    Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

    @JrRushden @philskyross1962 @bt_uk I only had BT once for six months and vowed never ever to use them again, and that was some eight years ago, obviously nothing has changed. Hope your Mum gets connected soon

    Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

    @btsport have put the price up to me by 40% and tell me it’s @Ofcom approved! How? 40% increase, robbing bastards. They won’t let me cancel without a fee because apparently I missed the cancellation date that was sent by email. Only found out it had gone up when i had the Bill

    @bt_uk i am about to move to your broadband service but cannot contact anyone about my engineer visit. Been trying for a week,your chat service is never on, you never answer phone and the change details doesnt work.Please can someone contact me.Not a great start to a new service

    @bt_uk My mum was looking to see what broadband deal/call package she could get as her calls contract ends next month and broadband in February. She only uses broadband for Netflix as can't use it for email etc, she relies on me to help her. Would you be able to contact her?

    @btbusinesscare trying to work out why my emails have stopped forwarding.... been told to contact my original email provider (BT) by BT tech support, when it’s obviously a forwarding issue.... can you help?!

    @bt_uk I’m having issues with my GFast - spoke to an adviser on Saturday and my mini hub was meant to be activated but it’s still not, can you activate it for me if I DM you my details?

    @bt_uk Need a bit of help, my router has been disconnecting all the devices from the router sometimes a few times a day and all I get is help from someone at BT who's just reading from a script, can someone actually help solve this?
