@andybcom it was unbelievably bad - you couldn't use it abroad, the spam, it lost emails, it would jam up, the customer service was pitiful - BT were there worst email provider I've ever used. @bt_uk

@bt_uk there has been no internet connection in LA158SD since 1am Tuesday bt Web says it would be down up to 24 hours but this now long passed still no service please advise when service is to be reinstated +cause of breakdown + refund, Access is essential for the business
