Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

Mr Gray (@Monetization26) reported@EE There is loads of issues UK wide from 10:30am, I’ve been on to EE since 10:30 this morning and they will arrange for an engineer to come out. At first it was brushed off that there’s an issue but after being on hold for nearly an hour they then seemed to recall there’s an issue.
