@EE customer will have their iphone soon. I can share the pics I took over DM if you wanted to follow up with them on behalf of your customer whose iPhone was sent to me? You can see the name under my address label. I also took photos of the contents which has their name and address.

@EE Every time you check it you say it’s fine but there’s clearly an issue, it’s poor practically all the time, other masts seem to work fine

@blatantly_sassi @EE Ofcom regulates EE, however under distance selling regulations, you don't have to see or indeed sign a contract, escalate your complaint internally, above manager level to operations level then ask to be referred to the exec office. Each complaint that reaches them costs ..

@EE Hi Michael, thanks for your reply. DPD said that the sender needed to contact them so I emailed Levi's customer services yesterday morning and I'm waiting to hear back. I returned the iphone package to the parcel shop and they said they'd be contacting DPD, so hopefully your 1/2

@wazzaster @EE Good thing I didn’t wait for the customer support as they were unresponsive for my account to be fixed, I was referred to @zems_ins by a friend and they were able to resolve the problem.

@EE I called technical support to help get esim on new phone. You said you would activate your end and now it has disconnected my old physical sim in my old phone and not activated in my new phone. Now I have to call 111 and have no phone.

@pb_beck @EE Come on Paul you just call them and ask for your pac code then give the pac code when you take out a new contract but your current one will prob just keep rolling until you cancel it which takes 1 months notice

Hi @EE. Just got a call from a lovely chap purporting to be from EE to talk about switching my service over to BT. The call came from number 07973100601. I just wanted to verify that this is a genuine EE call and not a scam? Thanks.
