    @btsport and chief exec / customer service. Do you ever follow up as you said you would over a week ago regarding your operator cutting me off having waited all morning. Service levels are shocking.

    @bt_uk I hope so, my initial complaint was raised Tuesday morning and I haven't heard anything since then. I have spent 4h listening to a dial tone though, I strongly encourage BT to consider at least getting some hold music to make the initial wait more bearable.

    @AndyTelfer21 @btsport It does illustrate the problem. If he had been on VAR he’d have overturned the decision. Mind you he gets many of them wrong, so best keep him on TV where we are safe from him adding further incompetence to the game

    @BTCare ongoing problems with broadband and BT acknowledge line unstable and yet engineers say nothing is wrong - you couldn't make it up. £50 in compensation this week alone but no resolution #timetoleave
