Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@bt_uk You’ve been overcharging us for 3 months now. Your Stockport team were supposed to resolve it by yesterday and email. Heard nothing from them. Called again today and still not sorted. Your customer service is awful.

@bt_uk You could help by connecting my broadband that should have started on 23rd March, then you delayed it to 30th March. Its still not connected and when I called about it today was told someone would call with an update on Monday so another weekend with no Internet connection
