@lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

@EE your upgrades team quoted me £55-£70 a month instead of trying to help reduce, they actively wanted more money pointed out I dont need 60gdata but that's what they pushing No problem I'll let my contract expire on 3rd Nov and shop about ,for my 2 phones,house and broadband

@EE you need a word with your customer service. Tried ringing to question about the so called maintenance always happening with your network. Nobody answers for 40minutes. Not even sure if it is even maintenance or your network is just shocking. Have quiet word with yourself.

@EE you are an absolute joke. The only time I am a 'very loyal customer' of yours, who has been with you for 8 years, is when you are trying to offer me an upgrade and ringing my phone 6 times an hour. Any other time, you are ignorant and trying to charge me extra months payments

@virginmedia Here's some ideas for you....tell people your service may be limited if @EE has high demand and that your WiFi calling is limited to iPhone and Samsung devices. I've been a virgin broadband and TV customer for 6 years and my custom seems to count for nothing....shame really.
