    @EE Hi Bob. Just a quickie FYI, as you may not be aware. The number they provided in the email I received, DOES NOT go to a special digital sales line! It’s generic customer line and it’s ALWAYS a 30 minute wait. I don’t have 30-60 minutes a day to waste. I’m a busy guy. Annoying.

    @EE Never mind teaming up with IGN. How about you reply to my two direct messages and my one public tweet? No internet since Monday when my service was supposed to switch over. Router stays on flashing yellow lights and the app set-up goes round in circles.

    @Amanwy not sure what deals went down to bring 4G internet to rural areas, but @EE has assured me there are "engineers at the site" to deal with the bad signal for my home internet that's gone from 125 to between 25 to 5 Mbit in the last 4 months. My phone has 110 Mbit.

    @EE I have already been through every option, with Tech help etc. Including switching for a new Sim card. Im actually planning cancelling my account, as the service is NOT reliable. I barely get a signal in my home. calls come and go when im out. Cant even use internet in the cafe!
