    @UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

    @EE Pity phone customer services can’t do an upgrade for over a week. Feeling very disappointed, and promises all over the place but no one responds !

    @EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    @JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    Currently testing out @EE 5G as a tethering option for tonight’s stream, might be a slight drop in quality of picture but as yet @virginmedia been down for a few hours, sound coming through as stable, and seem to be managing 480p with no dropped frames.

    @EE why am I paying so much a month for an old handset. Upgrade only happened feb/ March this year and battery life is awful. I have been a customer since 2007! My friend has straight away got an iPhone 13 and is paying a lot less.

    @EE I’ve received my new phone and trying to fill in the form to bring over my phone number from another provider but it keeps rejecting my PAC code and now the page keeps crashing! Do you have an issue with this form?

    And like I said I was on here in the summer of 2020 looking for 2 kids and the oil in my group turns bad and I start hallucinating and I see Robots and Daleks and they'res story about them on my newsfeed when I was with @EE I also see different animals and they're coming at me.

    Dreadful signal across the board today @EE in WN2 area of wigan, no 3/4or 5G and terrible call connection with an age to wait to connect to the other person. Checked online says no issues but obviously not the case.

    @EE I have sent a DM but no response. I just want an update on the service for the area covering CA17 4dz. It says there is an issue, which I obviously know. But no information on if it's being sorted or how long it's going to take. It's 6 days already...
