128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@EE Well , your super fast phone network got even worse. Sitting outside for an hour and browsing is like watching jelly set , slow but has a purpose I suppose! A mind-boggling-124 dBm. It's like a 90's dialup modem but far less exciting. Explanations please?

Hey @EE seems like the signal problem in the NR3 and NR6 area might be a bit better as of today, after nearly 2 weeks of my phone being an expensive torch in my pocket ! Is there any compensation for loss of service available to customers?

@EE Done this back in early 2024. Nothing changed, no sign of any improvement in the area around our property. We seem to live in a 4g black hole. Upgrading this as an ongoing issue would help your customer service image. Or even better get an engineer to physically come to here.

@EE I can’t believe how low your customer service has dropped to. I went into Salisbury Store and there were two staff members. Both wearing T Shirts, shorts and ***** trainers. The more senior member not even the slightest bit interested. 1/2

@EE Your Salisbury Store: both members had a REALLY bad attitude and refused to help bc I was not the account holder. Even when I offered her phone number they refused to do anything due to “security” I drove home rang the help line - sorted. Really??

@Swedish_chef @EE i dont have time to call them, and same bs in the app. it just says im not logged in but if you look at the screenshot where the person icon is - it isnt a login button its a "profile" button
