@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

@EE are there currently issues with the network? I'm trying to make phone calls but everytime I call somebody it says their phone is switched off which it isn't. When that person calls me and I answer, they can't hear me at all :(

@EE Hey Jess, thanks for responding. I had fixed with EE but the ave speeds were 9mbps down and 0.5mbps up, and it was insufferable. It buffered whilst streaming. I would certainly argue that analysing the use would reveal 95% of the usage is most definitely streaming services...

@EE We have no broadband signal. Router is fine but Wi-Fi on laptop says "No Internet, secured". Turned all off and on again x 10. Using my phone as a hotspot but this is only working for me not my teacher husband or school child. Can anyone help?
