To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, Iβm currently on my phones 4g coz itβs so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

The phone calls with and agent and senior manager were awful. She listened to the original call 1hr 15mins within 20 minutes end to wnd and declined complaint
