    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

    @soxthewavingcat @EE Consumers never pay to go to an Ombudsman, the company pays. In certain sectors there will be a documented process to follow, but the usual expectation is that you have exhausted all means of contact with the company concerned. Record everything in detail, expect to evidence it.

    hey @EE need your help on @TfL London Underground the ‘Ee WiFi-auto’ no longer auto connects on my iPhone it hasn’t done for months. Have reset network settings but still have to manually select it at each station. So frustrating any ideas?

    @EE Hands down the most useless company I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with! Charged me £274 twice. Incorrectly first time and then when meant to refund you charged me again! Absolute shower!
