@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

@EE why is reception been up and down in HA1 1HS everytime I go to this area its hard getting Internet or calling anyone. Tried it on another EE today and same issue. Have to connect to WiFi to do anything

Anyone thinking of a mobile avoid @EE. Upgrade fee paid took £300 for no reason and signal dropping Lordy right and centre absolute jokers ! Avoid. @financialombuds

@EE Hi, I'm currently in Pakistan, not using EE sim however I'm going to Netherlands on Tuesday, can I text 'Roaming' to 150 while in Netherlands when I land there. I'm pay as you go customer. Will it charge me anything to text 150 while in abroad. Thanks

@EE They were due back Saturday 1-6. Nobody showed up 🙈 currently taken two days off work, countless phone calls And I’m no nearer to getting my internet fixed. Guaranteed speeds between 30-40 currently getting 10. Thinking of switching to @vmbusiness for a more consistent service.
