    @hererofrtime @bt_uk We have all the same problem!!! They raise the bills as they can by contract and by law. My real speed is a quarter of the contracted one. How do you call a company like this?

    @bt_uk Yes. The fault arises regularly around 8.30pm. Engineer came a week ago and fitted new box and router. The problem seems to be elsewhere, but we can't tell where. Frustrating
