They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐

Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about ยฃ100-ยฃ200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down

But why is he being asked about Netflix and almost a weird focus on this rather than focusing on the issue which is finding an upgrade price that is lower. The agent then focused on cableing which dad has explicitly said he doesnโt want My dad has had a stroke - his vulnerability was not addressed or empathised with once during the call I understand we are supposed to be kind and pleasant on the phone but the agent you have in retentions who spoke to him was not listening, hiding behind process and utterly incompetent

Was straight back on the phone and told them I ainโt paying more than ยฃ15 a month and thatโs that.
