You constantly refuse to return call or reply to emails or text messages that you have promised to respond to, blatantly tell lies. Every apology is insincere and meaningless.

My internet is stopped without me asking for termination within hours of receiving an email in the middle of a night which I haven't requested at all. Now I'm told to wait for nearly 2 months.

This is poor service. We currently have no internet and your engineer didn’t turn up yesterday as promised yet again!

Nicola Lester (@Delilah64) reported@bt_uk A few hours later and Wi-Fi is dropping all the time on my laptop. I’m in the next room to the router location, so it shouldn’t be a signal issue. I’m really at my wit’s end with this now. It’s so hard to do anything with Wi-fi when it’s dropping in and out all the time. 😩
