I have been immensely patient with @bt_uk and that patience is wearing thin! I believe there are 144 logs currently regarding this.

Yet with valid customer login details your hotspots regularly log me out and I have to re enter all the info again. This isn't just annoying, I've lost business over it now and I'm moving providers.

It's a joke. The amount of money you guys make and you can't even upgrade your services to make them reliable. My home WiFi is just as bad
