    @EE It was used last in August, itโ€™s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

    @EE Thanks for getting back to me, no it went to the apparent EE login page but I didnโ€™t put in my EE login details. Unfortunately I deleted the text but Iโ€™m guessing I could be targeted again. Next time I will forward it on to you. Iโ€™m annoyed that I deleted it tho.

    @EE wtf! Our broadband went off during the FA Cup semi final between @ChelseaFC & Crystal Palace. Missed both goals and the main part of the game. Totally ruined the game for me & @Bobbiensr what kind of service is this?!? #rubbishbroadband

    Dear @EE Both your broadband & mobile services are utter rubbish. Thought you couldnโ€™t possibly be worse than the @BT & @VodafoneGroup solution we had previously. I was wrong! Honestly donโ€™t care how you react. Soon as I can, I shall be swapping awayโ€ฆ

    @SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

    @TotalPolicing @three @EE If not happy, I will make a complaint. Or change company. But this morning, short downtime in an otherwise good service I have had for years.... No issue for me.

    @WirralRanger @EE Almost every big company is a pain in the arse for customer service. From personal experience I exempt Sky tv and @firstdirect as being pretty decent. Virgin is awful.

    @EE At no point is it mentioned that only wifi will do the speeds and anything else wont. All our stuff is ethernet. Oh and also im still being charged up till the 21st for a substandard and misleading set up.#bt #ee @BT @EE . Never again . And totally inept customer service too

    @EE in Mauritius and Iโ€™m unable to call customer services using my roaming package. It just says call ended, what can I do? I have an iPad coming and I have received no delivery confirmation email/texts but I spoke to a DPD driver on my doorbell as he attempted delivery yesterday

    @Kezmeister82 @EE @BT Doesn't surprise me, even once they connect you, don't be surprised if it won't connect on laptops and mobile phones. Good luck trying to raise an issue after! Have been awful

    @EE For all these phone companyโ€™s that state they offer 99% coverage of the uk, I must be the unluckiest man alive coz no matter where I go I seem to be in the 1% that has no ******* signal

    @EE anybody thinking of going to @EE for mobile broadband in the NR29 area DONโ€™T. Nearly 6 weeks of download speeds of 0.47 too 1.47 is taking the P. Yet they have only just approved the work to be done and still for not another week or so. Stay well away from them simply crap

    @EE do not ever use EE for your broadband absolute scammers. Try to charge you ยฃ310 for ending your wifi a bit earlier!! Money grabbing and no compassion whatsoever for anybodyโ€™s circumstances. I will never ever use them again in my life
