Robby (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England@EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

Char (@AbitofCharlieb) reported from Gateshead, England@EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

First contract phone and he was very reassuring. Even gave me his work email in case I have any issues. Glad I swapped to EE now!

I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

This is shambolic. So open reach have to install fibre cable and set everything up before the pensioner can cancel?

Eza (@14EZA) reported@EE it is absolutely staggering at how incompetent your company is at this point and how badly you treat your customers! Miss selling me products on multiple occasions and despite offering me a refund, i haven’t received it, and funnily enough now there is no record of my refund
