Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

A situation is repeatedly explained to you. Promises are made by your staff which never happen. Never had to deal with such incompetency.
