    I’ve filled in a feedback form on your website. He was in a BT Openreach van but think that’s you rather than @bt_uk? I needed to get to work (and I’d forgotten my snow shovel after clearing the road this morning!) so this was a huge help. He’s a credit to your company.

    @bt_uk hello, we need urgent help. Yesterday I received a call from BT saying they were struggling to close our order. We’ve recently moved and we had full fibre broadband installed. Then I get an email saying the order has been cancelled and now no broadband. Why? We pay £££.

    @bt_uk Right, bt broadband…no access, working from home and couldn’t access internet! 5 days later - engineer couldn’t access internet -new router - 6 days without access - bt promised compensation- never came why!? ‘Slow connection’ I COULD NOT ACCESS A SERVICE I WAS PAYING FOR…

    .@bt_uk - I just got notification that my broadband is going up £10 a month, I'm ok with that but when are you going to supply for users like me on Full Fibre 900 with BT Halo 3 a Wifi 6 router, as the current Hub2 is only supporting half the speed. TBH happy with service

    @bt_uk None stop issues over the last 2 months with orders and your staff not having a clue!! Last order after an hour on the phone I have just seen has cancelled my Halo and now I’m being asked to return the disks. Get a manger to call me , beyond incompetent!

    @bt_uk No point. It’s fine now. Later on it will be poor though. Ever since I have moved my connection has been rubbish. Even had fibre line installed and still not solved my problem. Can’t even get a tenth of the speed I should sat in same room as my hub. Something a miss

    @shomac28 @bt_uk Made a complaint about one advisors tone and attitude. Got message 3 hours later to say closed. Asked for outcome. I then got told I'd asked for it to be re opened (I didnt). Got told persons line manager would call me. That was about 2 weeks ago. No call
