Hi @bt_uk, we've had no broadband for 2 days, 2 adults trying to WFH. No update except 'estimated fix date' in 5 days' time & problem is described incorrectly on faults site even though I have explained it several times (no connection, no dial tone). Pls sort this ASAP!

@bt_uk I feel you are copying me here. I replaced my perpetually broken BT broadband with a 4G connection from @EE. I didn't keep paying you money, and I did receive a far superior service.

@DoctorBenjy @bt_uk Could be worse, you could live here in Hull where Kcom have a monopoly, along with terrible customer service and sky high prices. You'd also live in Hull which is bad enough as is

@bt_uk sorry I couldn't answer your so called 'unbreakable' became breakable again down for 10 hours, so over at my film website I had to apologise to Warner Bros and Lego group for not posting their film/toy assets on time

@bt_uk Well it would help if I actually had the internet connection that I've paid for. I accept that faults happen, especially in the aftermath of a storm but some explanation of why my internet has been down for 12+ hours would be nice.

.@bt_uk I have 150 down - 28 up. Can connect and run most sites easily, however, it's slow to connect to gmail (inc app) / twitter / youtube on all devices. Have restarted all devices, did a router reset, and checked for any intrusive programs (which I do frequently). Advise?

@EE Thanks for coming back to me @bt_uk beat you too it 😎 they have called the EE tech team for me and they confirm a power outage at the transmitter locally to me so hence no signal on our phones or our hybrid connect router 👍🏼 @bt 🥇🫶🏻
