To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

You can be sure that if I was seeking to buy something or add a line that they would answer immediately.

Women’s refuge. Having no phone is dangerous! No one listening or doing anything! Very frustrated! 😩 please help!
