I hope #SkySports and #btsport do not support this, if there’s no coverage there’s no advertising and there’s no revenue! Please stand united with the fans and reject all proposals #europeansuperleague

@bt_uk Most people would pay well over £100 for reliable WiFi around their home. Paying someone £100 for crap WiFi isn't really a good thing is it?

Dear @bt_uk you won’t let me cancel btsport because I’m stuck working offshore and can’t call the UK and you won’t let me complain about it because I cannot enter a UK number? You’re forcing me to keep paying. How is this not theft exactly? Are you con artists?

@bt_uk My services are now working, BT called and I now have a credit of £284.27. I was assured I could refund this to my bank account but I can’t for the life of me work out how. Your website ‘help’ shows me a nice page for doing so but doesn’t show me to navigate to said page. 🙄

@bt_uk There's no point. Its not a fault. Its the best that Openreach can offer. Believe me, I've been down this route a LOT. It's what happens when you're the only company with cables in the area. They don't care.

@btbusinesscare our line is down from Sunday and nobody helps! We were told it was going to be diverted yesterday temporarily to help. That was not done too

Govt turned down free/cheap broadband 4 thousands of disadvantaged families. Broadband giant @bt_uk offered basic connections to allow children #onlinelearning BT gave free wifi vouchers to the Govt but the Depart4Ed ‘struggled to distribute them effectively’ and returned them!
