  . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

  @J_Strudwick @Jamken22 @btsport I had the same problem - try to watch a different BT channel (I picked Rugby), then once logged in switch back to footie - all ok.

  @bt_uk They dug down there a few days ago, and was working on it but there is nobody there now. My internet was working perfectly fine this morning, but since someone has yet again come and left, it’s now not working
