I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. Waiting to move them away from EE. Always a stress and hassle at upgrade time.
