Womble Returns💙 (@WombleReturns) reported@bt_uk I agree - warned tech support I didn't want a sales spiel, passed to second person, given spiel. I interrupted to say I only wanted the issue fixed. Told that it was my equipment & wall socket and was no longer supported. No worries, I cancelled various services and now pay less.
