    @bt_uk My god this just goes on… Fibre goes down Thursday for me and many others in street, told fix by 6pm that day…. Not fix… Today all sent text message that it’s fixed at around 2pm… But it isn’t… All of us still have no internet.

    @bt_uk Ee have been awful I have just switched to you . Had a amazing lady set my new broadband up saved me money and was awesome already tweeted and on other platforms how great bt have been today thanks

    @NOWHelpTeam Honestly @NOW on PC is shocking. Terrible streaming quality even with Boost and too many random issues. Make it available via a browser like @btsport and others ffs

    @bt_uk I’m not looking to cancel it today I was simply trying to find out how much it would cost if I wanted to I say a months time as my contract is up end of December

    @bt_uk and you’ve offered NO SOLUTION!!!! I’d never recommend you. You just don’t care. I have no mobile signal in my rural property. So no one can contact me - which is serious as I have an elderly mother who needs to be able to get hold of me.

    @bt_uk There us no point, I have been forced to cancel my contract because the what I have been paying £31 a month for does not work and you refused to put me on a product that will work. Nothing but unresolveable issues with BT speeds.

    @bt_uk Thanks Alannah I think I won’t bother. Don’t see why your company should be able to hide away in secret DMs to discuss your unbelievably bad service. I will just post updates on here as to the lack of progress. May take longer to resolve but it’s better to highlight incompetence.

    @bt_uk words fail me. Been trying to upgrade to full fibre since July. 3 appts you made and not turned up to. Now you’ve cut me off everything as you’ve told me I’ve moved out 🤬😡😭
