Well Iโm stood with my phone in front window looking onto a mast and I have 1 4g bar. Clearly something isnโt working yet im still paying for a decent coverage/reception

It wasn't actually broken before you broke it and no one bothers to inform customers either. Non existent customer service as per usual. Charge a fortune for no actual service!!
