    @bt_uk just when I thought BT were looking after me. After speaking to a Complaint Specialist, I was told I'm not getting the cable and drilling with today as promised, but I would get an update. Guess what, surprise surprise no update. Shocking rubbish pathetic useless BT

    @bt_uk We have just lost our landline without any warning. The phone number that we have had for over 12 years has just disappeared. Apparently it’s to do with ‘future voice number’ but we have no idea what is actually happening. Can you help @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Just letting you know when you take my payments in future you will get ‘sorry there is a technical issue and I am doing my best to resolve it. I will keep you posted’. IE you can wait like we have to for your pathetic engineers to get a problem solved

    I’m now sitting in my car - still trying to get @BT_broadband to sort out our broadband problem. I’ve explained that it’s a ‘High Resistance Fault’ as it is every six months - their engineers told us this to save us wasting time with @bt_uk ‘s awful service. Another 30 mins :/

    @bt_uk Just wondering why it’s taking so long to restore services and you keep missing the timeline you give . As a new customer find it hard to believe as @sky never missed 1 day in12 years ? 2 months with @BT_UK and 2 days and counting

    199 days since @bt_uk were supposed to install my broadband. they continue to advertise to my neighbors that it is available and still continue with their cavalier attitude towards customer service. even @ombudservices don’t think it’s unreasonable. shambles the lot of them.

    @bt_uk @bt_uk ONCE AGAIN AND NOW FOR THE 8TH TIME THEY HAVE LIED TO ME AND FED ME WITH A DISGUSTING TRAIL OF MISINFORMATION.....I HAVE EMAILED THE CEO Mr Phillip Jansen and guess what ?....NO REPLY....They have caused me problems than I could possibly share here. USELESS
