@EE Really disappointed with your customer service guys. Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

@EE That’s 4 BT visits & 5 no show appointments and nothing is fixed. I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team that’s meant to be about quality!

New mobile contract last week, it included BT sport but you never sent me a code. Called 3 times after getting fed up of waiting the first 2. Got through and they sent a text to activate it. Unfortunately it hasn't done that. Just waited another 25 minutes, fed up. Call me @EE

@amylouisestone @EE Having exactly the same issue. Cannot get through to them by phone. They haven't contacted me to say they have my phone. They are saying my email registered is not correct,it is. Starting to think its a scam and they are just keeping phones without paying out. Disappointed @EE
