Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. I've seen this in other countries, and there's no reason it can't be implemented in the UK. Because these networks don't have the ability or will to properly cover the entire country, there's absolutely no reason we can't have domestic roaming in the same way we have international roaming. They wouldn't have to charge for it (although I'd pay if I had to) because every single mobile network would benefit from it. If you can't get an EE signal, for example, you would roam to Vodafone instead. It could be switched on instantly with no expensive engineering needed, but they choose not to do this.

Peter Alston (@paalston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
