@kevinbacon @EE You can’t operate an iPhone 14 in space. Not without a cellular network which would require a satellite two way transponder and a computer server and have a link via Goonhilly Down satellite station to your network.

@sandrachataway @EE If they offer consumer credit, they should be licenced by @TheFCA . Submit a complaint there documenting the overpayment and you should get it back. At least it will stop them hassling you whilst it is reviewed.

Can anyone help please? I had to leave my husband very quickly in awful circumstances & have rented for 3 years as I’m still not divorced. EE have taken money from me for 21 extra months after a contract was paid off for his Ipad. How is this legal? @TheFCA @EE @MartinSLewis

@EE Hi there, not only have ee decided to close my local shop but also in there wisdom put my monthly bill up by £3.70 on a sim only deal. Having been a loyal customer for over 20 years I will now be going to another supplier, cheers

@EEHelpdesk @EE can I ask why does my phone signal always seem to go to **** with use every so often, legit just upgraded my phone with use and this happens for too often for me to care. I can’t even do basic things like listen to music on my way to work 😐

Yup this is definitely the last contract I’ll be on with @EE. How they can win best network is beyond me. This upgrade has been nothing but trouble & the trade in/recycle procedure is so unbelievably slow &full of hassle. Shame, they used to be so good. Where did it go so wrong?

@benwood @EE If only they would realize that enabling IPv6 on the mobile network would give them latency gain of at least 10% those RF engineers would have to do amazing things for that sort of gain across the whole of the network, AT&T etc do it...

@EE calls dropping no stable phone signal and reach time in on the phone holding for technical support, after annoying messages re WiFi calling making calls now stable, the phone cuts out. What's happening to your network coverage in west London? Unstable phone signal and no data

@EE Well just had call from your support because I checked for broadband without landline and guess what? Not available in your area. Now how is that possible? 🤔
