@EE Our home broadband is horrible today 😭 I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

@EE Found out today after years of being a customer how bad your customer service is, I got an Apple Watch 5 from you which broke down and have had 3 different promises about fixing it before today when told you won’t now fix it!!!! Absolute joke!!!

@tim_mcf1 @EE Dpd updates are kind of unreliable. Iv received numerous parcels in the past without notifications of delivery or tracking. Hang tight you lucky buggers! I tried on the day they released at 8am and failed any tips on how to secure one for future stock release?
