@bt_uk After having my broadband installation delayed by a month FOR THE THIRD TIME I want to cancel my order. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

@BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

@bt_uk When you think you have sorted something! I signed a contract for my upgrade and now you are refusing to honour this! I will be cancelling my contract with you if this isn’t honoured it’s disgusting customer service! And after a failing service you just selll! No advice just sell
