@EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

@EE every month when I go to pay my bill on the 7th I get told I owe nothing. Then by the 14th it’s gone up with a charge for being late! It’s not fair at all. Especially as I have no service every morning (I have proof)

Today in 3rd world Britain: @Derbyshirecc have decided to allow road works on arterial roads on break up Friday @WeAreOpenreach networks have gone down at home meaning no broadband at all. Just in time for xmas @EE have decommissioned towers in my area meaning less reception.
