In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. fuey (@hongkongfu3y) reported@bt_uk hello BT. I was a BT customer for years but was shifted onto EE. I have a broadband package with them and 2 sim only deals (originated as BT sims) If I change back to BT would I still get the mobile discount with EE being the same as BT or would that change??

Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid you allow people to do this? I think as a company you desperately need to review this practice, it’s dangerous and a disgrace and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
