    @bt_uk my broadband service has been down since Sunday, 5 days without internet! I was initially told it would get fixed by Monday morning, but as you know it’s Thursday today and still nothing. I have kids that need to do their school work/revision for their A level exams!

    7 days without Broadband @bt_uk can’t raise a job to send a fibre engineer !! I have spent so much time on the line trying to get hold of operatives and fix the issue @bt_uk why can’t you just sort this out!!! #broadband

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp BT & Openreach-my elderly parents are cut off from phone & internet since 11th Feb. They are rural, completely isolated, and had to walk up an icy hill today to call me in hysterics as engineers didn't show up again. PLEASE get in touch to help sort this.

    @btsport not possible to watch the Porto match on the red button at the moment. Have rebooted everything. Only 4 options and numbers 1-4 are working. Options 5 and 6 nothing. Please fix quickly!

    @bt_uk Hi BT, have you resolved the problem at LE19 postcode? I was due to exchange on a property today but my solicitors firm (based in Leicester) cancelled it due to BT server issues!

    @bt_uk service outage in G69 postcode, any idea when this will be fixed? Impossible to work from home without the broadband I’m paying for!
