@EE @EE travelling to Turkey be extremely careful as unfortunately the business tariffs are shockingly expensive. Customer service guys in Greenock excellent but unable to offer an economicly viable tarrif.

@SamsungTV @EE bought a tv and it’s a year old and just out of warranty I’ve spoke to tv expert this morning and this model is known for all sorts of faults! Flashing stand by lights and tv screen won’t turn on? Not a happy girl! £350 down the drain.

@EE Trying to get help from EE is horrendous switch contract from vodafone for my son 3 weeks later still not working! Paying for a phone he can't use disgusted my experience with them so far leaves a lot to be desired. I'l be dead by time i get a call back not good publicity !!!

@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@EE Tried to Anytime Upgrade but order was cancelled as I was told I have to go on a higher price plan. I currently receive f&f discount which reduces the monthly cost, but the new plan would be higher than what I am paying with a discount. Help!

Hey @EE I have a Samsung S20+ 5G direct with you guys experiencing poor battery life issue and very randomly running hot with 5g enabled and using the camera, 1st handset did this on delivery June 2020 (swapped out) Question is who covers the 2yr warranty Samsung or EE? Thx

All we get is “ an engineer is working on a mast near you and it will be resolved soon” I call bullshit. Changing from Voda was a bad move

@EE shocking service at fosse park, Leicester. £50 out of pocket and no new phone due to an error doing a factory reset. Error fixed within five minutes at home. Refund is required ASAP.

@EE Does it normally take 72hours to reply to a complaint I made today as I was told my bill will be reduced if I take out new contract when in fact its gone up and getting less for my money
