@ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

@EE Hi again, I’m looking at the purple 💜 If I can definitely do it in store then I’ll pop in tomorrow. Wasn’t sure if it was giving me an error because it was now unavailable as too many people had pre-ordered it. Thanks for your help!

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

Very disappointing customer service from @EE. Despite being a loyal customer for a number of years, no interest in keeping me, no interest in price matching and then send a customer survey asking ‘how did we do?’ #pisspoor

@EE Yea doesn’t really come across that way when you’re messing customers around... HE has had 3 phones in 1 year because of a battery issue with the phone. He’s trying to get a different phone. As he has now said to about 6 -7 people at @EE.

@EE Can I have an update as to when my home broadband will be fixed, spoke to your colleague last night who said it was an line issue and Openreach would need to fix it but it's still not back on. Fault reference is 353022831. Thanks.

@EE Yes I have a phone. My point is, your letter should clearly tell me the number I can call to cancel my contract. I shouldn’t have to spend 10 mins trying to find a number you’ve buried on your website. Telling me to call 150 from the SIM card, in my router, is ridiculous.

@EE Still no WiFi , been told next date ( review ) is the 15th Feb. This is beyond frustrating. Keep getting told this is down to open reach. I am know incurring data costs on my phone ( Vodafone )

@EE stop hiding information on how to cancel my expired contract + why are you sending out letters telling people to dial 150 to discuss their 4gee broadband contact? The SIM cards in the router so how do you propose I dial 150 on my router??
