    @EE what’s going on with my ps5 order? All I’m seeing is lots of people receiving them and I’ve still heard nothing, I ordered before 8:30am on 19/11 and I’ve heard nothing back. This is awful customer service

    @mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @EE Problem still exists, App & Web both show 0 allowances. Seen many other people reporting the same issue here, one of your colleagues has been recommending calling 150, I tried that and the text received does then show my proper allowances. So presume this is a general issue ?.

    @EE customer service shambolic. 3 attempts to finally blacklist my stolen phone, thus prolonging the handset’s data to vulnerability. Personal data lifted by thieves in interim. Not contacted by data breach team despite promises. Sent a replacement handset marked as ‘lost/stolen’

    @EE My phones fine now. Always have the same problem with the signal at Queens - other peoples networks still work though.

    @EE hi, who do I speak to about fluctuating internet speeds. Up to about a month ago I had no issues but now the speed is regularly under 10mb/s which is affecting my work
