@EE you gave phone no. in store today for Samsung for me to arrange engineer visit for z flip3 screen protector replacement, as you couldn't do it. @SamsungUK don't do this neither now. Anything not to help their customers! Don't buy a #samsungzflip3

Pathetic CS @EE BD1 1AH.4 times visit to store. Store direct me to CS & vice versa.Been 2 mnths I gt contract canceld but still received due bill causing hit on my credit history. Cancellation was confirmed twice at store bt still not done. Poor treatment at store.Don't buy @EE

Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

I liked @EE so much I ordered their broadband, they've missed two appointments with no communications and now when I ring their helpline from an EE phone it hangs up. Not the best of starts, shame because your mobile service is excellent.
