@EE Hi Georgia, thanks for getting back to me. It’s not that I am having problems at the moment but when I spoke to EE recently they offering a minimum guaranteed speed of 18mbs for a new 18 month contract. A couple of years ago it was either 28 or 32mbs, will be going elsewhere.

Hi @EE I upgraded my account with the promise of 5G however I am yet to start seeing it apply to my data. There is plenty coverage in my area and my phone is compatible however that’s over 6 months without. Can you help?

@EE love seeing that my bill has gone up by £7 this month moving forward. Not like we havnt got enough price increases with petrol and gas and electricity. This is how you treat loyal customers. I’ll be going to 3 from now on.
