. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk I can't remember what it said, but something like recording failed. We had a new box sent out to us a month or so ago. The recording issue seems to have started with this. I think my next option is probably a factory reset?

@bt_uk appalled by the level of service I’m receiving by BT. Customer service are not interested in resolving my issue. Told me my complaint needed to be closed although I was no satisfied with the resolution. Then told me I need to phone them every day to try and get it sorted.

@btbusinesscare We have been open for 1 week after 4 months of lockdown. We have no mobile coverage so cannot accept payment. We were supposed to be upgraded next month not disconnected a month early?! We have been on the phone all day and nobody has been able to provide us with a resolution?

I absolutely hate @bt_uk so much it hurts. Genuinely, unbelievably ****. Think if I tried to watch a film on a only Sony Ericsson W810 from 2006 I’d get better quality than trying to stream from your utter shite service.
