I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE You really don’t have any concept at all of my frustrations and today I find out you’ve taken payment from my bank for services I haven’t as yet received - up to the 22nd July everything was great I was with BT since this date everything has been awful - the service, the poor attempt a placating myself and worse of all your promises, constant apologies and procedures - a pile of 💩 that’s how I would describe everything I’ve experienced so far
