@bt_uk i have also called CS team who forwarded me to 4 ppl in a 40 min call - no one has any information and finally forwarded me open reach about number porting issues and the line cuts off as OpenReach's office is closed! I thought @virginmedia was bad! This is diabolical onboarding!

So @bt_uk wanted to do my new internet in the hallway. Not even my Front room. Like that is the worst place to do it and these guys clearly wasn't trying to help either. Not happy at all

@bt_uk new customer to BT as of yesterday. Open reach came to install fiber to house. Arrived spot on time, great. Left 5pm, with part installation done with a promise of back in the morning, No engineer, no completed installation, no internet!

@bt_uk Brilliant from you BT! My elderly mother who has never missed a payment, has had her Internet and phone cut off and you've allocated her phone number to someone else. This is the landline that her DOCTOR has to contact her. She's shielding and cut off from everyone.

@bt_uk I have, thanks. I think it’s a bit unusual to be repeatedly told to expect a message which never arrives... I worry that something is wrong with this order or perhaps the customer service needs improving?

@bt_uk No I'm not as I use Vodafone for almost half the cost of what my parents were paying for a slower bt service, until I switched them over last year too. Thanks for your concern though!
