. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

Unfortunately I thought I dreamt about yesterday's cricket. But today I can see my worst fears have been realised and @btsport really do have that awful studio #Ashes
