@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

Don’t use @ShellEnergyHome for Internet. Tried to call today and change address. System was down and no call back.. @EE sound interested at least 👍🏼

@EE what a hassle with this months bill, 413 cause you never took off what i had paid to get early upgrade, guy said he sorted it all bill 144 still 50quid too much how can you get something so easy to work out so wrong

@EE Issues with 4G/5G in EX32 postcode since 15th Jan. 2 days reliable connection since then, rest of time no connection! EE update acknowledges but ‘longer to resolve than expected’. Can I get refund for service that I’m paying for (unlimited mobile internet) but not receiving?
