My @SkyHelpTeam has been down for 5 days. I’m in Andover and we’ve been removed from @bt_uk / @OpenreachHelp list of locations with reported issues despite all my neighbours reporting the issue. Open reach said there would be a fix by 01:30 today which has now been removed

@bt_uk day 2 of no internet. I’m a Halo customer and the mini hub barely gives me any connection after I was told there were issues in the area and to use it. How am I supposed to do any work when I can’t even load a web page?

@bt_uk my broadband has been down since 3pm on Friday. The service checker had given us a fixed time of 7pm this evening but this has now changed back to unknown. Please can I have an update. I work from home and the kids are on their holidays so this is very frustrating.

@bt_uk My internet has been down since Fri. Timeline you set has been & gone. Bot, app etc now just say “shortly”. Am burning thru BT mobile data at rate of knots. Appreciate that storms mean you’re busy but how about a realistic timeline? Now interfering with my ability to work

@viola2727 @bt_uk Nope, the analogue line was terminated so it was digital or nothing. My mother in law has no Internet, never has never will, when digital reaches her she’s stuck unless bt pay for Internet or she has a choice that was denied to the rest of us

@bt_uk i see you have a deal where ee take over broadband if bt goes down … can you do it the other way … where we get EE as main supply but have BT as the back up … we only get 5-10mps and potentially double that on EE but we want your security

@bt_uk Please can we have an update on the internet outage in the TW1 area. I now have the EE mini router but it’s a struggle with a household all online and working from home. Open reach tell me to contact you???? Been off line since early Sat morning so 4 days without.
