    @EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

    Really great service from @EE and @WeAreOpenreach this morning. Lovely engineer, so nice not to have someone complain at installing a line in a flat. WiFi back to working perfectly.

    If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

    @SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

    @EE Well I’m certainly not CHILLED. Due to EE incompetence I’m STILL WITHOUT MY PHONE SERVICE AFTER 5 DAYS. And now I’ve just been told I didn’t pass the security questions, the same ones I passed several days ago.

    @MrBandez @EE EE have the best signal coverage where I am, O2 seem to drop constantly. Might go with the S21. Also most of the contracts for O2 seem to be 36 months now

    @connjam @EE @btsport There has been a recent change in BT Sport plans through EE and the £5 large screen option has been discontinued. It is now £15. Think this is due to the way smart benefits have been restructured. There has been an issue when the £5 option still shows but cannot be chosen.

    @EE I've had 3 chats with your staff - 3 times a failure to understand that they've erroneously put my Apple Watch on a Family Member plan. I never asked for this, I made this explicitly clear from the start and still the same wait 24h, re-pair your Watch rubbish.
