@Bonzodogg1 @BTCare Similar problems over the years. Always trying to fob me off with must be the ‘Wi-Fi in the house’ bla bla bla and sending me links for advice to children. It’s always outside and always found, eventually, in their creaking infrastructure.

.@bt_uk are you aware of situations today where scamming calls cause Broadband to go down? Have received two today and both times, caused loss of connection.

@OpenreachHelp case with openreach raised by BT was told next update is 27Jan, not good enough very disappointing as service was meant to be active 22Oct, please can I ask if someone’s part of this team is able to work with me to locate the issue case and chase please @bt_uk
