. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@J_Strudwick @Jamken22 @btsport I had the same problem - try to watch a different BT channel (I picked Rugby), then once logged in switch back to footie - all ok.

@bt_uk No, but I’m concerned it might happen again this weekend. I’m an on call engineer for an emergency service. I just wanted to clarify if this was planned or fault. Open reach or calling Bt could tell me why this has happened.

@bt_uk Hi, the engineer was not able to install my full fibre connection as he said the cable did not extend into my property. He said I would have to wait for the openreach property team to look at a solution and said this could take weeks. Can someone call me to discuss this?
