Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team that’s meant to be about quality!

Then when I finally get onto my basket page, I'll try to put in my voucher and it stays in a loop trying to authorise.

Went to the store to complain about signal issues I was experiencing when I overheard a member of staff refer to me as “******”. After some very loud “choice” words within the store, I called customer service who were rude.

Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

I've experienced both good, and incredibly bad customer service from ee, it depends on who you get on the day....
