In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. I am unable to access my account on BT app. It authenticates well, means no issues with id/ password etc. But some how apps don't work. Have reinstalled the app but still the same error. My web login is working though! Pls help.
