. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk @btbusinesscare My account is residential as the business isn’t located at home but to not have any access to the internet is ridiculous! I get no phone signal at home and no data signal so with no broadband or landline I have no accesss to communications. I am at a friends house to deal with!

@bt_uk You’ve been overcharging us for 3 months now. Your Stockport team were supposed to resolve it by yesterday and email me. Heard nothing from them. Called again today and still not sorted. Your customer service is awful.

@gavinemmett @btsport don’t forget poor @SamLowes_22 had to start from pit lane for a minimal offence last year. Sam is a clean rider, Marquez is a known offender, so should have a harder penalty, and should certainly serve it wherever!
