    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @EE Hi again, I’m looking at the purple 💜 If I can definitely do it in store then I’ll pop in tomorrow. Wasn’t sure if it was giving me an error because it was now unavailable as too many people had pre-ordered it. Thanks for your help!

    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    @bt_uk @EE I have been a customer of Ee for many many Years I have recently brought BT broadband and have had nothing but issues since October last year going to to January 2023 in that time I have been giving 50:00 credit from a lovely man cos of the many many issues I have had

    @EE It was very intermittent and slow. Connecting to free WiFi was fine but using data roaming and mobile data it would just come up no Internet. Will double check things today with it all on my account.

    Help @EE you have deleted my daughter’s account in error, now has no network to connect to cannot phone 150 how can she reactivate it. Tried phoning on my phone but lost the Will to live after hanging on for 60 minutes

    @EE @bt_uk also during the months of October through to December 2022 I was promised compensation which has never been added to my account. I have had many complaints opened that I have lost count and now I am on hold to BT as I will be looking else where
