    Really great service from @EE and @WeAreOpenreach this morning. Lovely engineer, so nice not to have someone complain at installing a line in a flat. WiFi back to working perfectly.

    Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

    @EE I’m so sick of my crappy signal! For the past month or so- sudden drop outs of signal out of nowhere, constant call failures and loss off 3/4G!

    If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

    @EE we also called back and infact speaking to them but call disconnect we had been on 3 calls for 2 hrs each ... pls respect that we are working as well...pls contact us in case you do anything .... can she fix a slot and call then rather than random calling at anytime

    @EE it’s been days that I’ve noticed that I have no signal or no 4g internet on my phone. This has happened at home and when I am out. Why has the service declined and prices increased regardless? I have mobile and 60mb of internet for no service when I need it. #no4ginternet #ee

    @EE why do you keep activating my emergency alerts when i keep turning it off? I have a duel sim with @ThreeUKSupport and it's not them. Every restart I get a message saying your operator has changed my settings?

    @EE Sure, failure to move my service to my new address, then when I called I got told it was my own fault for not responding to an email that I have not received (I’ve checked my junk). When I responded to this I got hung up on.

    @EE is there any faults in the wr9 area? It he had terrible signal/service for 3 days now it’s now not allowing me to make a call?
