However, where the company still fails is it's inflexible attitude around tariffs for monthly pay/contracted customers. Unlike competitors they will not allow tariff drops.

After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. Itโs great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when thereโs an error of ยฃ1.50 they wonโt budge.

BT sometimes had issues but not like EE in the last 6 or so weeks. canโt even have a conversation with anyone if iโm at home using the phone. i want out of my contract. reason being poor quality of product.

And they're not particularly competetive when it comes to handsets & tariffs either. #EE was more expensive than major competitors, who incidently allow downward changes !
