It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

I called last week and was told to wait 72 hours. Called today and told to wait 7-10 days. Awful service.
