  @swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

  @EE I have been a customer since the early 90’s via orange. Run our business phones through you. I am seriously considering leaving you. I live 12 minutes walk from the centre of Harrogate HG1 post Codd and cannot get a 3/4G Signal on my street or in my home 1/2.

  @denkmit @EE I’d speak to EE first because I’m not an expert and I’ve not seen this exact problem, but updating to 15 and then removing and reinserting sim might fix it. @ee

  @denkmit @EE Try resetting the network settings, hope that fixes it. Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings
