Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

I’ve called 3 times now and no delivery date given yet. I never saw a 28 day waiting period when I ordered but it’s there now

Phil Reeve (@DarthThadius) reported@EE could you please help? My iPhone 11 is showing no sim card installed so I reset network settings which solves the problem for a few minutes then reverts to no sim. I have also taken SIM card out and reinserted but I get the same result.
