Purchased a monthly @bt_uk sports pass for the #WIvsENG series and #ChampionsLeague games and needed to vent how absolutely awful the streaming platform is! Constant buffering and that's when it lets you log in! If reaching them wasn't so difficult, I'd be hankering for a refund!

@PhilBatemanMBE I don’t know if you can do anything to help but last Monday,City Fibre dug up the end of our street & since then several of my neighbours & my mom have been without phone &/or internet.Between us my mom & I have contacted @Plusnet & @bt_uk but got nowhere…

@bt_uk My partner has had his landline no. 'slammed' and lost his phone number he has had for the past 30+ yrs. Got landline back- different number! He wants his old number back for various reasons. Need a straight answer. Can you help asap- thanks.

@bt_uk I'm approx 2 or 3 metres from my hub. WiFi signal is "poor"! I'm sure you do it so we'll pay more for your additional equipment! Not happening! Need a fix please. Only been with you 2 months!
