  @ItsJamesPowers @EE They're happy to take money from you the customer but not always so helpful if you need something from them. And they're not particularly competetive when it comes to handsets & tariffs either. #EE was more expensive than major competitors, who incidently allow downward changes !

  @EE we had an engineer come round to install an upgrade today. completely incompetent and constantly on the phone to a call centre who were of no help. left early and we now have no internet. Could you advise me as to where I lodge a formal complaint and seek compensation?

  @EE what an shockingly bad customer service you have. Ive been waiting on a manager to return a call since Monday. Its truly an appalling company.
