@EE is there a problem with your site. I've been unable to log in all day. Just get an error message . It seems I am not alone.

  • HBeats4JessieJ
Jason #MUFC ⚽️🔴🇾🇪 (@HBeats4JessieJ) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

How come the @EE signal right now is shockingly bad?

  • nleaney
Nigel Leaney (@nleaney) reported from Willingham, England

@UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

  • StarWarsfanJedi
Francisco Oreiro-Rial (@StarWarsfanJedi) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@EE My home WiFi has gone down.

  • jjclarke101
JJ (@jjclarke101) reported from Exning, England

Hey @EE I updated to 200mbps and now get less than when I paid for 100mbps. Can you please help to get back to why I subscribe and promote your service. Thanks.

  • Liam_safe_hands
Munty (@Liam_safe_hands) reported from Cottenham, England

Great so @EE are putting my price plan up yet again, but cant even provide me with a 4G signal. Can't wait for my contract to run out.

  • ScottWestron
Scott Westron (@ScottWestron) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

I know I’ve said this before but I can’t say it enough. Every single interaction I have with @EE customer service is exemplary. I don’t know how they recruit or train but whatever their secret is, I wish every company would take a lead out of their book. 10/10 every time.

  • HBeats4JessieJ
Jason #MUFC ⚽️ (@HBeats4JessieJ) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

Finally got my #iPhone12Pro today, who else got theirs? Great service from @EE once again too 😬📱

  • m1geo
George Smart, M1GEO (@m1geo) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@Lewis_1867 @EE Not yet! Still trying to convince @EE that I'm me. They seem to think I'm going about reporting issues with other people's Internet in my free time! 🙄

  • 8kPegasus
8K DUALSENSIBLE (@8kPegasus) reported from Dalham, England

@XboxP3 @EE ? EE they’re a mobile network supplier how can you give them access to games ? They have no platform they don’t have an online game store or even make anything you can play on wtf it’s all smoke and mirrors

  • rifaterdemsahin
🦄 Erdem 🦄 (@rifaterdemsahin) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@EE Called the support and kept the same unlimited plan. As he mentioned without a change the plan would repeat

  • paulworth
Paul Worth (@paulworth) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@EE great work guys. Advertise an offer that closes at midnight tonight, then start a pre-planned maintenance outage at 2200. That’s quite a few sales scuppered I’ll wager.

  • HBeats4JessieJ
Jason #ThankYouNHS (@HBeats4JessieJ) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

Why is my phone signal on @EE always so poor? Can only get 2 bars and it’s making the battery drain much quicker too

  • JasonMUFC85
    Jason #MUFC #GlazersOut ⚽️🔴🇺🇦 (@JasonMUFC85) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

Shocking for @EE not to offer me a decent upgrade and I’m a loyal customer as well

  • craigeybhoy
Craig Mcvey (@craigeybhoy) reported from Waterbeach, England

@EE what’s going on with my ps5 order? All I’m seeing is lots of people receiving them and I’ve still heard nothing, I ordered before 8:30am on 19/11 and I’ve heard nothing back. This is awful customer service

  • KirevHristo
Hristo Kirev (@KirevHristo) reported from Soham, England

@EE Everything is going as planned. An engineer is coming to fix the issue tomorrow. Thanks.

  • HarrisonHeating
Keith Harrison (Harrisons Of Burwell) (@HarrisonHeating) reported from Reach, England

@mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

  • nleaney
Nigel Leaney (@nleaney) reported from Willingham, England

@JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

  • KirevHristo
Hristo Kirev (@KirevHristo) reported from Soham, England

Happy new year to everyone @EE It's been about four days, my WiFi keeps going on and off. Is it a mass problem or is it just me?

  • jordanpaj
    Peter Jordan (@jordanpaj) reported

@EE Thx. The issue is that many users are generally older not very tech savvy, (my neighbour is 92) and so could well end up with no service if there is a power cut.

  • basky48
    BASKY (@basky48) reported

@EE don’t but EE they won’t sort you out things.Poor network worst service.I been calling them but nothing have changed

  • Malcolm_Sillick
    Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!

  • davewcreative
    davewalshcreative (@davewcreative) reported

@sophie_reed98 @EE Because they want new customer details that they can sell on to make more money than your plan. They have yours, mine and they’ve already sold them probably twice over. They don’t care about loyalty - never have never will.

  • sophie_reed98
    sophie (@sophie_reed98) reported

How can a new customer get broadband for £24 but an existing customer all you can do is £37 that's literally more expensive than I'm paying now! @EE been a customer for years but looks like I'll be leaving! 🫡

  • chi_i_i_ha
    ちはる (@chi_i_i_ha) reported

@ZachMcElroy1 @EE You can talk to @EllaCoding, support won't help you

  • adamchetter
    Adam Chetter (@adamchetter) reported

@EE Tried this but keep getting told the issue has been going on years and it won’t be resolved soon. What can I do?

  • AlanDillon26041
    Alan (@AlanDillon26041) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Seen this first hand when power go's down for some time and yes its carnage. WiFi, cell towers all go down, no card works at shops, Becomes very ferrel very quickly. Why i went Starlink can power that off a power cube or generator and always keep cash..............

  • JTXbox
    JT (@JTXbox) reported

@marcusoft365 @EE @XBOX I am also an EE customer, but financial circumstances atm I cant even afford the extra £80 atm even though thats an absolute steal, congrats on getting one, I managed to get the controller on Smyths though.

  • zombiestyled
    TheGreatCordwainer (@zombiestyled) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Personal use satellite radios on their way. CB radio. Personal use batteries. Could be considetrd a backwards step, but copper line phones were never power free magic.
