    @EE It was used last in August, itโ€™s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    @TotalPolicing @three @EE If not happy, I will make a complaint. Or change company. But this morning, short downtime in an otherwise good service I have had for years.... No issue for me.

    Dear @EE Both your broadband & mobile services are utter rubbish. Thought you couldnโ€™t possibly be worse than the @BT & @VodafoneGroup solution we had previously. I was wrong! Honestly donโ€™t care how you react. Soon as I can, I shall be swapping awayโ€ฆ

    @EE Thanks for getting back to me, no it went to the apparent EE login page but I didnโ€™t put in my EE login details. Unfortunately I deleted the text but Iโ€™m guessing I could be targeted again. Next time I will forward it on to you. Iโ€™m annoyed that I deleted it tho.

    If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

    @EE wtf! Our broadband went off during the FA Cup semi final between @ChelseaFC & Crystal Palace. Missed both goals and the main part of the game. Totally ruined the game for me & @Bobbiensr what kind of service is this?!? #rubbishbroadband

    @EE moving from vodafone, signed with ee but not got sim card after 1 week (did get direct debit mandate info). Phoned customer service but they have to verify account by sending text to the sim I haven't received yet, Genius! Have cancelled bank direct debit and signed with o2

    @EE I live in Lydney, Gloucestershire and since Tuesday have been experiencing no signal or when the signal has come back like yesterday experiencing problems with my mobile data, I know Iโ€™m not the only customer experiencing the same. I currently have 3G full signal but cannot..

    @EE been struggling for a while with your network. Spoke to a Customer Service agent who informed me I need to call in every time I have an issue. Iโ€™m disinclined to call you everyday. Also informed, that you are unable to guarantee signal from my residence.

    @EE Hi Georgia. So my broadband has been playing up for the whole contract, Iโ€™ve had people out to fix it and never sorted it. Always get fobbed off. Customer services arenโ€™t interested. So Iโ€™ve given up. Il change my phone and broadband as soon as I can. Cheers
