@dogandbaglady @bt_uk When you agree to a contract, you get a cooling off period and if you don't cancel during that time you're in a contract for the term agreed. Ofc cancelling early will incur a charge... same as a phone contract would. Is this not common knowledge?

@bt_uk can someone please contact me as a matter of urgency thought I had sorted my last bill issue only to receive another email at 4.30am on a Saturday morning threatening debt collectors! I cancelled my complaint maybe that was a mistake. Help!

@bt_uk I’m loosing my frigging mind I’m trying to contact you about my friends (he’s 97) phone and broadband being down. Just tried to call says enter number your calling about I do then nothing. Yesterday I was inadvertently texting EE because it was on your website!
