. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk It’s not often you can rave about exemplary customer care in the UK, but BT raised the bar yesterday. When the lightning storm destroyed my router, they called me within the hour and a replacement router arrived this morning, free of charge. Perfect.

@bt_uk we are now at 4 separate visits by your engineers to get us connected and still no broadband - I am no trying to call up to chase for an update and it simply cuts out after 5 mins on your main number / not great service !

@bt_uk I've been trying to contact you (in fact so have 2 other people) about an elderly relative's landline which is not working, no ringtone and no broadband. She can't report the fault herself obviously, and we can't get through. Her medical equipment relies on it!

@bt_uk WTF Is Goin On Wit Email Servers ? Apparently I Have Mail But No Mail, And Any Mail I Delete n Put In Tha Trash It Still Shows As A Number In Tha Bin. @AppleSupport Mail Is Tellin Me My Info Is Wrong. I’ve Deleted Tha Accounts, Restarted n Even Deleted Tha App. #Help
