@EE Hi again, I’m looking at the purple 💜 If I can definitely do it in store then I’ll pop in tomorrow. Wasn’t sure if it was giving me an error because it was now unavailable as too many people had pre-ordered it. Thanks for your help!

@EE you have a guy working the phone in tech this eve who has been incredible. By mutual agreement I’m leaving my broadband contract but Nathan could not have been more helpful resolving issues & giving advice until I can get another supplier. I leave impressed & relieved. A+++

@EE I tried to top up my phone yesterday morning online. Never had issues before, yet after entering my card number it just got stuck on the next page, where it gives overview of amount & you can edit amount/card, and it says additional card verification required at bottom. No

@EE It was supposed to come today through expert delivery but didn't turn up. When I called up they said for some reason the account had blocked despite payment being made!! It's now coming tomorrow but not exactly great is it, not delivering the service you promise to a new customer

@AEWMike @tescomobile @EE Here is fun my signal was bad I'm pay as you go with o2 they told me as I'm basic customer I'd only get better signal if I took 12 month contract and paid by direct debit. I declined. Complaint later and contact from my mp they discovered their mast had a fault apparently

@AEWMike @tescomobile @EE What do you get for £99 a month? We pay for landline/broadband including a fixed amount of free calls to landlines and mobiles which is £32pm and purely PAYG on mobile. Have never been data dependent on mobile and never held a contract since 1995. It's a ridiculous amount to pay!

@EE Seems like there is 5G problem at MediaCityUK, when I am on my apartment I get like 1 bar... When I check your website it says you are aware of a problem and will fix it soon. That has been going on till November? Any updates when it will be fixed please?
