Still no correspondence from @bt_uk very poor, can't get anywhere with online help, maybe I should've stayed with Virgin Media or gone back to Sky, atleast their Internet works!

@RealSplinterUK @bt_uk Unfortunately Cityfibre hasn’t Fiberd yet and virgin was looking for £72/month so I’ve had to cancel! I don’t get much income this year and with my energy bills being £300 I don’t have more than £70 free to pay for internet, food and travel :(
