    @bt_uk has an appointment for full fibre booked months Given 8 till 1 slot ,guy turned up at 12 .35 No problem with lad who came,neat and tidy but he's got to box in footpath to find remaining ports all dead. Guy needed to sort is too busy today and will come tomorrow.Poor

    Hello @bt_uk. I cancelled my broadband service BEFORE activation and within the cooling-off period. However, I’ve been incorrectly charged £33.99. This is unacceptable. If this isn't refunded immediately, I will escalate this to the Communications Ombudsman. Account number is

    Finally, a customer service employee from @bt_uk is taking ownership of my complaint. Apologies offered by her. I have requested a timeline of everything to identify human error in ceasing the account. Agreed a plan to reinstate broadband & get a refund from @EE @BBCWatchdog

    @bt_uk @bt_uk you've now sent me a text to say complaint closed with no way of even finding how to reply to the initial complaint YOU raised. I now have a WiFi extender, upgraded fibre broadband with instructions for a Smart Hub 3. Do I have a smart hub 3? Nope.

    Dad's just retired from @bt_uk due to ill health 38 years service. Not a single thank you, good luck or all the best Nothing at all Zero communication regarding help or advice getting his pension sorted and organised Just a random DPD driver turned up for his laptop Shambles

    @bt_uk If your take the time to check & converse with each other you would see that several people have all been in touch saying the same thing ! Obviously it is a problem your end. Giving me another reason to leave

    @bt_uk I've never set foot in Cyprus, I just used a free service on the internet that gives you free access to texts for random numbers all over the world. And it worked.

    Almost a yr after i left...and im still getting emails and texts from @bt_uk telling me my bill is ready .. plus they never paid me the money they owed me #BT #EE make it stop
