@hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.

@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

@EE recently within the last few months switched to EE from BT. BT sometimes had issues but not like EE in the last 6 or so weeks. can’t even have a conversation with anyone if i’m at home using the phone. i want out of my contract. reason being poor quality of product.

@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

@hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

@steutd2021 @EE Yep. It’s an absolute joke. No signal at all. My calls cut out when I’m next to my wifi box but it’s the only chance I have of the call actually going through. They had to knock 20% off my bill for the remainder as is. I want to cancel but sadly can’t afford it.

Is this seriously what speeds your 5G network is providing? It is worse than 3G speeds for gods sake. @EE you was advertising non stop about how fast your 5G is etc, lmao please refund me back. It takes 5 minutes to fully load a 5 minute YouTube video. #EE #5g

To find out once again the full fiber had been cancelled. Thankfully Terry has managed a great work around buty new date is the 18th of August over a month after the original. @EE how am I expected to work from home when you can't get your **** together.
