    @EE @MarcAllera I’ve been in touch about my attempt to upgrade. I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I’ll cancel my upgrade, get my money back and give another network a try

    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    @EE Yes and so is my husband who is an EE customer. We can get on the website but when we try to buy something the error message pops up. We've tried on: Phones Tablet PC

    @EE Yesterday I posted about our area not having any issues with calls etc. As a disabled person with sleep issues/insomnia/painsomnia I rely on my TV thru the night very much. I'm now unable to do this as my TV package is now not working! Obv the issues have spread further...

    @UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

    @EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

    @JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    Absolutely disgraceful customer service from @EE . Expecting customers to wait 45 mins to get someone to answer your call . Time after time this company fails the consumer. I've been with them 25 plus years but on renewal will be changing - enough is enough.

    @EE Thank you very much for your quick and responsive reply, however, it didn’t work! No help from HELP 66033, as far as I read it, the whole thing since joining BT has gone bonkers, it’s costing me a fortune for absolutely nothing, every penny counts when you rely on on pension

    @EE ee allowed Mrs Susan Burne to get a phone contract with billing address as MY ADDRESS. Never lived here! EE refuse to get their fraud team to phone me to sort this
