@EE I have 3 separate EE accounts and for the last 4 weeks all 3 accounts/phones have suffered from such poor signal, the phones can’t be used!! You claim there is no reception issue in my area, it used to be fine .... but is just awful now. Can a human help me?

@btsport I've just ordered BT Sports monthly pass for £25 - I already have BT Sports Ultimate via @EE - But as the big screen is no longer available with EE. The package isn't letting me watch, says I need to upgrade to watch on my PC, can you help?

@EE you weren't supposed to cancel my unlimited data until my wifi router actually arrived, which it hasn't yet... I'm not supposed to be paying you for a data add-on just now, but here we are
