Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago.
