    @EE I have requested the unlimited data for my wife who is an NHS worker but when she clicks the link at her work it does not accept it and wonโ€™t allow the unlimited data to work. Can anyone assist us in solving this issue please

    @ThreeUK is something happening with the network ? I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? How is this possible ?

    In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

    @Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin ๐Ÿ˜ญ we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐Ÿ˜‚

    @EE Told I couldnโ€™t have it, then when trying to upgrade told Iโ€™d have to find my own upgrade online as I wanted to try and reduce my bill. Not helpful and never easy

    @Tasharoo93 @EE I mean, it's basically a weekly thing. Three of my colleagues are also on EE and have the exact same issues at the same times. It was four hours today where my phone was completely unusable, last time it was six.

    @EE I have tried all that and it has worked overseas with no issues previously ๐Ÿค” Have turned it on and off and toggled between airplane and no airplane - only works on wifi ๐Ÿ˜ข

    @LouNfu @EE They have areas which show perfect 5G cover yet data is slow or non existent- Shrewsbury SY3 is poor - I have raised this and they say โ€œwe have no reports of a faultโ€ - it isnโ€™t a โ€œfaultโ€ Itโ€™s been like it for years! Same around SY22 - what you see ainโ€™t what you get!

    @EE absolutely shocking service. I have paid a ยฃ100 upgrade any time fee to upgrade my phone, only for the website to crash and the order not go through. I placed the order again through the website, received a confirmation only to be told by your online chat that it hasnโ€™t gone

    @EE can you kindly explain to me after 25 years of being a loyal customer the best you can offer me for a new IPhone 17 all in is ยฃ72 a month when O2 can give it to me for far less. I think you need to review this !

    @EE You couldโ€™ve kept me as a customer with a new phone for another 2 years but Iโ€™m tempted to go elsewhere just purely because that is highly annoying and extremely misleading!
