    If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

    @EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

    @EE A phone is supposed to arrive today or tomorrow at the latest. So I'll keep you posted. I'm so annoyed at the service I have received from your company. I have spoken to 7 different people and not one person takes any responsibility for seeing the problem through. Its not good!

    @EE After a 4th engineer visit yesterday, this morning's readings are Ms 98 DL 19 and UL5. Earlier this morning, there was Zero UL. You supply it, you broke it, you fix it...since 7th December

    @EE Since I bought my watch my plan hasn't worked you technical team have told me there was a known issue with the watch plan then they told me it was set up incorrectly I have wasted hours on chat I asked for it to be escalated I heard nothing back I. I am a very loyal customer

    @EE 'fraud prevention' allowed fraudsters to call 5 times in quick succession, guess my security questions, change the email address and order a new iPhone with £90 contract. They told me they'd bolt down the account. I just called and they asked one question to gain access.
