@EE I've suffered and am still suffering from little to no phone signal in and around my home, surviving solely on wifi calling (which is unacceptable). Had nothing but trouble with replacement sim cards, even new handsets at own cost thru my insurance. No help from EE whatsoever.

@EE Hi , I have done today and although they admit there is issues with a mast in that area that won’t be resolved until next week they still think they need to do some troubleshooting on my phone which seems pointless to me since nobodies phone is working in that area!

@EE EE shop by phone. it was delivered last Sat. I then took my sim card out of my existing Nokia 106/5 and got it jammed. I only got it retrieved out of my new H.P30 IN THE ee shop in LISCARD Merseyside. on getting my old sim back i thought end of problem, put it in old nokia

Spoke to @EE regarding not having any signal in and around my home. Saying they cannot offer any assistance. Got myself a new contract, but they're not even willing to release me from contract or let me port my number if I carry on paying contract. #EE #shocking #greedy

@EE Having a lot trouble lately with my WiFi modem. Having intermittent signal loss very regularly especially with the number of people living in the property relying on it. I have reset it a number of times but it still cuts out.

I changed from @EE to @TheO2 as frankly was about £15 cheaper a month: I now know why. I live in Bham, hardly the sticks, but I've never any signal, get 3G mostly and yet to see a 5g so far. Not really fit for purpose currently 🙄 don't do it.
