    @bt_uk This service issue happened This morning my mobile is showing no service and can’t make calls or receive. I don’t normally get this issue in my area. I have switched mobile off then on, looked through mobile data settings. Turned on the off airplane mode. Checked my sim.

    @bt_uk We had a verbal confirm by a shop attendee that delivery was 13.04 and activation was 15.04 - I had a text this morning confirming activation on 25.04! I called a few times and nobody could help or expedite it so we’re forced to wait 🤷🏼

    @bt_uk Now been a week without proper broadband after the engineer didn’t show last week, over 2 hours of phone calls last week and mini hub sent which is ineffective. Was told I would be contacted today for an engineer visit but nothing! Appalling service for a loyal customer.😡

    @bt_uk terrible customer service. One of the worst. Compare to Amazon, like it or loath it, BT are truly awful, pathetic, amateurs!

    @BritishGas I’ve waited for nearly 2 hours for a call back from your ‘bereavement team’. Not very helpful at all. A bereaved person has an awful lot of stuff to deal with. You’ve added to the agony. @bt_uk were brilliant so was @YorkshireWater

    @bt_uk On 11/04/22 as a follow up to a complaint, a BT. Cc team member told me OpenReach can be contacted via their bot on their website to organise a surveyor before pre-ordering a fibre package. This is wrong information & I’d like to reopen the complaint. Please contact me.

    @bt_uk I did speak to the loyalty team, but they were not helpful, my point was about the very slow copper line I have and no sign of fibre being installed anytime soon, also the line dropping out regularly, I signed up to this contract on the promise of fibre coming soon, 2 years ago !

    @AlasdairGold Bad luck. You have got to be joking! When are the Referees going to protect players and show the red card every time a career threatening tackle takes place. BTSport comments were ludicrous!
