  . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

  @bt_uk I'm not the homeowner I don't have those account details. Wifi down for over one hour now. Always happens, have to wait normally 5 hours until it magically comes back. Poor using data in our own house

  @jiraiya642 @bt_uk There is a BT box office app you use but it's currently not working for me and a few others. I logged in today to buy the event and all it says is "No content available". Got told my BT I have to contact the BT Box Office team.

  @btsport I'm looking to buy UFC 280 through the box office app but it's saying there is no content available. I can find it on the website but I'm worried the app will still be down come fight time. I'm using the app to stream to my chromecast.

  @KyleAFC7 @bt_uk I only tried this morning and had a major fuckabout with live chat trying to sort it to no avail. Never had a problem with ordering previous UFC PPV's through the app
