I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. It’ll be 3 months in a week and still nothing, so much so that I’ve initiated a switch to @EE . Horrendous from VM
