Stephen Elms (@sjelms) reported from Baldock, England@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

-
Helen Galletley (@helengalletley) reported from Fowlmere, England@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.
-
Clare Thurgood (@clarethurgood) reported from Waresley, England@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?
-

-
Les Cashmore (@LesCashmore) reported@EE @sophie_reed98 I never understand why companies reply with “contact our team & they will assist” good customer service starts with EE taking the lead to contact the customer & directly assist the customer, if EE or any company value loyalty make the effort to keep your customers, it’s just lazy
-
terry 🖤 (@rebelrouser29) reported@EE Also. It was never this bad 12 months ago. Something has changed your end. To many people in the area now with Sizewell C starting and you haven't kept up with the pace and causing a bottle neck. 🤔😳
-
Kate (@kitkat_wba) reportedActually impossible to speak to @EE. An hour and 15 min wait is a joke. Won't even let me sign in online because the account was set up wrong. Guess just stick with broadband that keeps dropping out. May be best to switch.
-
Arty Em (@a37yM) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE I've had this very argument with our providers for the last 2 years. Whenever I renew a contract they read me info about the landline being internet-based, & ask if I have a mobile should I need emergency services if the landline is unavailable. This is NOT progress.
-
Jackson Eagleson (@Oradaman) reported@EE I tried to cancel my recent upgrade order within the 14 day period. However I was told I would revert to being in a 24 month contract. I don't think that's legal but means I will need to sever my @BT contact completely. At this point there has still been no equipment delivered.
-
Paul Jones (@Wrexham1978) reported@sophie_reed98 @EE @ee are terrible for rewarding loyalty. I left after 30 yrs & am getting the terms elsewhere for a fifth of the price.
-
Hay (@sisterhaze) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It wasn't that long ago that fibre optic cables where laid down for landlines phones. What happens to all these cables?
-
Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported@EE Spent 73 minutes on phone with Sebi (23 mins), Graham (12 mins) & Henry (38 mins) of EE earlier. I have a big issue that Henry promised he would find a solution for & then call me back. That was nearly 5 hours ago! He initially said he'd be back to me in 10 minutes. DISGRACE!
-
Wozza (@Wozza777) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE There will be something for those communities they can’t legally leave a house without a connection I’ve just moved my elderly parents over to digital home phone there are backup lines for pendant alarms. The copper landline wiring is poor these days it’s just moving with the tec
