    @EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

    I have never had such poor and service from you guys! I’m even past my cooling off period ! And I haven’t got my router swapped! Better to go with @EE or @SkyUK !

    @EE I’m so sick of my crappy signal! For the past month or so- sudden drop outs of signal out of nowhere, constant call failures and loss off 3/4G!

    @EE Your phone system's not fixed yet. My husband's unable to make or receive calls (as at 13.46 in central London). Help!!

    Really great service from @EE and @WeAreOpenreach this morning. Lovely engineer, so nice not to have someone complain at installing a line in a flat. WiFi back to working perfectly.

    @EE But if you aren't providing the WIFI, you aren't providing the service. So I should be able to opt out of my contract without a fee

    @SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

    @EE What do I need to get this issue resolved ?. I cancelled a sim contract after being told by one of your customer rep that I will only pay cancellation fee . Now I am getting letters that I am owing the full amount and will be reported to credit bureau . Kindly intervene

    @EE Don’t see how you can help unless you build more masts! I remember being astonished on a trip to Jordan several years ago to be able to get 4G everywhere including the middle of the desert. I couldn’t get ANY signal in High Holborn last weekend. @EE

    @EE my Mum and Dad have been without signal in IV51 for over a week. They're with BT but your website acknowledges you have a problem in the area and has been saying it'll be fixed in 16 hours for a week. Can we please have an update on what's wrong and when it will be fixed?

    @MarcAllera @EE I have been a customer for over 25 years with EE. Son’s phone was stolen after being mugged at knife point . Outstanding bill paid yet I am denied the ability to make an insurance claim or even an upgrade because I have to pay the new bill. @MarcAllera please intervene and help
