@bt_uk Try to get it sorted a lot faster than with your original screw up. Someone shouldn't have to pay nearly £60 per month for something that doesn't work.

@bt_uk hey BT my BT Sport monthly pass is still not working. I reactivated my account at 19:30 on the 26th January. I received a confirmation email as well confirming my payment. Also on my BT dashboard it says the payment has gone through. And I still can’t watch live BT Sport

@btsportfootball @btsport I bought a monthly BT pass at 8.48 to watch tonight’s football and despite your website saying instant access I have found a page saying you need UP TO 15 mins to activate my account, it’s been 30 mins and still won’t let me watch can u help pls

@bt_uk I am having problem with the youview remote control. I have reported this long ago, and nothing is done to help me. And this is making me to wonder if BT cares at all.
