@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

@EE since I know this won’t be seen till the morning, morning! I was hoping you could help as our wifi keeps going SUPER slow to the point I’m sometimes waiting 3/4 mins for websites to load plus vids are buffering which isn’t great since I have online lessons for college :/
@EE why has my landline number been swapped with a stranger? I STILL HAVE NO WI FI and now no number as Val up the road who I have never met called me on her number from my own number. She is elderly, isolating alone and has no contact with anyone now she has lost her number!
