. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk I live in an area where full fibre still isn't available. My speed dropped from 52mb to about 29mb. I spent 1.5hr on phone to be told - Speed was going down anyway because line 'aging' - You won't do anything about it - I still have to pay an outrageous price for it. 1/2

@bt_uk They said that the problem was with the master socket, which they changed. It worked yesterday, but today it's been dropping out. I'm trying to phone BT now, on hold for over 20 minutes. Just goes to show how many people are experiencing. I'm paying you over £80 for a £5 service

@bt_uk Been a customer for 40+ yrs with same tel No. took you 40 minutes to give me a 'temporary' number but can't or won't give me my old number back even after 3 separate orders in last MONTH, ironic really as the first tweet I see is helping the older generation stay connected

@bt_uk Does your customer deliberately fob customers off when they don’t know what to do. We have been trying to upgrade our package since July and there is constantly an error with it. We are now on the 14th order since July
