I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles. Sent 1 engineer to as it must be a problem with the setup in the house, he confirmed it was a line fault. Had 2 more appointments
