    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @matts_musings @danwootton @EE i guess that’s lucky you live in a 5G area. But overall 3 does have the worst coverage and slowest 4G speeds which is why it’s much cheaper than other networks. 3 is perfect for roaming though and if you are a heavy data user and there is a strong signal in your area.

    @EE are really poor and well behind everyone when it comes to streaming live. Always lags by at least a minute behind everyone else. That's twice now I have not been able to enjoy streaming the football as others around me were about 1 minute ahead. Changing on my next upgrade.
