@EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

@EE Just crying in frustration at having to input a stupid uppercase lowercase digit password for the thousandth time to watch any channel after changing to your TV package. Not to mention U can’t connect to Wifi on desktop. Zero help. Wtaf? We’re not all tech savvy. I’m 66 ffs.

@EE Hi. Just tried to phone my Dad and it went straight to answerphone. I messaged him instead through Facebook and he tried to call me but he’s getting a “no cellular network” message. Postcode is SK6 - are there any issues?

@EE But I'm not an EE customer, it was booked through Samsung, the exact fault was on the repair report, a hardware issue. The guy at the store says they have it all the time, so surely someone at EE should let Samsung know that they can't repair phones at that store
