    . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

    @J_Strudwick @Jamken22 @btsport I had the same problem - try to watch a different BT channel (I picked Rugby), then once logged in switch back to footie - all ok.

    Apparently @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk, cant supply super fast broadband to my street, due to engineering reasons. Their competitors have no problem and would love to have my business.

    @bt_uk @ofgem What the hell is going on with my service? I had BT call minder to consolidate all calls to one answering service This has now disappeared with no notice given 1572 has this odd message about blacklists which makes no sense at all So what is going on?

    please be in between 1pm-6pm.. my poor kid hasn’t been out all day and still no one from @WeAreOpenreach has been??? But don’t worry you get £5 a day back from @bt_uk 😒 we’re currently on day 7.

    @bt_uk If you're sales tactic is to knock on a door and say to a home owner "are your mum or dad not home?" Just because they own a house at a young age due to working hard. Then I'd suggest you get better employees. Not only do you charge huge prices, it's terrible for money.

    @bt_uk How is right for Bt/Openreach to leave a 90 year old lady without access to her landline, internet and house security for nearly 3 weeks whilst making promises to sort this problem out and then never turning up or returning calls? Appalling!!

    @bt_uk can you explain why your billing it’s ridiculously poor?! Trying to pay a bill online, it’s not showing up, it’s constantly asking to log in when we’re logged in and the app constantly saying error. My husband now going to lose his lunch break speaking to you!

    @bt_uk @btsport Why is it that not a single one of your "service" agents understand that @EE customers have access to BT Sport Ultimate?! Going round and round in circles! Such a poor customer service experience with your teams over the last few days. Can someone please help?!
