EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE You sent me a text message advising me to text 150 saying CANCEL CALL BACK. But that number doesn't accept any text messages, I tried about 20 times. I don't think it can be a legitimate number.
-
Lizzy (@Lizzyzsu) reported@EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!
-
ironchimp (@ironchimp) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It’s your infrastructure, just like the old tv signal infrastructure was yours and not the damned state’s.
-
Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported@EE I did call again and the woman said she'd send him a message to call me. That was over 3 hours ago. This was all about retaining me as a customer. Henry had an idea that he was going to check out and come back to me.
-
Hay (@sisterhaze) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It wasn't that long ago that fibre optic cables where laid down for landlines phones. What happens to all these cables?
-
Alan's daughter the super supporter⚫⚪ (@Hodbow) reported@EE my daughter signed up for your broadband on the basis of getting an iPad for £100. She has an email promising a text/email after the cooling off period. This has never materialised. She’s been into store & called and your staff couldn’t be more unhelpful.
-
MindTheGap (@mindthegap2018) reported@EE I tried speaking with support multiple times but no one seems to be willing to resolve my problem, can you look at complaint Ref: C10003735835 and call me back when possible with a resolution please.
-
Peter Jordan (@jordanpaj) reported@EE Thx. The issue is that many users are generally older not very tech savvy, (my neighbour is 92) and so could well end up with no service if there is a power cut.
-
Emma-Jane 🇬🇧 (@Cadisbikes) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE This has been forced on my father. So the power goes out, he lives in the middle of nowhere, no mobile phone signal unless he treks out into a field and up to the highest point,.perfect for a man in his 80s. Easy target for thieves, cut power, no 999 can be rang.
-
Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) reported@AP196779 @EE I'm sorry to hear that you've been going round in circles for the past five weeks. Has your service provider clarified the specific issue they have been trying to report to us? Any details they have provided would be helpful in understanding the situation further. To allow (1/2)
