In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Sent a complaint letter to BT plc, PO Box 334, Sheffield, S98 1BT and received a text a couple of weeks later saying the complaint had been closed but with no resolution.
