Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

I don’t think anything can irritate my nerves more than intermittent internet connection??!!!! This has been happening for a WEEK NOW. @EE y’all better sort this out, because I’m down to my LAST NERVE.

@EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

@EE The last time I tried, I put in all the info, it asked me to confirm that my email address was correct then redirected me to the login page, with no further message. But, as I say, I've not received an email and logging in doesn't work

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@_BadCougar @EE EE have always had poor Broadband. None of the mobile companies do it well. It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

@EE absurd three calls all over ½hour, only alling because a PUK code won't work. Transferred the last of 3 accounts from BT to you. Looks like a double bill in these times if you won't fix it.

@EE Existing customer with a physical Sim. I just want to go online and buy an additional eSIM download it and use it. I don’t understand why this is so difficult.
