    If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

    @EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    @BarclaysUKHelp I have a payment that failed Saturday on Apple Pay from @EE but the money is still being held, even though EE said the payment didn’t get that far can you help please ?

    @EE wtf! Our broadband went off during the FA Cup semi final between @ChelseaFC & Crystal Palace. Missed both goals and the main part of the game. Totally ruined the game for me & @Bobbiensr what kind of service is this?!? #rubbishbroadband

    Dear @EE Both your broadband & mobile services are utter rubbish. Thought you couldn’t possibly be worse than the @BT & @VodafoneGroup solution we had previously. I was wrong! Honestly don’t care how you react. Soon as I can, I shall be swapping away…

    @BluebirdRichie @EE Just received a new phone from Sky and Laura has been with them for two years now with no issues. Great value on phone and sim deals with 3 year data rollover that can be used to offset upgrade costs. Worth taking a look.

    @EE I have ordered sim only contract and you said it’s dispatched but been days and hasn’t arrived. Cant call your phone number because I don’t have an EE number. Can u please give me details of a customer service rep I can speak to without entering an ee number.

    @EE Tried it on a couple of laptops and iPad. As mentioned in another tweet, looks like the change that they made has been backed out now. Gone back to the original format to login now and able to login fine.

    Really want to upgrade with @EE but they never have 13 pro max in stock - keeps saying wait is over 28 days and they are still asking for £100 upfront - which isn’t acceptable as a customer of 8yrs - having to look elsewhere

    @EE How do I go about returning a phone I've received as an upgrade? I recently got the @madebygoogle Pixel 6 and the battery is awful. I'm not even getting a full day or normal usage. I wonder if I have a faulty device. It runs really hot too.
