. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk I have just waited for 59 mins on the phone to try to speak with someone in Customer Services. How do you expect to keep customers with that service! How do you leave BT?? 🤬

Uuugghhh, my @BT_uk internet has been down since Xmas day!! Apparently there’s a fault on the line and it’s going to take until the 4th to fix 😭 no gaming, no tv and no online business until then! I’m basically living in the dark ages right now!

@bt_uk Hi there, I have The BT Smart Hub 2 and have a Fibre 150 package, i’ve just moved my PC downstairs and the wifi coverage just about covers the corner where the PC is located however the signal is weak, is there any chance of sending me a WiFi booster?

@bt_uk It's not just slow speeds . I keep getting the blue, to orange/purple every five minutes (I'm not the only one either looking through Twitter) so basically I'm losing a promised service. Why promise a minimum speed that you're not accountable for? Also the mini hub is useless.

Worse case scenario.....if @LeicesterTigers ARE kicked out of the league I can at least cancel my @btsport subscription and save a bit of cash! Every cloud..and all that!
