    @bt_uk @BT_UK unacceptable service. You sent my business equipment to the WRONG address (Ripley instead of Neasden). My shop is OPEN and I cannot operate.Also being wrongly charged for TWO services when I only have ONE. It's impacting my business. Fix billing & resend equipment.

    @bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid you allow people to do this? I think as a company you desperately need to review this practice, it’s dangerous and a disgrace and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.

    @bt_uk Ok but as a customer that's been highly inconvenienced by @BT why dont you call me or send an email to me and we can discuss compensation? Why is it up to me to do the legwork?

    @bt_uk you still haven’t fixed what you did. Admitted to accidentally switching off our broadband and my elderly boss and his son were up till 4am at @OrionCinema trying to find an alternative way to keep our business running. We’re barely keeping our heads above water. HELP!!!

    Brilliant! @bt_uk FTTP N/W - network fault and @EE* 4/5G utterly abysmal at my NR 12 7 location... *Roll on end May when I can say bye-bye!

    @btbusinesscare Thanks Engineer due tomorrow.. it’s been a problem on/off for 2-3 weeks but being a dental surgery my BT line is my important one.. I have a separate line though

    @btbusinesscare youve emailed me every weekday for a week claiming to have called me and "went to voicemail" Lies, phone sitting beside me as I wait to promptly resolve ridiculous billing complaint. I reply to your "missed you" emails pointing this out You just repeat - disgrace
