    @bt_uk buy an upgrade for extra money each month, WiFi’s still shit. Buy some wired adapters and they dont even work ****** brilliant

    Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

    @JrRushden @philskyross1962 @bt_uk I only had BT once for six months and vowed never ever to use them again, and that was some eight years ago, obviously nothing has changed. Hope your Mum gets connected soon

    Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

    @bt_uk Obviously broadband is less important but I don’t think it’s acceptable that there is no phone signal for that length of time. Family has analogue phone but I understand this is to be phased out soon.

    @Chris_Stevens0n @bt_uk It is disappointing to see a complaint about BT’s service being kicked around BR and kicked back to the complainant to deal with. Surely good practice would be to get the complaint resolved and keep the complainant informed.

    So. We suffer with **** poor internet service from @bt_uk. Yesterday I was told we’re not guaranteed Wi-Fi connection. Even though they push’how great their Wi-Fi connection is’ on the ads.we get dropouts.They closed our case with a big **** you! #dontgiveashit #poorservice

    @BTCare hi bt. Can you advise on how early I should sign up for new service? I need to ensure zero disruption to my service as I'm working from home. I'm with @Plusnet until 13th Oct which I will be cancelling. Again critical that no break in service

    @hexahue @virginmedia @bt_uk ITS BEEN MONTHS I still have no I internet majority of the time. And I'm not the only one. WORST NETWORK TO BE WITH. THEY JUST FOB YOU OFF OR CUT YOU OFF THE PHONE!!!! IVE HAD THE SAME ISSUES FOR MONTHS AND THEY SEND YOY ROUND IN CIRCLES LOOKS LIKE IM MOVING TO BT TOO

    @bt_uk Family has just confirmed they have no knowledge of or access to a battery back up. Can you tell me what BT has done to make customers in rural areas aware of this service? BTW the broadband is still down.
