DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. They insisted I’d get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade. Eventually the call logs were “lost” and they matched the original offer.

We did have teething issues when we originally installed so wouldn't want a repeat and are confused as to why it even comes up...
