continually have to log into BT to keep my emails? I constantly use them, and I pay each month for the service. It’s annoying. If I lose my emails, there is nothing preventing me from switching provider.
