@EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

Think it's crazy how @EE can provide me with a lovely new #SamsungGalaxyS21 upgrade but not provide, or fail to mention that, this upgrade won't come with a charger or related plug for it! Wonderful that! Thank goodness for Amazon Prime, had to buy my own.
