@bt_uk My broadband capped at 1mbps using a speedtest this morning. Tried using the BT test using my login and it couldn't find my hub or do a test. Can somebody advise what's the next best course of action? Speeds have been poor as of late, having to reset my hub twice daily..

@bjblyth @btsport WiFi is terrible for streaming HD. TV have a Cat5 Ethernet port? You'll find a huge improvement.

@bt_uk Can someone please help me. My Internet was turned of because on your system my upgrade was due today 26th but it was delayed due to more work being needed. I've been a whole 24hrs while working from home not being able to work.

@BTCare good morning have bt decided to block the use of apps like @cryptocom? Using your service doesn't allow for access to the app however on 4g access is granted without problems. This is happening for other users also

3 OGS signings started tonight (if Maguire was fit mightve been 4) After 2 1/2 yrs that's not enough A lot of money has been spent on the likes of Maguire & AWB but thats not on the Ole. They were needed. The English tax & Man Utd tax & bad negotiating aren't on Ole #UEL #btsport

@BTCare my hub went down again yesterday and now my Tablet won't connect to the hub again. Happens every time. 40 mins on the phone last time with someone trying to help me get it reconnected. I knew it was about to go down because Alexa goes first before the light goes orange.
