  @sus_pension @bt_uk Agree with Steve need to resolve this error code. No problems with the mobile app for me it’s the laptop which is the issue

  @bt_uk Is BT internet suddenly down? Orange light just came on on my hub and there's no internet connectivity. Been like it for almost ten minutes now.
