    @haymansafc @bt_uk I don't know if you remember, but my landline was down for a month in May/June. You are entitled to compensation if it's down for more than 2 days.

    @bt_uk FTTP down LOS red light. Fault check via BT on my mobile but it's stuck in a loop between book an engineer appointment and running new test because the old test (done seconds ago) has expired. ARGHHH! 😡what am I supposed to do BT!

    @Duckeenie @bt_uk yea my dads in bd21 hes had it for 3 weeks, Internet is shocking 10mbps downloads his channels pixelate. Ruined the boxing for us as a family last night, had 3 engineers, 1 didn't turn up they refuse to admit there's a issue in the area. My brother same lives on same street too
