In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Gary (@petrolheadtoo) reported@bt_uk For example why is it no longer possible to direct message BT on X. That was useful and an actual person replied. I got a bot earlier and BT should be ashamed of it. I asked about compensation and it said which service do you need help with and gave 4 options.
