I hope #SkySports and #btsport do not support this, if there’s no coverage there’s no advertising and there’s no revenue! Please stand united with the fans and reject all proposals #europeansuperleague

If anyone’s having issues with #BTmail on Apple or other email clients, check if you’ve set up 2FA in BT. I think it’s stopping 3P clients from working correctly. The guy I spoke to from @bt_uk yesterday told me it wouldn’t but, the proof of the pudding… Views?

I take it back @BTCare are not the worst for customer service, this award goes to @WeAreOpenreach To be honest not much in it but open reach just beat BT by a whisker

Two examples of customer service. Call @SkyUK explain recently single & need to reduce bills. Amazing service & sort new deal. Same call to @bt_uk @BTGroup usual poor service. Can’t help. Nothing can do. If want to leave will have to pay fees! Which one is focused on customer!??!

@bt_uk You cannot even tell us what work still needs to be done to accomplish this!! It’s awful and you have no idea if the impact this has along with extra costs we incur because we don’t have a decent Wi-Fi network. I’m so bloody angry…

What a nightmare @bt_uk cut off our internet in error - wrong property as we had two accounts, totally their fault yet they can't rectify till 8th August. Countless phonecalls and promises of a call back, never happens and guess what, no complaints dept. Disgusting.

@bt_uk why can’t I cancel my landline online? Why do I have to spend my time ringing up to cancel a service?

Been a @bt_uk customer for over 20 years. Finally switching provider as can get x10 the speed for less £4 a month. Now find out I need to pay £7.50 a month to keep the email service I’ve had from them for 20 years. This is absolute robbery @bt_uk . Talk about anti competition !
