  @bt_uk Today I have with the help of Abdi in BT Stockport, finally resolved the issue. Took a little time but was aware of the known problem and should be recognised for her determination in getting sorted. Allison Kirby take note & dont hack loyal long standing customers off.

  @bt_uk Every time I go into the support we spend two hours. They do automated tests from some call centre abroad and tell me that my system's working fine. It hasn't been working fine since November so I'm just waiting to leave my contract.

  @bt_uk @bt_uk you've now sent me a text to say complaint closed with no way of even finding how to reply to the initial complaint YOU raised. I now have a WiFi extender, upgraded fibre broadband with instructions for a Smart Hub 3. Do I have a smart hub 3? Nope.

  Apparently @bt_uk according to your customer service rep I can’t log in because I have an outstanding bill. Yet your text messages tell me to log in? It’s complete bull. Your customer service haven’t a clue
