@EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

@Gunnerzak @virginmedia I’ve had similar issues, dropped too many times, @EE have been excellent an engineer was dispatched the same day, but still have issues. Fibre optic cabling is being laid in my road, so three weeks In’sha’Allah will joining BT-EE unbreakable Wifi… let’s see.

@EE I’ve had genuinely no bars of signal now for over a month. I received numerous texts about ‘work in the area’ and rung to check as well, but even with the work now being finished I cannot make or receive calls, or use any 4G data anywhere in my house?
