Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

So I contacted them and they said an engineer had fixed the line. But when I checked, the phone line and internet were not working. They are sending a mini hub out.

Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
