    Unhappy with the poor service from @EE . Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is so more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here. :(

    @EE are you having issues with connecting people with their WiFi. I work for the NHS and I am working from home. My WiFi has connected to my laptop fine this morning now it states there is no internet however it’s working for my partner and my phone. Please advise.

    @EE 17 days since ordered the iPhone 11 pro was 1 day dispatch that turned to 7 but no emails or contact of any delay have had two returns envelopes sent if I had traded in I would of been without a phone for nearly 3 weeks 😩 not the best service when I’ve been with you for 10y+

    @EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

    It seems so expensive to have #5G on @EE I am not sure if pay the cost & not upgraded. Come Jan21 we shldnt have to include EU automatically within the contracts. Bring the cost down. Beside #MiltonKeynes doesn't have 5G. #LoveMK
