  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

  • FionaT91 Fiona (@FionaT91) reported from Bedworth, England

@EE @LewisHamilton Do you price match? I am a current customer due an upgrade, but seen a better deal else where? @EE

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

  • Jodiee_Brucee Jodie (@Jodiee_Brucee) reported from Coventry, England

@EE what a joke!! Putting prices up yet again even though I’m already paying a lot for a later model of an iPhone. Will not be renewing my contract with you guys after being a customer for 4yrs. Had enough of your ridiculous prices!

  • ZNC1993 // c o u l s o n // (@ZNC1993) reported from Markfield, England

@EE just speaking with Keith asking for proof of purchase on my devices and gadgets. He asked why I needed these and insinuated that I’m trying to claim insurance fraud. Disgusted. Spoke to a manager who was just as rude.

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

Trying to work from home, teach year 2, and look after a two year old with intermittent broadbanf is near impossible. Please help @ee!

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • riccio_m massimo riccio (@riccio_m) reported

@EE @AdiGaskell This is terrible news especially as I’ve recently upgraded to a 24 months contract which I’ll not be able to rescind and did so after specifically asking about roaming in the eu!

  • viewsfromleft Views from ‘the Left’ #FBPE 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇳🇬🇬🇧 (@viewsfromleft) reported

@KayBurley @EE That’s the problem when you don’t have laws protecting you like we had in the EU.

  • viewsfromleft Views from ‘the Left’ #FBPE 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇳🇬🇬🇧 (@viewsfromleft) reported

@CallumWebley @KayBurley @EE It depends on whether the UK would want to make laws that would make it less attractive for EU citizens to visit the UK which we probably aren’t in a good enough position to do. But it will be more down to the companies if they choose to add that charge or not.

  • markadimcmylor mark mcmylor (@markadimcmylor) reported

@EE Think you will see I've complained about your service and customer service so it definitely needs reinvesting in as one of the worst I've come up against

  • AndyJPQuinn Andy Quinn (@AndyJPQuinn) reported

@KayBurley @EE @EE are a pile of shite! 4 years my service provider I’ll not renew my contract. Signal is woeful and very expensive… fastest, most reliable network my hole!!

  • Pauldonny1983 Paul (@Pauldonny1983) reported

@ifyoucanbe @EE No pact is needed. There is no extra cost to these networks. This is simply down to greed. Nothing more, nothing less

  • CharlieCMorris Charlie Morris (@CharlieCMorris) reported

@EE It's not half as impressive of how you pulled off your rip-off of customers going to EU countries. Count me off your customer list.

  • KoreRupt James Tyler (@KoreRupt) reported

@GameDevJay1 @EE I've been with tesco mobile for about the same length too.. never had any issues :) I think they use O2 networks for their service

  • JustAsk40745451 JustAsking (@JustAsk40745451) reported

@EE Reintroducing roaming charges. Greedy bastards. Lack of them didn't exactly damage your profitability did it? This could well come back to bite you.

  • frankie_w4 Frank Whiffen (@frankie_w4) reported

@EE roaming charges, pretty crappy thing to introduce!! I’ve been a lifelong loyal customer so I want to express my displeasure in this opportunistic way of taxing the Brits 👎👎👎👎 #poorcustomerservice
