@btsport your apps are crap. Constant audio lag, regardless if it is via chromecast or app on TV. Been like this for ages and I've complained before with a very generic sloppy shoulder response. Show some integrity, own the issue and fix it.

@darrenpickard @bt_uk Prime reason why I'd never go to BT for internet. I've heard so many horror stories!!! @virginmedia all the way for me, plus I got a great deal when I last had to renew 👍

@bt_uk I have had no Internet since last Wednesday and nothing is happening to sort it, disgraceful and I won't be paying BT anything anytime soon as you just can't fix anything and send no updates whatsoever!! I rely on my service working g for my job which I now cannot do thanks!!!!

To @bt_uk - I received a ‘Final Warning’ today. How many times do you need to be told that YOU haven’t sent the bag? “Hello, BT here. A final reminder to return your kit to avoid a charge. It's owned by BT and was loaned as part of your service to us.” @BTCare

@BTBusiness @btbusinesscare BT the worst service provider in history. 10 days without a phone line. They turned it on today, but also turned on my. Internet. There engineer turned up at 4pm. Supposed to arrive at 7.30 am. See you in court for loss of earnings chaos..

@bt_uk I’ve been sat staring at my smart hub 2 for the past hour watching it blink orange, I’ve tried everything to troubleshoot this issue and I can’t seem to find anywhere I can see if the broadband is down in my area
