  • FrankyRN51 Franky 🏴‍☠️ (@FrankyRN51) reported

So, @EE have done me a real favour today to decided to help me out by shutting my account down early. I only told them I’d be moving abroad after selling my flat at the end of the year, but clearly they thought, “Why wait?” and pulled the plug on October 1st instead. Now I’ve got no internet at home, and apparently “there’s nothing they can do.” Brilliant service, really. Top marks all round. 👏👏

  • mshjx_ han 👁 ⃤ (@mshjx_) reported

@EE I get a call everyday 2-4 times a day from these scammers pretending to be from EE. Whenever I tell them not to call me and I know they're not EE they hang up and call me again later. I already changed my number a while ago, I don't wanna have to do that again

  • FreakyPatty Patricia Young (@FreakyPatty) reported

@EE is there any reason why my two previous tweets to you have been ignored? You would be quick enough to reply if I stopped paying my bills or decide to move to another provider. Cannot access my account since that big outage with Azure.

  • SirusMonk Jas (@SirusMonk) reported

@EE Been on the phone waiting for help for half an hour. Tried to watch NOW TV on our EE box and it's telling us we have no NOW membership. We pay for Whole works TV including sky sports and NOW TV. What's going on? Same message if we log in to NOW on any other devices.

  • timnisbet tim nisbet (@timnisbet) reported

  • Hewete Hewete Haileselassie (@Hewete) reported

@EE it’s day 3 of no WiFi which also means no phone signal on EE at home for me. I’m now having to pay for additional EE WiFi that I naively thought was free to EE customers…

  • YamaEmilie I love God (@YamaEmilie) reported

Anyone from @EE able to tell me if there is a mask issue that is affecting the signal around Littleborough. Someone said that the mask was down that they were working on it so has it been fixed ?

  • actionjaxon666 Shaun (@actionjaxon666) reported

@EE Yo! I discovered a few days ago that the cover had fallen off of the grey OpenReach fibre box on the outside of my house, it was wet and windy that day. Could this have potentially contaminated the fibre and cause me sub-par connectivity? I’m on a 1Gb service.
