In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. I think live sport on any streaming service like YouTube would be the same, but not watching an old video of something or other on the same channel. Its a daft system.

I guess its another day on the mobile phone (thankfully Vodafone) chasing the elusive BT Cloud Voice team, for another update. why do BT think this is acceptable?
