@bt_uk After having my broadband installation delayed by a month FOR THE THIRD TIME I want to cancel my order. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

@BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

Just a fun anecdote to add @bt_uk...we've spoken to at least 4 people about this and have been cut off every time. I have now driven to a car park in the hope of actually getting to speak to someone who can fix this problem. Pls help.

@bt_uk We have a new hub coming, today, so will see if that solves things. Support told me that, if it doesn't, there's nothing more they can do. Not sure where that leaves me, having shelled out £200 for Complete Wi-fi discs, though.
