@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

@EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

@CraftConnor1 @DaveTait176 @EE Well, just as expected, I DMd them, and they can’t do anything. So what exactly are they doing for people who are struggling to pay their bills? Nothing. Best network my arse, when my contract is up, I will definitely be moving over to someone else, might check out Vodafone
