CharmedOGForever๐ฎ๐ง๐ผโโ๏ธ (@charmed_og) reported@loisgriff_ @EE EE are the worst! Absolutely dreadful!
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
Emma-Jane ๐ฌ๐ง (@Cadisbikes) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE This has been forced on my father. So the power goes out, he lives in the middle of nowhere, no mobile phone signal unless he treks out into a field and up to the highest point,.perfect for a man in his 80s. Easy target for thieves, cut power, no 999 can be rang.
-
micka9990 (@Michael66108716) reported@EE Do you access to accounts in your high street stores? Iโve just been on phone for 25 mins and eventually spoke to a lady but still the same issue
-

-
Peter (@tenerifepete) reported@maisiethetortie @LeilaniDowding @EE That's the trouble, I have to have a phone line where I live because the mobile signal is shite
-
MK ๐ฌ๐ง (@mk_hostile17) reported@GillRaeWalker @LeilaniDowding @EE Conventional PSTN is being shut down. Conventional landlines are now delivered over your broadband connection. Your conventional telephone plugs in to the router and voice calls are digital Broadband connection may be fixed wireless access but this has got nothing to do with WiFi
-
Davie G ๐ฌ๐ง (@fredbeare) reportedDoes anyone have any tips as to how to get a response from @EE_coapp or @EE Have tried DMs, their useless help message function and a call. Nothing Think theyโve all left this Earth. So much for their performance guarantees
-
stuuk1๐ฌ๐ง๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ (@stuuk11) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Copper lines are being fazed out, they just wonโt exist anymore. All communication will be over the internet, if the WiFi goes down or the there is a power outage then you just wonโt be able to contact anyone. Scary.
-
stuuk1๐ฌ๐ง๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ (@stuuk11) reported@Wozza777 @LeilaniDowding @EE A lot of elderly people donโt have a mobile, some people live in areas where there is no mobile signal.
