To wait for a response from an email which took days before transferring my number to a new network. Despite being in a 14 day grace period. Was promised a call back from an “executive level” yesterday, which surprise, didn’t happen. @EE are as much of cowboys as ScottishPower.🤡

@EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

@virginmedia Yes, they are unable to help, the team said they would call back, no call back has been made..... it is now day 13 and we are paying for a phone that has not been delivered by @YodelOnline and should have been replaced by now from Virgin media. Wish I stuck with @EE.
