So work was painfully slow, and now I’m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860’s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE 📱

I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Also, the staff in the Eltham branch are vile to customers. They told my neighbour they would not serve her because she was deals. Why on earth would I return to that store for help

Vic (@vdepp) reported@EE 3-4 hours on a call, promised a credit of £408 only to find out it’s not been applied. Agent agreed the miss sell after listening to a call. This is suppose to be the best network apparently. Can someone please assist getting this sorted.
