In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

@EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

@EE your technical support advised me some strange information today... 2 years ago I bought Apple Watch with a data plan on a 2-year contract (~£28/month). Now I was told that if I notify - I can go to £7/month plan, but if I don't - I will continue to pay £28. Isn't it weird?
