  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

You know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed 😩 Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!

  • habbyhatter Richard Armstrong (@habbyhatter) reported from Wellingborough, England

@W17TY @EE Horrible really. Some poor bastards will fall for it

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

@EE Our home broadband is horrible today 😭 I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

  • Rh0des_V1ck1 Vicki Rhodes (@Rh0des_V1ck1) reported from Corby, England

@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

  • 5171dennison Christopher Thompson (@5171dennison) reported from Wellingborough, England

@EE is there an issue with the internet services as I keep losing my connection, it will be fine one minute and then I lose my connection

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

  • The_Rebel_Fish Darth Fishkeeper (@The_Rebel_Fish) reported

@Wulfkind @EE You are absolutely delusional if you think men's concerns are heard anywhere near as much as women's, or taken as seriously when they are. We constantly see campaigns like this about how men need to be better for women, and never the reverse.

  • Roy_Wilders Roy Wilders (@Roy_Wilders) reported

@WeAreOpenreach very annoyed customer here. Connected to new service on the 23/06/22 vie @EE then disconnected 4 days later as openreach engineer had not signed off the job. Still no broadband now and new engineer came out today to connect but could see we're connected. Help!!

  • TeeDee49372965 Tee Dee (@TeeDee49372965) reported

@EE EE are garbage. Even their adverts smell of desperation

  • thisleejones Lee Jones (@thisleejones) reported

@EE Who said anything about Friday? This was needed last Saturday, last Sunday, yesterday and today, tomorrow and all the days until I have a solution. I have not mentioned Friday once, it is days away and I’m busy worried sick thinking about today. You can’t even call me about it!

  • robin_parker Robin Parker (@robin_parker) reported

Hey @EE, you know when you send a text with a 6-digit PIN code when a customer is trying to activate a new SIM, where does that text actually go? Because if it's to the number with the yet-to-be-activated SIM, that's a bit f*cking stupid isn't it?

  • Biddi_babs Bridge (@Biddi_babs) reported

@EE my partner's phone was lost presumed stolen in #LisbonAirport. We did not know it was missing until he checked his rucksack after takeoff back to the UK. The device has been barred by yourselves but until our travel insurance pay out he has no phone. Please help!

  • TaraEGale Tara Gale (@TaraEGale) reported

@EE there has been no phone signal at all for the last 3 days now in the Shrewsbury area. When I have looked on your website all it tells me is “We’re having a look at a problem” but no information. When can I expect to be able to use my phone again?

  • liarsinc2 UK Political Liars (@liarsinc2) reported

@BBCNews Well of course @EE are to block "pirate" music websites.... they also block legitimate TV stations, as two weeks ago they've taken down HALF of UK's High Definition TV channels for their ******* pointless #5G mobile phones. UK on the tech march - backwards.

  • 1994_jeffrey James Jeffrey (@1994_jeffrey) reported

@EE I’ve been out of work for a year after an accident. Now your company refuses to help whilst rinsing me for every penny I don’t have. I cant even feed myself but EE expect me to pay them extortionate amounts. A bit of help cost you nothing. For me it could be the difference.

  • SimonAlexxx Simon (@SimonAlexxx) reported

@EE recommended upgrade is £20 more expensive than my current plan… looking after customers as always 🙄 @O2 or @VodafoneUK might be getting a new customer shortly! EE have zero loyalty benefits for its customers.
