    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @andrew_allison @richardfox92 @EE Ditto. I'm <1 mile from the centre of a town of 70,000 people. Faint signal in 1 room. Rest of house and garden = dead zone. Meanwhile, 5G rollout underway elsewhere in town. Frustrating.

I have called, and live chatted to see what you are able to do to manage the cost of my two contracts with your frankly disgusting price rises and I was met each time with little more than ‘sorry, that’s a you problem’ raised a complaint and heard nothing!

    @PhilPinfold @EE agreed. I have a 14.4% increase after being a customer since the year dot. My pay rise will not be 14.4%. Or even 4.4%.

    EE calls still not working, network been off since about 4pm I reckon, great service that, definitely justifies the 14.4% price increase they are bringing in next month for such good reliable service! C'mon @kevinbacon and @EE get it sorted!!
