@EE every month when I go to pay my bill on the 7th I get told I owe nothing. Then by the 14th it’s gone up with a charge for being late! It’s not fair at all. Especially as I have no service every morning (I have proof)

@EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

@EE Have lost access with EE broadband to various sites including all Alexa devices, Zoom, Malwarebytes update, etc. Some sites are unaffected e.g. BBC? Any suggestions or ideas what the problem might be. I see that a lot of users are reporting similar problems just now?
