    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    @ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @EE Hi again, I’m looking at the purple 💜 If I can definitely do it in store then I’ll pop in tomorrow. Wasn’t sure if it was giving me an error because it was now unavailable as too many people had pre-ordered it. Thanks for your help!

    @sarah_j_robins @EE I don't know how they can say that u can get a signal anywhere when clearly u can't, along the coast u never get a signal

    @ChatMarketingUK @EE I’ve been waiting two weeks for mine and the last time I called up EE, just as they were about to explain the line disconnected and they didn’t call back. I’ve called 3 times now and no delivery date given yet. I never saw a 28 day waiting period when I ordered but it’s there now

    @mardybumkate @EE I got a message earlier saying my provider was turning mobile data on Sim 1 off, not dignsl at all, emergency calls only however I restarted my phone and its now fine , I'm with EE

    @EE what's going on in the DL3 area? Had zero signal since 16:22 yesterday (06/09/22) the text said should be back up within 6hrs! No further communication and still without any signal or data.

    @EE could you please help? My iPhone 11 is showing no sim card installed so I reset network settings which solves the problem for a few minutes then reverts to no sim. I have also taken SIM card out and reinserted but I get the same result.

    @mardybumkate @EE I've been without signal since 16:22 yesterday, text said within 6hrs should be resolved, yet here I am with no signal or data or any further updates, I'm in the DL3 area.

    @EE Thanks for the interest but as I've already gone out of my way to call customer services from abroad and they've said "computer says no" I'm not really bothered about spending more time on it. Will figure something else out. Probs just get a local line for a couple months
