In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. John Brett (@JohnB_Rivendell) reported@btbusinesscare Since the last 2 updates (8.2.6 & 8.2.7) the app doesn’t work properly. Can do some like speed test and service status but it won’t let me access the hub with my admin password to control WiFi, guest access etc. Fault reporting gets stuck and cycles round to the beginning.
