    @lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

    To wait for a response from an email which took days before transferring my number to a new network. Despite being in a 14 day grace period. Was promised a call back from an “executive level” yesterday, which surprise, didn’t happen. @EE are as much of cowboys as ScottishPower.🤡

    @EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

    @northolt3103 @EE My wife has BT, has had for years. Works everywhere. I was on EE but it was so bad. I am now on Vodafone. Nothing works as good as her old BT. My BT broadband FTTP is also rock solid. Don’t intend moving unless significantly more expensive. BT just works.

    @EE I left a few years ago after being a customer since the one2one days, but in the market for a data only sim for a mifi device. Only EE and THREE cover where I need it. Then I saw the tweet about a 24% increase so interested in knowing how that came about before I committed.

    @northolt3103 @EE The signal here was always full bars. Now I’m lucky to get 1 or 2. , broadband is with them as well. Was with sky before & just as bad. They just put their prices up £4 a month from March. This js my last year. I’m off.
