@_BadCougar @EE EE have always had poor Broadband. None of the mobile companies do it well. It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

Dale Roy (@Dale_Roy) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE Down in Edinburgh too! Looks like I won't be working today ๐Ÿ˜ฌ No WiFi, no Zoom ๐Ÿ™ˆ

@EE Think EE has a cheek saying they have the best 5g coverage in Edinburgh Iโ€™ve been a customer for years and the 4g signal in Edinburgh is shocking I only stay with them because of the deal I have for 4 phones

  • Igiveinhelp1
Igiveinhelp (@Igiveinhelp1) reported from Inverkeithing, Scotland

@EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

  • stevomillar99
Steven Millar (@stevomillar99) reported from Livingston, Scotland

@EE are literally the worst phone company going. Charge people double their bill whenever they feel like it. Done with them now

Friday night powered by 5G since @virginmedia delivery via @YodelOnline seems to have disappeared into the ether. So work was painfully slow, and now Iโ€™m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860โ€™s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE ๐Ÿ“ฑ

  • frvic93
frvic93 (@frvic93) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE The last time I tried, I put in all the info, it asked me to confirm that my email address was correct then redirected me to the login page, with no further message. But, as I say, I've not received an email and logging in doesn't work

@Rpearson081 @CEOemail @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken @EE @giffgaff As soon as my contract is up with Three, I'm moving to another service provider. • JonStevenson
Jon Stevenson (@JonStevenson) reported from Aberdour, Scotland

@Willatkinson10 @EE Actually Iโ€™m only really pissed off Iโ€™m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see itโ€™s part of a much bigger issue...

  • Gothchick1977
Andrea Jepson (@Gothchick1977) reported from Inverkeithing, Scotland

@EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

  • paulmilham
Paul Milham (@paulmilham) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Being less vague. @ee are the worst! Hammering the mast rental they pay volunteer run community grassroots clubs, by abusing a change in the law that gives them rights in other areas. Absolute disgrace. Look it up.

@EE your signal in PE6 is absolutley honking. How can we in 2026 have literally 1 bar and almost no signal in the middle of a main village @TomTugendhat is spot on. You , o2 vodafone , three, need to get your acts together and start givings us all a decent service

  • Nigeblueboi
    Nigel. Red. ๐Ÿšด. Tories/Reform = Dreck (@Nigeblueboi) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE No wonder you're out with the washing posting crap like this. Your mobiles don't work or you can't operate them more like, so any resources allotted to cycling infra and pedestrian safety can gtf.

  • adamtranter

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE They have bike lanes and crossings in France too. Itโ€™s a bit weird blaming them for the lack of signal in a privatised and for-profit mobile phone network.

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom, this issue has been going on for years. It occurs in your current and former constituencies. So why wasnโ€™t there an effort made when your party was in government to solve this?

  • gjo2405
    Gareth Owen (@gjo2405) reported

@EE no connection in my area for several months. Problem acknowledged but my complaints keep getting closed. No sign of a refund - I am owed months of refunds. No contact from any customer care reps. Absolutely appalling behaviour.

  • paulierunner
    Paul The Runner (@paulierunner) reported

@EE your signal has been utterly useless of late, even on major A roads. You are a business-prevention exercise. Please sort it out.
