@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE I made a phone call to you guys last Saturday to see why my contract upgrade had been cancelled, was on hold for an hour only for the guy to say it was a system issue & had auto cancelled, you'll call me back in 72 hours... well its been 6 days and I've heard nothing??

@AppleSupport @EE I recently upgraded to iPhone 13 in Cardiff. After 2 days, I found it was freezing constantly & not responding. I managed to change it in the Wrexham store (EE customer services refused to do anything) to find my new phone is doing the same thing(!?) 1/n

@EE any chance any one can give me a straight answer to a simple question. I have an iphone 12 which clearly shows 5g access once i drive 500 yards down my road. Once i approach my drive the signal turns to 4g with crap download upload. Is my iphone misrepresenting fast 4g for 5
