    . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

    @J_Strudwick @Jamken22 @btsport I had the same problem - try to watch a different BT channel (I picked Rugby), then once logged in switch back to footie - all ok.

    Hello @btbusinesscare I’ve wasted hours of my life, and raised my blood pressure all afternoon trying to connect new Cloud Voice kit and set up an account. You’re the worst in the world. I can’t believe I’ve been stupid enough to sign up with you again. All that time and kind telephone help, and still unable to log in. If I still drank I’d be hitting the brandy.

    @btbusinesscare glad to know your billing team couldn’t wait to go home instead of resolving our issue which is part of an on-going complaint, I have had to shut the business for the night and cancel a birthday party whilst they went home

    @btbusinesscare my 90 year old Mother is still waiting for her landline to be fixed. Fault at exchange. 3 days now she has been without and she's on your priority list. Her lifeline system is also not working because of the Fault with her landline..... When is it going to be on
