Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Not another one (@NicDenso) reported@MichelleBeckett I had a similar problem with @EE, they stuck to their terms and conditions like glue, I only had one request and that was they inform a senior person of the situation, I didn't even want them to concede, just be aware of the issue, they point blank refused. I've had 5 contracts with them for about 6 years now. As each one ends I'm going elsewhere on principle now.
