    @EE Yes and so is my husband who is an EE customer. We can get on the website but when we try to buy something the error message pops up. We've tried on: Phones Tablet PC

    Hi @BT_Uk @BTCare Since Cancelling My @HulloMail , For Both Phone Numbers, It Hasn't Diverted Back To: #BTMobile / #EE @EE Answering Voice Mail Numbers Or Settings, Once Cancelled/End Of Dial It Say Number Not In Use, Despite I Get All Text Messages & Phone Calls, HELP PLS

    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    @JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @EE If you ever call me to sell me anything like a tablet or another phone , you can **** yourselves . This is a disgrace , i know people who have only been with ee on a sim only for 6 months who got one of these ps5's , but i'm a customer of 10 years with 4 lines . **** off

    @EE EE you are a disgrace. Loyal customers get nothing but you reward the new customers. Basically bribe customers to upgrade to get the PS5. Shocking service.

    @LEEINNES @EE You should of phoned up I know someone who had the same message they sorted it out over the phone ! I’ve been with EE for years when they was t mobile ! I never once had this message when I order mines today !
