@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

Hi @EE, giving your ludicrous price increase email yesterday, in the middle of a cost of living crisis might I add, do I have to wait till my contract is up in April to Cancel or can I cancel early like you can upgrade early? Thanks.
