. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

During a time when families are struggling but still hope to help those less fortunate I wish @btsport wouldn't dictate to people that a £10 donation to #PakistanFloods fund is the minimum. In fact I see too many 'text 7****' to donate denominations of 10. Just accept help.

@CommunityFibre So Bad less than a Month and you have gone down 3 TIMES AWFUL I WAS FORCED BY @optivohomes to use your awful bloody service can’t wait to kick your arse out my home and bring back a decent @bt_uk service with whom never once in 5 years did I have this issue

Just another reminder that @bt_uk CEO Philip 'Foodbank' Jansen has cut the wages of staff by 6% in real terms, while handing himself a 32% payrise, and giving 760 million to shareholders. 999 services and staff continue to strike to get a payrise that will help pay their bills.
