In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Rachel (@rachelleese84) reported@bt_uk we’ve had problems with our wifi for a month. Multiple open reach engineers claim to have fixed it. None have. Latest made it worse. No wifi at all. Impossible to speak to a human who is helpful. I’m disabled and rely on the internet.
