@J_Strudwick @Jamken22 @btsport I had the same problem - try to watch a different BT channel (I picked Rugby), then once logged in switch back to footie - all ok.

. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk What info do you need? My husband has spoken to @UtilitiesWareho who say the problem is with Openreach.

@bt_uk No Broadband since Saturday the 17Dec2022. No communciation, no visibility. I have to check service status online every time myself. The fix date has been pushed out 3x times, from 20Dec to 28Dec. Still no idea whats happening. Customer service said they can do nothing?

@HywelPlaidCymru @bt_uk Thank you Hywel for your support with this but @bt_uk are still happy for me to go without a service until the new year due to them not passing on the correct information for the correct engineer to do their job.

@bt_uk Also just so you are aware. Ordered 23.10.22 - service was supposed to start 7.11.22 but delayed due to the line so when on my portal it states 21.11.22 that is incorrect as the service was supposed to start 7.11.22 then went to 14.11.22 and then the 21.11.22. Message for Sharon.

@bt_uk Furthermore, you said BT can do nothing but refer to Openreach. What is the relations between Openreach and BT? Do BT have any governance process for Openreach contract? Is the repair process still within the designed service level agreement?

@bt_uk Your Openreach service is total crap! You can’t expect people to be without the net over Xmas! My husband and I work from home!!

@bt_uk I have written to Philip Jansen and @guardian to outline this appalling level of service. This is the 2nd time Openreach have failed to make an installation appointment.
