    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @EE Hi, It’s £60 more expensive to cancel than it is to upgrade early, is there a reason for this? I’m looking for a better deal and some I’ve seen I can save more by paying off and selling the phone than staying with you! Plus my reception is constantly at 1 bar

    @EE This company cannot issue a replacement sim card. 3 weeks asking 5 time paying1.50£ for new sim card still nothing i received. Words #1 headache

    @EE Must rubbish customer care in the world. Words number 1 headaches Its 3 weeks this useless company want to send me a new sim card and after 5 times calling them after 3 weeks I've lost my phone still they cannot send a replacement sim card 😑 🤮 5times each time 1.50£ charged me
