Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

First contract phone and he was very reassuring. Even gave me his work email in case I have any issues. Glad I swapped to EE now!

Everytime I get “ We are testing and all looks fine”’ reply from me Broadband speed is half of guaranteed speed, reply ASSISTANCE for further help, 3 days no help. Yep 3 hours as you have not provided our free EU roaming as promised when she bought a new phone and renewed her contract in March.
