  @EE I have been a customer since the early 90’s via orange. Run our business phones through you. I am seriously considering leaving you. I live 12 minutes walk from the centre of Harrogate HG1 post Codd and cannot get a 3/4G Signal on my street or in my home 1/2.

  @swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

  Something weird is going on. @EE says there is nothing wrong with WiFi and Router, but every day at least 5 times a day we have no WiFi at home. My dad is on Virgin Broadband and he has the same issues. Anyone on here having WiFi blackouts?

  @EE Already done that, says there is no issues in the area and as for the wifi calling thats great if you have access to wifi but unfortunately don't have access 24/7, multiple people in my area have had no service since yesterday

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before
