@bt_uk upgraded to full fibre 900 today. Mentioned to the tech guy that I'd been having a lot of issues. He ran a hardwired test that showed my speed was only 50 despite the fact I pay for full fibre 100. Before that I was paying for 76. He said my hub was dud so replaced. Cont -

Why when a customer wants to leave you @bt_uk do you suddenly offer them your best deal? Give them your best deal in the first place. I am working with a lady to help her reduce her bills and she was in tears on the phone to you feeling very confused and pressured.

@bt_uk Be very very careful when taking out an account with BT, or avoid if you can. the worst customer services I have ever come across and have kept an account open for over 3 years which they told me had been closed at the time wrongfully and negatively effecting my credit!
