  @bt_uk a customer retention advisor added broadband to my account which I already had. I actually asked for sky sports to be added. The advisor placed the order without my knowledge and now I have a delivery for the equipment I didnt ask for. Is this fraud?

  @sadaplays @bt_uk @Ofcom holy crap. Good on getting some refund, but they should refund you for all of it or give you free connection for the remaining years they owe. That would not fly here in the US.

  @virginmedia I have never encountered such a poor service like Virgin Media WiFi Boosters have failed, there engineers have tried and fail. I’ve waited in excess of 1 hour to get help on the telephone only to be cut off - disgusting service overall. @bt_uk sorry I left you
