Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, Iโm currently on my phones 4g coz itโs so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐
