    @EE It was used last in August, itโ€™s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

    @scriobh @EE I would recommend you get someone in to check your aerial. Usually a signal fault or faulty tv amp.

    @EE I reported a fault with our Broadband last week, it was supposed to be fixed by yesterday, just so you know itโ€™s still not fixed and nothing has been done by Open Reach, no updates, which is really poor customer service, and cost to me paying for something that isnโ€™t working.
