  @bt_uk When do you anticipate BT TV will be back working properly? YT and NOW Apps working on the box, EPG not populating and content unavailable. I presume this is connected with the wider issues reported today.

  @bt_uk I have order VOL013-1056903730240, kit has arrived & I've set it up. Service is due to start on 17/6 but I learn that I can use the app to start before, i.e. today? The order doesn't show in the app & if I search for order + post code it claims they're incorrect. Help🙏?

  @bt_uk When I click the Scan for Broadband Problems the purple circle still goes on forever, so I can’t get past that screen. Everything still down.
