    @EEHelpdesk @EE can I ask why does my phone signal always seem to go to **** with use every so often, legit just upgraded my phone with use and this happens for too often for me to care. I can’t even do basic things like listen to music on my way to work 😐

    @kevinbacon @EE You can’t operate an iPhone 14 in space. Not without a cellular network which would require a satellite two way transponder and a computer server and have a link via Goonhilly Down satellite station to your network.

    @EE seriously ee,you definitely are doing your utmost to lose customers in my area l33 every few days a service mess problems in Area poss 15 hrs to fix,this is so often its getting crazy .crazy enough to swap networks, over 15yrs been with ee never been so bad..decisions.

    @sandrachataway @EE If they offer consumer credit, they should be licenced by @TheFCA . Submit a complaint there documenting the overpayment and you should get it back. At least it will stop them hassling you whilst it is reviewed.

    It’s amazing how @EE can do them adverts with Kevin Bacon but I’m not allowed to have a decent phone signal for a months straight, even though I live in what’s classed as an ‘urban area’. 😐

    Today I finally managed to terminate my @EE account after leaving in August. I spoke on Chat, I spoke on Twitter DM and I had a telephone appointment that wasn’t honoured to no avail. Today a friendly and courteous assistant in an EE shop finally helped me

    @EE Seriously don't make me block you and leave EE. I know precisely how to deal with messages. You've just said it's automated, ie a chatbot. I have never been rude to anyone at EE. Quite sick and tired of the way you treat your customers as it is. Cheers Ellis 👍

    @EE is there a known issue watching videos on Samsung s22? Sometimes it stutters and I can't work out why. I've tried to obvious things, turning it on and off and switching back and forth through plane mode.

    @Ofcom @EE appalling customer service, number of failed call backs, loss of coverage, false promises for compensation, snide comments from a sarcastic staff in your l2 tech team from Merthyr. Left on hold until 8pm so they could avoid escalating.

    @EE your customer service team are a joke. How can you sell someone a product that you don’t sell anymore and then not even inform the customer. Had to chase for a week and then at the end of it all I got was a sorry and no resolution. Really really poor

    @EE so I’m thinking of joining you in November cuz I’m sick of @VodafoneUK ‘s unreliability. I use my phone hotspot a LOT with my unlimited data. Is there any limit to what I can use my data for with my phone hotspot on your network? I don’t have broadband which is why I use it
