In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Calling BT only results in over an hour on the phone and severe mental distress. Surely you should be doing everything in your power to resolve the outstanding complaint?

Nick (@DineenNick) reported@jwmurphy @bt_uk Under the Universal Service Obligation BT is obliged to maintain loads of boxes. BT wants rid of most as people just don't use them but they're stuck with then. Sadly the KX ones are ugly compared to the K2.

HolisterJames (@Worldcu55617750) reported@bt_uk 5 different CS team have looked into this issue and had 2 BT engineers out and no one could solve the problem. Problem was I was using too may Wi-Fi devices or BT fibre fault. No compensation was given. So I left BT.
