    @bt_uk having enormous trouble with a fault which you sent an engineer round today to fix which did nothing. Diagnostic bot also not helping as hasn't replied since it said it would try and fix fault. Can some tell me what is happening?

    @apy_1990 I’m assuming BTSport have announced as well, but Norwich at Home never going to be a tv pick. Burnley away has been majority of times.

    @bt_uk OMG PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME! Every time I dial my own landline it says ‘you’ve dialled an incorrect number’ every time I report a fault it says ‘no fault now a text saying account closed I only opened it yesterday 😱 …1/2

    @bt_uk Hi Sharonk, the service is up and running now finally. However the person I spoke to who raised the complaint (Katie, Katherine? I didn’t write it down unfortunately) said she would be back in contact with me to arrange appropriate compensation given I wasn’t notified 1/
