@bt_uk My 91 year old grandparents are still without internet or phone since 11th February despite reassurances it would be resolved yesterday. This is disgusting service they are isolated, depressed and deserve better.

  • slogan1980 Scott Logan (@slogan1980) reported from Birmingham, England

@btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

  • Melsworldtravel Melissa Graham 🇪🇺 (@Melsworldtravel) reported from Solihull, England

@bt_uk Day 8 of being a new customer. Still no broadband/TV and still no clue as to when we will have them #Shambles

  • CraigyLowe Craig (@CraigyLowe) reported from Birmingham, England

@bt_uk all day l have been trying to help a fellow key worker get some damn assistance as our office is closing due to corona and she can’t work because you guys won’t sort her internet out. She’s called time and time again and you hang up!

  • TweetyPie100 Joanne Whitfield (@TweetyPie100) reported from Solihull, England

@bt_uk A week with no phone line or internet, supposed to be fixed today but just heard won't be happening. Apparently taking longer to fix the fault but no indication of how long. What an absolute joke of a company. Second time we've had problems in the last month.

  • MrT222 Tony Kenny (@MrT222) reported from Birmingham, England

@Halcruttenden @btsport Ditto. Sky first. Then BT. Graze boxes next (nice idea but still eat crap too) then the woofers. Two is a luxury I’ve decided so they have a week to prove who is staying. Mind you if I tell the wife I think I’m gone

  • Litterwatch1 Litter Watch (@Litterwatch1) reported from Birmingham, England

@bt_uk @btbusinesscare Have resolved our internet & phone issue. We are back up & running. Well, virtually we are.

  • TweetyPie100 Joanne Whitfield (@TweetyPie100) reported from Solihull, England

@Ste_Whitfield @bt_uk No, it was supposed to be fixed tomorrow. But on @bt_uk service checker for our number, the fault is closed. So I contacted them and they said an engineer had fixed the line. But when I checked, the phone line and internet were not working. They are sending a mini hub out.

  • TweetyPie100 Joanne Whitfield (@TweetyPie100) reported from Solihull, England

@bt_uk The company of Broken Truths, that's obviously what their initials stand for! Lie after lie after lie. Cancelled appointments, estimated repair date being pushed back further and further, broken promises to call back and excuses why our line hasn't been fixed sooner.

  • Jamz121 Jamz (@Jamz121) reported from Birmingham, England

@chevyt80 @SkyUK @btsport Dat streaming life shit quality, feezes, commentator speaking Arabic etc all long, did it for years... 4k HD all da sports deya on my TVs. £100 a month not bad

  • rfstokes44 Stokesie (@rfstokes44) reported from Nuneaton, England

@btsport Surprising that Scouse **** McManaman is talking utter shit again!! Never does anything else! ********!! “It’s still a foul even if there’s no contact!” **** off ****!! #EVEARS

  • MrT222 Tony Kenny (@MrT222) reported from Birmingham, England

@Halcruttenden @btsport Feel ur pain Hal, same last wk but Sunday made a point of ringing after open at 9am eventually got through to a Liverpudlian called Michael. As you say don’t want to refund or cancel as Sky has but did come up with a very good deal - too long for this tweet so I’ll add it below

  • TweetyPie100 Joanne Whitfield (@TweetyPie100) reported from Solihull, England

As well as incredibly poor customer service @bt_uk are also absolute liars. Just been told that an engineer has fixed the fault yet still have no phone line and no internet. I feel a change of provider coming in the new year.

  • leemulliss123 lee mulliss (@leemulliss123) reported from Birmingham, England

@btsport still charging people full price for a service that’s useless due to sports cancellations. Should at least do the same at @SkySports Disgusting.

  • PervaizJasim JP (@PervaizJasim) reported from Birmingham, England

    I’m sorry I like AJ but there’s levels to this shit #Fury #btsport #TysonFuryGypsyKing

  • StrideSteve Steve Stride (@StrideSteve) reported from Birmingham, England

Why don’t @btsport suspend subscriptions whilst they are not offering a service as @SkySports have done. £38.50 a month for zilch !

  • TweetyPie100 Joanne Whitfield (@TweetyPie100) reported from Solihull, England

@bt_uk Had lengthy chat with advisor called Mark who explained an engineer came out today but couldn't fix the problem as it needed someone with more experience. Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

  • Melsworldtravel Melissa Graham 🇪🇺 (@Melsworldtravel) reported from Solihull, England

@bt_uk Day 7 of being a new customer and still no connection to broadband/TV... now being told update Thursday which will be day 9... #badcustomerservice

  • stevegoodman Steve Goodman (@stevegoodman) reported from Nuneaton, England

@andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

@bt_uk what happens if you already get Xbox ultimate through Xbox but want to get it through BT will it automatically cancel the Xbox payment or will I have to cancel it myself

  • Carolin37278929 Caroline (@Carolin37278929) reported

@bt_uk The landline is my parents only form of communication, they do not own mobile phones, so this situation leaves them very vulnerable. I live in the same street and have Virgin phone line with no issues at all.

  • dkj101 David Jeffery (@dkj101) reported

@bt_uk So when will the service be fixed. And how do I get a refund for all of the down time I’ve had due to your failure to resolve this issue in a timely manner?

  • Kylenene Kenny Lee (@Kylenene) reported

@bt_uk Where do I start? who manages your call centre managers? they are incapable of sending a mini-hub. Three attempts made, no hub, no tracking provided, no update. This is only the first of my issues

  • OliB10 OliB (@OliB10) reported

@btsport And now after being on hold for 30 mins they simply hang up on me. Absolute disgrace for a supposedly legit company. I am now going to cancel all my other BT products just to make a point.

  • ChloFlem_ Chloe (@ChloFlem_) reported

@ppaigeyx @bt_uk He didn’t update his notes either so they couldn’t send another engineer for like 5 days if he still didn’t update in that time. We didn’t have internet for 2 weeks lmao. Terrible service

  • Retro_uk Steve (@Retro_uk) reported

@bt_uk Sadly not yet. Not had a chance to go out (I'm disabled) and to be honest the signal in my flat is pretty dire for some reason. I'm close to Manchester city centre so I should be in a 5G zone. I'll test my sim properly first before ordering a new one

  • Christy03526652 ChristyS (@Christy03526652) reported

@bt_uk Still very poor service when I am paying over £70 p month for guaranteed speed. Not a quality service.

  • ldaviesmusic Lawrence Davies (@ldaviesmusic) reported

@bt_uk We've had no broadband since moving house on 10th Sep, despite following all the moving instructions and have had a text to say our new service is now available. Tried to use the faults text support but it says it can't find an acc. associated with our landline no.

  • CoreblimeyVic victor martinez (@CoreblimeyVic) reported from Esher, England

@bt_uk where do I start with how terrible your service is , let me start with being passed from one person to another on a call then put indefinitely on hold , next contract switching to a provider with manners .
