    @EE Seeing as the phone is out of contract, your service stinks and you canโ€™t give a signal in large parts of Cheshire, I think itโ€™s time to take my business elsewhere. I will be calling 150 to cancel completely later today.

    @Tasharoo93 @EE I mean, it's basically a weekly thing. Three of my colleagues are also on EE and have the exact same issues at the same times. It was four hours today where my phone was completely unusable, last time it was six.

    @EE Any chance you can get my broadband running above the 18mbps itโ€™s currently running at?! Also, Iโ€™m sat 7ft away from the router and my phones signal is proper garbage?! Any ideas??? Thanks.

    In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

    @Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin ๐Ÿ˜ญ we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐Ÿ˜‚

    I upgraded my phone on 16th August to new Pixel 11 Fold pre order they were realesed on 20th August so when are they being dispatched because I haven't had anything by email, I can't check on website because it's been broken for many years @EE

    So today has been a new low for @EE a staff member has refused to connect me to there cancellation team and then telling me I donโ€™t have the right to cancel. As a consumer we all have the right to cancel if we are not getting the service that we pay for!!. @Ofcom

    @EE Thats the problem call 150 ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„ they are some staff are useless & I just can't be annoyed dealing with them anymore ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ loyalty is nothing to EE anymore just same stuff time after time with them. Thanks anyway think sky mobile is offering better deals.
