    . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

    @J_Strudwick @Jamken22 @btsport I had the same problem - try to watch a different BT channel (I picked Rugby), then once logged in switch back to footie - all ok.

    @bt_uk I have just waited for 59 mins on the phone to try to speak with someone in Customer Services. How do you expect to keep customers with that service! How do you leave BT?? 🤬

    @bt_uk I've now raised a formal complaint with BT. I have the emails and now a screenshot of an Openreach build status map for the Newport on Tay exchange showing we don't have plans to build any further in this area.!

    @bt_uk Im hard if hearing so cannot phone as have difficulty in understanding. Have you got an email address so I can put in an official complaint. You insist I return equipment i didn't need or want. You promised a returns bag would be put in with the new hub and it wasnt.

    @bt_uk hey, I’m having trouble finding my active account with you. When I log in with the email it always logs into an inactive account. Can’t find bills info etc etc. All info is my closed account before rejoining you. Can you help? Thanks.

    @bt_uk WHY HAVEN’T YOU RESPONDED TO MY COMPLAINT FROM 13/8 AND NOW YOU EXPECT ME TO PAY TWO MONTHS FOR 10 DAYS SERVICE? TRULY APPALLING!!NO COMPENSATION OFFERED, A WHOLE MONTH WAITING FOR YOU TO SORT YOUR **** UPS OUT!! AND YOU EXPECT ME TO PAY!! TRULY APPALLING!! OMBUDSMAN NEXT.

    @bt_uk Your engineer came on Tuesday but couldn’t fix the problem as I needed a new router - which for some reason he didn’t have. A new one was ordered but now 2 days later no sign of it! What kind of service is that?

    How does one leave their contract with @bt_uk and their third world internet speeds? We have had five engineers out and the speeds are still slow. The worst ISP ever.

    @bt_uk do your executive complaints team just ignore emails requesting I be contacted? Ive requested calls twice in the space of two days and neither have happened. My internet is still down. Its been 3 weeks. Sort. It. Out.

    @bt_uk I know but he's put off by getting nowhere recently and i am not at home with him. What else could be a problem? He has tried putting new bt SIM in and turning phone on/off but no joy.
