Holster (@holification) reported@bt_uk On Sunday I told BT we were out of contact and had just moved house. We negotiated a new deal. The 1st available appointment for an engineer visit was 10th Jan, so a mini hub was going to be sent. Still no mini hub by Wednesday, phoned back up, turned out it was never ordered.
