@EE I never asked for it for £20 I only asked what deals they had so I just walked out after how rude she was. So I looked only on your site and it said I wasn’t eligible till the 17th of this month but my wife’s contract runout a month later with 02 and they have offered her one now

@ciarale01 @EE Hi, anyone whom gets texts like this should NOT respond to them. Please go into your local mobile provider store, the staff are trained to help you and they will tell you if this texts real or not.

@EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

Hi @EE I want to know after a second day of no network connection in the Eastleigh area what you are going to do to reimburse me to account for my loss of earnings? £ off my next phone bill was a nice gesture but that won’t be good enough now. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?

Thank you @EE wasted my time and trying to coerce extra money to install your broadband. Gave a date for installation only to change it, putting it back a month, leaving me without any service. Then telling me that they can bring the date forward for an extra £120. DON'T USE EE

@EE 9% 9% I don’t have difficulty paying the bill but at a time when the people of the UK are facing a cost of living crisis this feels like EE are part of the problem and not part of the solution for their customers Not impressed

@EE You are raising charges on many customers bills by 10% & charging them to cancel the contract? I've just visited a store to discuss & was told I would either pay over £400 to buy out my 24 month contract or more to cancel.
