EE Outage in Privett, Hampshire, England

@EE hey you just lost a customer. ,@vodafone are offering everything more. And they didn't even contact me. You have not offered one extra benefit in three years.... Customer loyalty is dead.......

@EE Hi I was sorting a problem out on here yesterday about not being able to gift data to my phone and iPad and was having another department contact me about the issue , no one contacted me . Been without data since last Thursday !

@EE I have been trying to get a SIM card. Cut off 3 times, shop can’t help and I am about to give up on EE after 20 years

@EE I’m trying to upgrade my contract on your website and the website just keeps crashing! Is there an issue with it

This is pathetic service @EE I’ve been merging calls with Vodafone for years, come to EE and you’ve gone backwards… Can I have a refund

@EE Thanks for getting back to me, no it went to the apparent EE login page but I didn’t put in my EE login details. Unfortunately I deleted the text but I’m guessing I could be targeted again. Next time I will forward it on to you. I’m annoyed that I deleted it tho.

@EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

@EE iPhone 8. It’s never happened before. Turned phone in and off. Looked online for advice. Still confused as to why.

@EE I never asked for it for £20 I only asked what deals they had so I just walked out after how rude she was. So I looked only on your site and it said I wasn’t eligible till the 17th of this month but my wife’s contract runout a month later with 02 and they have offered her one now

@EE Once I log in any button within the store will make me go here. I get I have a upgrade available but that don’t help for getting an Apple Watch.

@EE Got a message on tablet saying having problems taking payment , tried logging into account to resolve but cannot gain access online to account.

@ColinTheMathmo @EE What I don't understand is why you're left without service. Who set the "disconnection" date?

@EE The status page still says ETC Jan 25th. The news yesterday from them via 150 is that it will be Feb 5th. I still don't have landline or broadband, and don't expect to until Feb 5th, despite being promised faithfully there would be no interruption in service.

Having phone signal issues on the @EE network today. No bars showing & can't messages or receive calls. @EE can you help?

@EE are there issues with broadband today? Mines not working.

@EE I was told yesterday that now that my broadband is out of contract it nearly doubles in price. I am moving out in 5 months so can't take out new 18 month contract. Why can't I just extend for 5 months? Been an EE customer since it was Orange!

@EE I have. They closed my complaint without me asking. Your customer service is appalling

@DavidLeyland @EE I think it’s due to the limited bandwidth available in the towns, they don’t want people using 5G on their phones to have a bad experience because others with 5G routers are grabbing the bandwidth.
