    @bt_uk Hi. The issues with the broadband were resolved yesterday. I also had someone appear at my door to collect the old tv box, even then I still don’t have the new one yet

    If it wasn’t bad enough that @bt_uk cancelled our broadband connection when it should have transferred to them in 15 Dec. Besides telling me there is no way to connect us for Christmas, I now receive an email this morning asking to return the BT equipment. You couldn’t make it up

    @bt_uk Define reliable. Every ******* piece of kit drops off this pile of ****, constantly. Laptops, phones, tv sticks, smart speakers. Everything.

    @bt_uk absolutely disgusted you came out to my mother in laws house - made her less safe and cut phone lines off despite that not being the issue. Disgraceful

    @bt_uk Disgusting service from BT. My Grandad passed away Fri so my Dad contacted BT to cancel his landline. BT cancelled my parents landline,mobiles & internet instead. 3 days later,lots of calls to BT, being cut off & explaining the whole thing each time & still NOT resolved!

    @bt_uk So got BT Fibre, phone hasn’t worked yet - £40 credit on the account (still not working) last night Broadband crashes (external line) and BT can’t fix it for a week. Sorry kids you can’t use your PlayStation or PC over Christmas by the way you can’t stream movies either
