    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    Hey @EE you've had me on hold waiting to sort out the fact that it's taken you a month to port me from BT. I've been on hold for 45mins waiting to help you resolve this issue. Oh and I've been billed by you for a month when I still had to pay BT because you messed up. Such FUN

    @EE Thanks for your reply but hopes and sorrows are not getting this resolved. EE claim to be the best but you are not, your customer service is shocking as you’ve just proven you do not care and you obviously have no influence over you owners BT to get the problem resolved.

    @EE On holiday 🇺🇸 I have a max plan service is intermittent need to turn off / on repeatedly. On for over an hr. Put on hold so he could talk to technical over 40m ago. Clearly forgot me. I'm abroad with limited time to call. I'm vulnerable without a phone abroad alone... 🤔

    @EE is the worse, they really don’t care for customers. They are quick to ruin your credit report over little amounts which the customer might be unaware of.

    @EE Terrible inconvenience yesterday stood outside a gig with no way to download my ticket from Ticketmaster to get in! I had to buy a ticket off someone who had a spare one to gain entry, paying twice for the same event. Not good ee!
