@lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

@EE you need a word with your customer service. Tried ringing to question about the so called maintenance always happening with your network. Nobody answers for 40minutes. Not even sure if it is even maintenance or your network is just shocking. Have quiet word with yourself.

@EE your upgrades team quoted me £55-£70 a month instead of trying to help reduce, they actively wanted more money pointed out I dont need 60gdata but that's what they pushing No problem I'll let my contract expire on 3rd Nov and shop about ,for my 2 phones,house and broadband

@andrew_allison @richardfox92 @EE Ditto. I'm <1 mile from the centre of a town of 70,000 people. Faint signal in 1 room. Rest of house and garden = dead zone. Meanwhile, 5G rollout underway elsewhere in town. Frustrating.

EE calls still not working, network been off since about 4pm I reckon, great service that, definitely justifies the 14.4% price increase they are bringing in next month for such good reliable service! C'mon @kevinbacon and @EE get it sorted!!
