Soon as I can I'll be calling to cancel every service we have with you, nothing short of disgraceful your attitude/ lack of empathy.

Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.

It's now appeared on my credit file, you lot are truly useless and can't do anything right. Tried calling multiple times, waste of time. Absolute joke.

Either you or the courier ****** up, I ain't going chasing/looking for the stuff. Blame lies with your **** courier who can't even read a door number. You couldn't make this **** up, honestly!

Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.
