Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. Had a new Broadband server fitted last Tuesday, it didn’t get activated by the engineer and was lied to about it would come on at midnight. Next day rang and got a BT engineer who arrived on Thursday took 10 mins to start it. No comp/sorry!
