Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@bt_uk Well obviously there's a fault when the LOS light is red on the ONT. LOS means Loss of Service. So yes, there's a fault. Awesome when I have to work from home this weekend and actually can't! Constant issues with BT.

@bt_uk I can't believe appalling service my 80 plus year old parents received from BT, the BT engineer came today to set up phone and TV, left half finished wires everywhere, he said he was popping out said there was issue with a wire that was last they saw him.

@bt_uk Can't find it in myself to support anything with BT branding on. Poor service, poor support, terrible equipment. Perhaps spend some more time on infrastructure and training your staff rather than self-congratulatory corporate responsibility gimmicks.

@bt_uk Moved house yesterday and booked hub installation weeks ago to existing point - fitter eventually rocked up after 3pm - decided “too difficult” - really bad attitude and needed for work and school - dreadful service no help at all

@btbusinesscare how can bt say that A faulty router is not a service fault, therefore wanting me to pay for an engineers visit. The engineer never even had a replacement router on board !!!

@bt_uk does anyone have an idea on how to fix not having internet or a phone line for a week. Seems that because I have fibre to home this is a problem as there are no engineers that know how to fix it. What a great service.
