I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

ianeditz (@ianeditz) reportedSo I went online and tried to cancel 2 of them which the system let me do. Phew! Later that evening I received another 2 simultaneous emails from @ee telling me that it was too late to cancel the order and there is nothing anyone can do about it.
