In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it. A locally based firm is doing fullfibre for very good price but problem is think it would involve digging up garden. Nightmare isn't it?

It's how I flew under the radar when I lived in France in an unapproved residence. Basically you keep the local mayor on side* and don't let anything escalate to the departement. *May involve 5L of wine a couple of times a year.
