  @bt_uk Took Vikram 1 hour on a Web Chat for disconnection ..... Web Chat is supposed to work quicker.... Very poor service! I am very happy to leave BT Broadband.. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. I am still not done yet the dude is still doing something in the background.. 1 hour!!!!! 🤯🤯🤯🤯Still no confirmation.. @BTGroup

  @bt_uk I am at my wits end with your stupid service. I’ve been without email for 48 hours and you’re just sending me in circles, even when I speak to your people. Do you have a human being that actually knows how your business works?

  @bt_uk engineers damaged lights in my garden. After contacting your claims people,and chasing 3 times, I’ve been told keoghs are ‘not entertaining’ my claim! The had NO BUSINESS being in my garden! Damage caused but it’s not your fault? Dismissive and condescending reply.

  @bt_uk I have spent days trying to get email to work, My BT is not working, now I am told they have major ongoing problems! What have they done to tell their customers what is happening, nothing, yet they can still text to say the bill has been raised
