@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

@EE Can someone kindly from EE explain how I get my phone to work? Currently in Norway I was reliably informed upon signing up to this contract my phone would work, it’s not….. really disappointing as this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue!

@EE My husband is hoping to move to your network and has his PAC code from his current provider. Does he need a new EE SIM before this can happen, or can he use the one he already has? I've said he needs the new SIM but he thinks otherwise.

@EE I'm actually appalled with your service. I gave you a call as I was looking to see if I could stay with you. I had received a great deal from another network for the new pixel 6, but instead offering a solution. You put me on hold for 45mins then disconnected my call.

@EE Long wait times! Lack of phone service inside my flat. Extortionate prices for DATA Add-one. Lack of appreciation for long term loyal customers at upgrade! Time to move on we think.
