    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    Does any know of any better mobile internet networks in the UK that permit the use of Dongles? I refuse to use Wi-Fi due to lack of security, and my current provider - @EE - is ****!

    @EE I upgraded with your retention team this morning all went through but she said the system was playing up for deliveries and I would receive an email this afternoon but nothing come please help 🙏

    @EE knock, knock, is anybody in customer service? Son on hold for over 1 hour (via 150)! Trying to re-arrange delivery of his new phone, delivery guy would not hand over today as he reckoned my son requested setup support (he didn't) and wouldn't hand it to my wife🤬#useless
