@EE Our home broadband is horrible today 😭 I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

@EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

You know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed 😩 Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

@EE I placed an order for iPhone 13 pro max, still don’t have the phone and my new plan has started 🤔. And no indication of when I will receive the phone. Why should I pay for the new plan when I don’t have the product? Shocking service and no updates what so ever.

@EE You do realise RPI went down 10% the year previous to this too, so in real terms there's only been a 2.5% RPI increase, and you didn't lower our bills in accordance with that did you? Absolutely disgusting. I'll be off elsewhere. I already pay premium rates to be with yourself
-
Allan
(@Allans1969) reported
@EE so not only are you raising my bill by the cpi rate but are also adding another 3.9% on top. Charging for roaming in Europe too. #Greedy and after 20 plus years as a customer it seems I will be taking my 4 phone contracts elsewhere now. Disgusting way to treat customers
