The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.
