    Dear @EE Both your broadband & mobile services are utter rubbish. Thought you couldnโ€™t possibly be worse than the @BT & @VodafoneGroup solution we had previously. I was wrong! Honestly donโ€™t care how you react. Soon as I can, I shall be swapping awayโ€ฆ

    If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

    @EE Thanks for getting back to me, no it went to the apparent EE login page but I didnโ€™t put in my EE login details. Unfortunately I deleted the text but Iโ€™m guessing I could be targeted again. Next time I will forward it on to you. Iโ€™m annoyed that I deleted it tho.

    @EE wtf! Our broadband went off during the FA Cup semi final between @ChelseaFC & Crystal Palace. Missed both goals and the main part of the game. Totally ruined the game for me & @Bobbiensr what kind of service is this?!? #rubbishbroadband

    @EE It was used last in August, itโ€™s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    @EE But if you aren't providing the WIFI, you aren't providing the service. So I should be able to opt out of my contract without a fee

    @EE Its the same almost every day. There is no technical issue, itโ€™s purely down to your lack of investment in coverage. Bills go up, coverage never improves. The UK has the worst 5G infrastructure investment in Europe.

    @MarkyTalk @EE Share your sentiments Mark. Been with them since Orange days. Been absolutely horrible with moving homes that they moved me to BT & now I canโ€™t even go back to EE where all my other mobile phones etcโ€ฆ are. Ongoing since July 6th & no hope!! Brag bout being best co 25 times!!

    @MarkyTalk @EE I 100% agree with this, Iโ€™ve been with them for a very long time and the service Iโ€™m getting for trying to upgrade and get a decent deal is shocking. Prices are sky high @EE

    @MarkyTalk @EE Mark. I had exactly the same recently. I too have been a customer since the orange days. Completely uninterested in customer service unless it involves selling you something you donโ€™t really need. I ended up going to Klarna mobile.

    So let me understand this I can pay ยฃ40 to @Starlink and get 100mbps while today I pay ยฃ36.99 to @EE for up to 30mbps and their choppy broadband with weekly texts about issues in my area? Bye bye @EE

    @MarkyTalk @EE Pretty much same m8 I been with them for over 20 years and feel deals are getting crap plus now the way they split payment between plans and device is terrible as shows on credit rating as a new loan impacting credit score

    @mblacky78 @EE Pity you were not a passenger in my car tonightโ€™s journey from work. You would have noticed how infrequently the signal was sufficient to make or receive a call. Makes me laugh how people with no fkin idea can be so ballsy.
