@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

Trying to join @EE from another network. Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

@EE fiber broadband yet again failing. Constant drop in wifi / internet is affecting work and training. This is the 3rd Hub, so it cannot be that that is the problem. I have a brand new Master 5c socket so that isn't the problem. Maybe, just maybe it's an infrastructure issue?

@chris_sanderson @EE Yep, it’s disgraceful. Also, I don’t understand why or how EE can disable the freeview part of it. Humax surely don’t run a tv service for all their freeview boxes, so why won’t /can’t the freeview part of our EETV boxes keep working at least?

@EE sort your app out its awful, keeps chucking us off as soon as pin is entered! Have cleared cache, force stopped the app & also un-installed & re-installed! Working fine up until we upgraded to a new package now pants & judging by Google app reviews we're not alone!
