@bt_uk no broadband all day due to your problems, online it tells us the fault is resolved..it isn't! Your support messaging service has had me waiting for 20 mins.. Good job I don't have to work from home tomorrow 🙄

@bt_uk are useless. My internet always plays up in the freezing weather and the earliest an engineer can come out is 22 December. Disgusting service.

Hey @bt_uk my broadband is down and you tell me the estimated fix date is Thursday. For someone that works at home and in the midst of a train strike that's really not great.

@bt_uk took 2 months for my broadband installation & only to get an intermittent Wi-Fi signal. Contacted support multiple times waiting 45min each time, asked to cancel told they would fix it. Now told not fixable & I need to upgrade too late to cancel. Service has gone downhill!
