@bt_uk I have to say, that even when the bar is set increasingly ever lower in the world of customer service, BT manages to drag it lower. Just shocking. Why do I bother?And no, I don’t want you to close my complaint- I haven’t even spoken to anybody yet!!!

@HilzHilary @bt_uk Just been on down detector and loads of people are reporting this issue. Have been panicking all day thinking I'd been hacked
