@bt_uk We have an existing account. No one can tell us if the internet has been cut off or is still working. Engineers keep canceling appointments - absolutely disgusting service!

@bt_uk shockingly poor service. Three weeks notice that we are moving home. Two weeks in new home and still no broadband. Spending hours calling and having to repeat information. No satisfactory resolutions offered despite over 15 years as a broadband customer!
