@EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

@EE The last time I tried, I put in all the info, it asked me to confirm that my email address was correct then redirected me to the login page, with no further message. But, as I say, I've not received an email and logging in doesn't work

A 28 day backorder date on a handset I've paid £150+ to upgrade on isn't very good is it? Disappointed with the lack of clarity. If there's no stock then tell us instead of making the customer wait. @SamsungMobile @EE
