. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk They've said it will be actioned in the next 48 hours, but i've been told this numerous times before, but there is an issue with address discrepancies and the Openreach tool that disconnects landlines, so it may just fail again.

@birtydave @btsport Haha! As Captain Mainwaring said (god I hate Dad's Army), they don't like it up em! Villareal are doing exactly to Liv what Liv do to other teams: push them, chase them, force them into errors and lack of calm. Anyone can do this (it's what Saints and Palace did to us).

Anyone else have @btsport tell them there's too many streams running when there simply aren't all the time? And do they know how to fix the issue?
