@bt_uk I am disappointed with your customer service. When attempting to renew my contract. Spending hours in a queueing system. To be told contradictory info by all the agents involved. Then a wall of silence when I raise a complaint. BT clearly don't want to retain my business!

I was actually looking forward to the senior arrows on @btsport but christ the coverageis awful. Its as though the microphone has been doused it beer and theyve dig out a webcam from the 1990’s. Hopefully its fixed by time @PhilTaylor makes his appearance!
