  @Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

  🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)

  @EE Customer service REACHING NEW DEPTHS today!!! Passed from Customer Service (CS) to Local store (Meadowhall) to franchise store (Rotherham) and back to CS - each telling me to speak to the next. Surely to goodness somebody owns a responsibility for something somewhere!

  If you are thinking about moving to @ThreeUK DON'T I've had no service pjone or internet since yesterday morning and no sign of it retutning. Their support just reads a script saying your service will be fixed shortly. Thank goodness for @EE pay as you go WiFi hotpot.
