Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. They have a very swift verification process. And my calls usually take a maximum of 1-2 minutes. Love it. But then there are times I have to call @bt_uk …. Or Thames water. FML!!!
