  @EE so have Samsung S23 Ultra preorder. How long does it take? Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.

  @EE update on my stolen/missing order. Basically there nothing you can do. Sorry?? Either you or the courier ****** up, I ain't going chasing/looking for the stuff. Blame lies with your **** courier who can't even read a door number. You couldn't make this **** up, honestly!

  @EE Really disappointed with your customer service guys. Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

  It’s those moments when you really need humanity and understanding from a company, that they tend to fail you. @EE dealt with blatant fraud done on a relative’s account so grossly, to the point her long standing relationship with them is ruined forever.
