    I surely can't be the only @EE customer that has neither a current passport or driving license, but more pertinently, why is this requirement not prominently displayed when choosing the "deliver to your nearest store" option? It could've saved a lot of pissing about.

    @EE I hate the app! Every month I have problems trying to top up daughters PAYG phone. It is on my app with my contract phone. Iโ€™m no technophobe but itโ€™s so hard to navigate and now it wonโ€™t work!

    @EE My 16 month old son is having his 3rd stay in @nhsuhcw in Coventry in 5 weeks but the signal in & around the hospital is almost non existent making it hard to keep in touch with family, can you sort this please?

    @EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

    @EE advertises being the best network. Realised today I get better deal and service elsewhere for my mobile phone. Unlocking the phone was an ordeal and the staff in the shop did not know their operations.

    @EE are you having broadband issues . In the LE11 area. Just had a call from BT saying all providers in area have slow running broadband and I can claim money back .

    @MarcAllera VERY, VERY unhappy with @EE today and this past few months over mis selling, false information, and paying for a line I was unaware of with no resolution. I truly wish I hadn't upgraded after over 20 years of being a loyal customer. Call dumped 2 retentions n cut off!

    @EE Yes I upgraded to the sim only offer on Friday last week from my account after I logged in. Wasnโ€™t sure if this is a problem@with my order or if Iโ€™m halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

    @EE I have downloaded your app and spoken to countless guides who just keep making unfulfilled promises. 3 months down the line and I am still not happy, with your customer service. Someone needs to read the many conversations and sort out the promised compensation.

    @bt_uk what an absolute disgrace of a service youโ€™ve โ€˜givenโ€™ my 84yr old parents moving house from Wales to Selsey. It has been the single most stressful part of moving home & still not resolved. Between you & @EE youโ€™ve stressed them to the hilt & theyโ€™ll be 4wks no internet

    @EE It's been over 10 hours and no assistance has been provided to solve this problem. I am unable to book my airport taxi. This is a breach of contract and it is unacceptable

    @EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesnโ€™t say youโ€™re ever on 5G+ itโ€™s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?

    @EE I tried more than once, never managed to get a person without your automation ending the call and now raised a complaint as well. Not good enough, a vulnerable consumer would be highly distressed by this apauling service

    @EE Day 4 of no WiFi. Customer support advised itโ€™s a nationwide problem with @WeAreOpenreach No other mentions on local social media platforms suggesting itโ€™s a problem. ETA for the fix is Monday. Please advise if this can be resolved sooner! Compensation expected

    Alison Lees @EE There's nothing on the dashboard online, nothing in my emails, search 'exit fees' reveals 'no results'. I don't believe this exit fee exists. I think your customer service guy was lying.
