namecantbebrank (@alreetson) reported@bt_uk Since Tuesday, it's been an exasperating experience trying to understand what has happened and why. Her annex is now effectively redundant and she is confused about if she is, post-takeover, a BT customer or a Plusnet customer, and keeps getting stonewalled on the phone.
-
Joey (@laggyteabag) reported@bt_uk Im helping an neighbour try to log into their BT account. They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Is their any guidance for this?
-
duncan (@mongrelcelt) reported@TupperwareNFT @bt_uk Problem is both sides claim innocence. But onus is on BT to prove they made the request (community fibre can't prove an absence of something). It'll take an ombudsman to demand evidence from BT, so they've forced my hand. So pathetic for a massive corp to hide behind call centre
-
lee davenport (@leedvnprt) reported@bt_uk I can't phone any bt number because the automated service doesn't put me through to an actual person, it just says that my service has been restricted and I need to pay. I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!

SparkyDuck 🐸 (@SuperSparkyDuck) reported@bt_uk do your executive complaints team just ignore emails requesting I be contacted? Ive requested calls twice in the space of two days and neither have happened. My internet is still down. Its been 3 weeks. Sort. It. Out.
-
Robert Drummond (@robertd1981) reported@bt_uk I don’t really want to raise a complaint. It’s basic looking after people and that’s what you and Openreach should be doing. I should not have to complain for you to have nothing more than average standards.
-
Martin (@WASNAPPER) reported@bt_uk At the third stroke I will have been sitting listening to your terrible music on hold for more time than is bearable. In the meantime my 85 year old mother is still without a useable landline, is 4 weeks acceptable to you?
-
On-On-On (@clark1919acaw) reported@bt_uk Hi - sorry, I mean the internet connection has been down all day, so we have been cash only in our store all day .. hopefully it back in tomorrow
-
Karla (@SaffyBun) reported@bt_uk Hello, I can only find phone numbers to contact customer services. I cannot call, I need written communication. How can I contact someone in writing about TV? It's ridiculous how difficult it's become to manage my account online now.

Mark (@Walesguy2) reported@bt_uk Site is still down….four hours!!!
