    @EE @EE I take it all back. It’s back to no service underground again today. I assume maybe 5G trials were on Monday and it boosted 4G and maybe things are reverted again today :(

    @EE Hi Georgia, thanks for getting back to me. It’s not that I am having problems at the moment but when I spoke to EE recently they offering a minimum guaranteed speed of 18mbs for a new 18 month contract. A couple of years ago it was either 28 or 32mbs, will be going elsewhere.

    @EE if I run Speedtest on my 5G I get around 300mb/s if I then tether my computer to the phone (3 feet away) the pc can only get 30/down 2/up. How come you restrict it?

    @SkyUK has to be the worst Internet provider. Literally Drops every 5 minutes. Gonna send my @EE bill too them since Ive resorted to using my data as thats 100% better than their ‘Best Wireless Router’ even with a Signal ‘booster’ 🤬

    @TimeToUnbox_ @EE @PlayStation quick to respond. I didn't want to go down the complaints avenue, people do that too easily these days. Ideally I'd just like a new ps5 box, probably not possible. A kind gesture might be nice. My son won't get to unbox it, that's all😢 Guess I'll deal with that 😭

    @EE I have been trying to get someone to call me regarding me current bill. I have had to chase this twice, then told it had been raised as a complaint, then the case was closed within an hour and I still have not heard from anyone? Can someone please help- unhappy customer here!

    @EE #eefail waiting four days for a replacement SIM because you're using #royalmailfail You directed me to a store only you forgot to tell me to bring my actual passport so now they won't give me a replacement SIM...how can this be the best network in the UK???

    @EE That's right mark so really if I wanted it all I'll have to do is pay 100 pound ? If I didn't want to Waite a extra 2 month would pre orders be as normal or would I have to do this is store as all my phone I normally do via customer service xx

    Just been watching a consumer programme and an analyst says @EE customer pay more for their monthly contracts than anyone else in Europe ,and that's before without roaming charges come in ,they are a rip off .
