@EE if I run Speedtest on my 5G I get around 300mb/s if I then tether my computer to the phone (3 feet away) the pc can only get 30/down 2/up. How come you restrict it?

@EE Absolutely **** right off. Approx 9 grand paid to ee,t mobile...over years, dropped me like brick in the Mersey when my contract ended. They had ******* gaul to say I had to go through credit check again ffs. After paying them thousands over last 10 years.

@EE Hi Georgia, thanks for getting back to me. It’s not that I am having problems at the moment but when I spoke to EE recently they offering a minimum guaranteed speed of 18mbs for a new 18 month contract. A couple of years ago it was either 28 or 32mbs, will be going elsewhere.

@EE I would assume that the repair cost would be the same. The crack is as a result of internal damage and not the phone been dropped (not dropped by us anyway), unfortunately I believe best solution is to pay it up and move on, as My Good lady would likely pursue the CRA 2015.

Good Morning @EE what options do I have to pay up an account immediately? Account is 3 weeks old. Samsung want £130 to fix a phone that's value is on £150, to fix damage internally that was clearly present before I received the device.

@EE The phone developed a tiny crack over camera lens, @EE wasn't interested, Sent the phone to Samsung who have looked at it, they is internal damage which likely caused the crack which is now getting bigger despite the phone not been on. I know for a fact that I haven't dropped it

@EE Phone is ok Jason, as per my tweet, it's not just EE, but also with Three, O2. Can't confirm Vodaphone as never used them.
