. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk 2.5 months and still no broadband. Got a phone call today. I asked them to escalate this issue and told there is no escalation process. #btfail #terriblecustomerservice

""we will fix it on 2 days"". next day another staff tell you oh we promise in two month. then if it doesn't work, they will say the expert is coming to help you but next month. most staff you speak with are not idiot,but not expert
