It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. Michael Knight (@michaelmknight) reported@EE You keep sending me these letters. I informed you that my Mum, Who's bill this is, passed away in December of 2025. I sent you a letter and an original death certificate, which seems to have gone missing or you never returned it to me. As this is my Mum's account, I am not responsible for her debts, even in death. Dealing with a bereavement is hard enough, without receiving letters like this, especially when you were informed last year. Nether of us are/were ever late paying our bills, but things like this make me not want to continue being a customer of EE.
