@EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

@lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

@ee This is what £20pm gets you in Cornwall, has been fine, but once the summer holidays kicks in, it's abysmal, no amount of rebooting helps and I've reported the problem online, but not heard anything back, EX23 0AW shows no problems, well I think there is!

@EE Good afternoon Peter, hope you’re good. As working from home 5 days a week, I’ve been struggling with the quality, in my particular area. Haven’t really used the mobile elsewhere. The same awful quality is happening with the use of my fathers mobile.
