BT sometimes had issues but not like EE in the last 6 or so weeks. can’t even have a conversation with anyone if i’m at home using the phone. i want out of my contract. reason being poor quality of product.

How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

The person on the phone was helpful in pushing a network settings update that fixed it for me and others in the situation he spoke to

Now going forward 3 and half years later, there's very little improvement. You still can't get 5G service in quiet a lot places around city centre
