@bt_uk I have just waited for 59 mins on the phone to try to speak with someone in Customer Services. How do you expect to keep customers with that service! How do you leave BT?? 🤬

. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk Don't assume a person with a bad back, poor clothing, no ID, is a fraud, different color is a fraud. The Fraud is the 1 who is living in the mansion and has robbed the lives of ppl. It wasn't BT to be 100% clear but @EE as well. I saw your logo saying BT&EE are collaborating. tnx

@bt_uk you’ve moved vulnerable family to digital voice without support. Adaptor doesn’t work and they are now stuck without a reliable phone service. We’ve tried to access help but haven’t got a solution
