@Tasharoo93 @EE I mean, it's basically a weekly thing. Three of my colleagues are also on EE and have the exact same issues at the same times. It was four hours today where my phone was completely unusable, last time it was six.

@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

@virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

@EE 👎🏻 17 years being a loyal customer only to be messed about from your customer services for a week and not providing professional service. Really dissatisfied and disappointed. Goodbye from 3 customers as we will be moving to @VodafoneUK 👍🏻 who understood our need and actioned
