. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@btsport I don’t know @MichaelVaughan never met the man so don’t know if these allegations are true or false, but if his Fox coverage is pulled then I’m going to cancel my BT TV and Internet. Whatever happened to Innocent till proven Guilty?

@bt_uk Thank you, been told a new hub being sent, but that doesn't help when we have been paying for a service that has hardly worked in the last year!!!! At the time of reporting we were told would recieve compensation and well 18+mths later still nothing!!!!
