    Seriously losing patience with @bt_uk. I bought the NOWTV sport pass, and want to cancel it. NOWTV says I must do this on the BT website, but BT isn't showing it on my account. So, what next? Am I now just stuck in a contract I don't want until the end of time?

    @bt_uk stop calling my wife for router returns before its a court case we have sent the bloody piece of crap back . with a tracked receipt - sort out your rubbish systems .

    @bt_uk We are trying to sort it now this will be the 4th visit this month very unhappy no mention of compensation for the appalling service

    @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness awful service! My little business is having to close and the lack of support shown is appalling !!!! I’m disgusted and advise anyone considering using BT at home or for business to change there mind!!!

    @bt_uk Hi David, we were unable to use it for a couple days but suddenly started working again but speed is down to around 20mb.

    @bt_uk Hi Garry, that's not the issue. The issue is that once the BT offer finishes it doesnt relinquish payment control of the account and thus forces users to use BT only. It should relinquish control allowing users all the original payement options for users.
