They make advisors force SIMO plans on customers rather dan a meaningful assessment of the customerโs actual needs & circumstances. This is making advisors put customers in unbearable conditions. I buy my phones from Apple outright & find it much more cost effective than having a mobile tied into an ee contract. Apple CS is superb. Good luck!

James Bowen (@SirCHUCKY) reported@EE, very refreshing to cancel a new TV contract and not even have someone trying to negotiate so I stay. I have 5 phone lines, a tablet and broadband with you already and the red carpet was rolled out when I said the word cancel. At least @skytv put the effort in.

Weโve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & theyโve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.
