. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

It is absolutely ridiculous that in 2022 there are still parts of the UK mainline rail network (therefore parts of mainland UK) that you still can’t get a mobile phone signal! Come on @bt_uk @networkrail sort it out! 😡

@bt_uk what a joke. It's been nearly two weeks and I'm still without internet. You keep telling me it's a problem with the line, you say you resolved it and it's still not working. I keep asking for a engineer to come to the house but you keep telling me no. Why can't you fix it

@bt_uk hi, just had a call from 07857 906161 claiming to be bt and discussing my router replacement due to poor speed! Obviously a scam, but thought i’d let you know in case theres something you can do to stop other people getting calls.
