I was told to wait til the new residents have taken over on the 28th after which I’ll receive a final bill. Why are you charging twice for this service for 7 months. I’m astounded it’s even legal. jackbwater (@jackbwater) reported@mizmuggle @bt_uk Now router says "connected" (an improvement) but internet doesn't work 'cos the DNS IP address the router is getting is wrong. Can't even ping the DNS IP 81.139.56.100 No option to set DNS from BT Router! Changing DNS IP locally , to 8.8.8.8/4.4.4.4 and internet works.
