@jimallthetime @BTCare I cancelled the broadband last month, as we now have full fibre to the premises, I got promised a higher guaranteed bandwidth from BT (38Mbps/19Mbps) but that doesn't quite match the 400Mbps synchronous service I'm getting from Gigaclear. Now to move the mobiles

@bt_uk Abysmal service - contract supposed to start on 25th June but still no broadband or even a phone line. Four engineer visits later still no closer to sorting this out. Your staff try to help BT but no one seems to be able to sort this out.

@waivethesale @BTCare Hahahahahahahahahahaa! This is the quality of service that led me to quit BT and move to EE for home broadband. *Much* cheaper and better value, and better service. Oddly, owned by the same company. Maybe they could learn something?

@bt_uk I have reported it thanks, I’m getting to be quite good at it! So we can be without a line, more than with one, and we won’t get compensation unless it’s not fixed after five days each time. If this keeps up we’ll be finding a provider that can supply us with a reliable service

@Chrissykardnoir @bt_uk Same problem. In last 4 days, I conversed with 6 different people on Twitter. Same with Fibre team, I spoke with Rob(1) > Natalie > Rob(2) > Li. Everyone just cancels last order & places a new order and then NOTHING.
