  @bt_uk Your engineer was incredibly helpful, the lady I spoke to on Thursday to arrange the appointment was very helpful too. It's a shame the overriding customer satisfaction is shadowed by the lack of accurate information from yourselves

  @bt_uk Disappointed that my broadband is not working after a few months and you book engineers who never turn up. You don’t want to fix the issue and expect me to pay the full amount of my contract when you don’t even bother showing up. Livid!!

  @bt_uk Done this and pac code said it would be sent but to where if it’s my old sim then I won’t receive it as this network now doesn’t recognise calls. Can this be sent via another comms I.e email.

  Just had possibly the worst ever customer services experience with @bt_uk. They changed my landline, broadband and mobile contract to one that was actually going to cost me MORE than before, and then did the absolute minimum to correct it. It was your fault, so sort it out.

  (9/9l @Ofcom please investigate this fraudulent practice by @bt_uk. I'm certain I am not the only one who has experienced this. Indeed the customer service representative I spoke to said I was the 2nd person that DAY who'd reported a similar incident. This fraud must stop.

  @heiehekndke @bt_uk It wasn't blocked for me either. I don't think anyone had it blocked. I assume something on BTs end suddenly blocked the website for some reason. Hopefully they fix it for people who don't know how to get into parental controls
