  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

  • Suzy_dashey Susan (@Suzy_dashey) reported from Great Glen, England

@EE please can you tell me why my service is so appalling? Dropping calls, not connecting. Phone ‘having signal’ but no one can get hold of me? Not ideal!

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

@EE Our home broadband is horrible today 😭 I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

  • eugeneappleseed Eugene (@eugeneappleseed) reported from Irthlingborough, England

@EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

  • Mikki_Wright Mikki (@Mikki_Wright) reported

@EE @20mufc03 If you're busier than usual, how're yoh replying to other within 15 minutes and following up on tweets from customers who haven't replied to you? Looks like you're avoiding dealing with any real issues from customers. 24 hours and waiting.

  • ShaneDonnelly93 ShaneDonnelly (@ShaneDonnelly93) reported

@OnyinyeUdokporo @EE I think so, I can't load any apps - not receiving notifications from WhatsApp and can't use Safari - could be a 4G/5G issue? Unconfirmed yet though

  • Noeby Joeby Victor (@Noeby) reported

@EE The only catch is you won't be able to use it because EE can't transfer your eSIM over to the new iPhone and ignore you for an entire day on Twitter when you repeatedly ask for help. Go to O2 people...
