@bt_uk I have just waited for 59 mins on the phone to try to speak with someone in Customer Services. How do you expect to keep customers with that service! How do you leave BT?? 🤬

. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk Bt u cold called at my mother's house and signed her up to a service she didn't need want or ask for.... is this allowed????? now she as had nothing but trouble with wrong email addresses she can't access and equipment she can't use !!!! Unbelievable

Hey @bt_uk staying at a holiday house in Wales for Xmas, let down by fallen broadband cable unfixed since Storm Arwen! That’s pretty poor. No contact with distant family for us this Xmas I guess.

@bt_uk disappointed to have my order cancelled for the sixth time today. Assured last time it would go through. Is communication between openreach and BT that bad or am I getting fobbed off because it seems all beyond the customer service agents understanding nearly every time🤯

@bt_uk Hi we’ve tried to reconnect the routers but it’s saying there’s a problem with the broadband and it’s now saying we’re not signed up for certain things when we’ve been using them until recently and we were sure it was all part of the package…it’s all been a shambles
