    @bt_uk On hold for the technical support team but the line keeps cutting off as have no broadband or reliable phone line. The troubleshooter won’t let us change the number to call us on either. Date to fix it is now back to Christmas Eve. Since 12 Dec? We want to speak to a human.

    @btbusinesscare This is pathetic after sales care , I left BT 22 years ago and I thought I’d give em a try to see if you have rehabilitated but still just as bad .I placed an order for full Fibre to the premises and was told that by BT on phone, but what I got was fibre only to the CABINET

    @bt_uk Hi @bt_uk. Please help. Losing the will to live. Have been reporting a fault since 12 December. Have no phoneline and broadband is flashing orange. Troubleshooter doesn’t work, bot doesn’t recognise the number and when you try to call out landline it is apparently engaged.

    Only thing worse than England’s batting is the Aussie comms. There must be enough of a team over there with @bbctms for @btsport to cobble something together from the ground rather than take this garbage.
