I hope #SkySports and #btsport do not support this, if there’s no coverage there’s no advertising and there’s no revenue! Please stand united with the fans and reject all proposals #europeansuperleague

BT and Openreach are a joke btw, 2 months without broadband and now another 5 days without it it for them to sort their mistake (which I had to tell them what the issue was as they were clueless) and still having to pay my bills for these 2 month @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp

@bt_uk It is a constant 4.8 mbps upload which is some of the lowest in the country. I'm more than capable of running said test myself the issue is your infrastructure. I am leaving the network due to the atrocious upload which falls below a lowest level stream standard!

@bt_uk got my date to leave my BT broadband etc contract to another provider. Yes, I have 11 months to go, but the quality of service is appallingly bad ( continual failures), customer service treat you poorly but .... your still going to hit me with a huge penalty to leave!!!

@bt_uk could u help me? My friend has BT Halo1 but her 5 year old router is now playing up. Every few days the WiFi drops from an expected 65mbs to around 10mbs. This is corrected by unplugging and restarting. This is a fault on the router.

@bt_uk Thank you, I thought so. The only problem with blocking calls like this is that my BT block list is already full. We get scam calls several times a day and I can't block any more. Why do you limit the number customers can block?

@bt_uk Instead of giving standard responses to tweets calling out your inefficiencies it may be worth reading them. Your outdated infrastructure across your network is the problem not a 'line issue' which will elicit a sales person giving a "have you tried a new DSL filter?" response.

@bt_uk We already called 4 times! That is wrong, not okay, worst service ever. It’s 2021, everyone is working from home how could think it is okay for people to be over two months without internet?! @bt_uk You need to find a solution 😡😡😡
