Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Has been £5 per month for years for 10 years, just every now and then they increase the data allowed. Never been a problem.
