. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

Upgraded to BT ultrafast fibre on Wednesday and have had super slow speeds ever since! Spent 30mins trying to get through yesterday and have been in a queue for 18mins so far now 🤬🤬 #BT #epicfail @bt_uk
