@EE hi,I've just been looking at your offers for 5g but tbh they are not very competitive. Bt offer on a 12 month 5g sim only deal ,25g data and unlimited txt and calls for £20 pm. I am a current ee customer.

@EE anyone else having the same problem? Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. Still waiting for a call back from 22/7 was told it would be within 72 hours. I have the chat transcript

@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

Really glad I managed to leave @O2 and go back to @EE. They said they couldn’t guarantee signal on the 🚂 dropping me down to E like it’s 2005! But I’m here with 5G on EE! #Signal #Connectivity

@EE follow your letter of dump my customer for 3 g phone I requested no further. Service after September for 2 phone. Bt has sunk ee custom reality in my mind for eu roaming I will be leaving with all my business phone as soon as possible I will not be subject to blackmail

@EE Your network has been down for 2 days from 11 am to 4.30 pm. As a driver who relies on my phone for my business, this is a disgrace. The new S25 i got 5 days ago is going back, and I'll be moving. You need to have a serious look at your customer care.

@EE Guess what EE it's STILL bloody down here in central London FFS! and STILL can't connect or get through to 150! so STILL no voice calls in or out can ONLY use mobile data for WhatsApp this is a joke and I'm NOT LAUGHING! WHEN WILL THIS BE SORTED OUT? IT IS ALL GOOD IS A LIE!

@EE still can’t make or receive calls, can’t even dial 999 what a ******* joke, imagine needing emergency services but can’t dial out, sick of this ****, I’m not paying my bill this month and switching to another provider.
