    @EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

    @EE Would I be able to ask what is happening with the signal tower in Birtley (Gateshead in Newcastle). Most people have 1 or no signal in my area.

    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    @EE walked past my local ee store today and heard the worst sale's pitch being given to two elderly people,something along the lines of "once this whole covid thing is over you can use this phone to do as much as you like" such a rediculous pitch and out of order

    MyPlace update: There is a problem near Home which is taking longer than expected to resolve. We will continue to keep you updated. Contracts up in September and after 20 years it’ll be goodbye @EE .

    @EE Hi, is there any transmitter problems affecting DH5 area? My mam has no mobile signal despite turning phone off & on numerous times. She’s 76 so doesn’t quite understand the technicalities of signals, transmitters etc so I said I’d contact you.

    @EE @amandah04169078 I’m having the same problem! For the Last 24 hours I haven’t received any signal. Just says ‘No Signal’ constantly!!!

    @EE Why when I try to use amazon it wants me to charge me 5.99 via iTunes yet I supposed to get it free as a swappable! Can you help me please

    @EE My wife had just spoken to your @EE retention team who agreed that we’ve been treated worse than any case they’ve seen... but unbelievably we are to expect another two calls from the retention team who can offer no help. Why bother, it’s just really rubbing the salt in.

    @EE why is it that me and my wife have had our phones on EE for over a year and in that time we have not made a single call from our home without the signal being awful or the call being cut off? I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost

    @EE Just trying to fill out a customer survey online after contacting customer service regarding an upgrade as I'm at the end of my contract. Didn't get a satisfactory deal so reluctantly leaving. Went to send the survey, got an error message and now it has disappeared.

    @EE @BTCare It would help if you informed customers in advance of "upgrades" and what those upgrades are and how they will improve things, because very little changes in signal quality, so guessing it's actually only maintenance replacing crappy components....

    @ee gone 5G with EE in SE1 speed is great but it’s so unstable … I’m rebooting router every 3 days atm … 😔 not good for the ££

    I think I have had more customer service as Asda self checkouts then the help @EE has given me over the last few days. Was over 5hours trying to resolve my issues with incoming calls and nothing.

    @EE when will the engineers have this issue fixed it’s been over 2-3 months come on seriously paying over £160 per month and still no resolution. I really want to get this issue resolved post code in my area eh54 8th

    Disgrace once again by @EE the phone signal around the Birmingham area is a joke. Then secondly you approach me about taking up a joint EE and BT broadband package and still charge me since March then I'm just told you will only refund me 6 months worth of the money you've

    @ee If it isn’t bad enough that some people have to suffer working in the ******** that is Wrexham why do you make us suffer from a phone signal here being so bad you barely ever get internet on phone? It’s worst I’ve ever seen in a town by far.
