    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    @ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @EE Are you able to advise how to gift data? Help says to log into MyEE and select Family Usuage tab. I dont have this? Does this mean my plan doesnt allow gifting?

    @EE Promise everything, deliver little Why is it so difficult to get the a/c holder changed on my phone? Out of contract, so very easy to move. Shop no help at all, phone useless. Told change can’t happen for 2 months. Now looking for other providers. So disappointed.

    @thepipkins @NarrowboatTales @EE We are ‘unlimited’ on EE - husband works all day on his laptop, we both stream TV, 2 phones use it, films etc and I game online. Never come close to using 600GB.

    @EE It was unclear but error and company rules were mentioned. I did not speak to the customer service, my daughter did. She was very frustrated and upset by the experience and is also thinking of moving away from EE.

    @EE I WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM SORTING THIS TOP UP, WHAT A JOKE JUST TOLD NOW IN A DM GOT TO BE DONE ON PHONE GOT TO WAIT ANOTHER 24 HOURS IT GETS DONE ASAP OR I REPORT THIS ATTROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED TODAY TO CUSTOMER SERVICES BY EMAIL YOU HAVE 1 HOUR
