    @EE please explain to me why my partner has waited at home all day for our broadband install only for you to text him to say he's missed the engineer and the next available date is in 3 weeks! (we've already waited 1 month) You never phoned to say you were on your way or knocked!

    I surely can't be the only @EE customer that has neither a current passport or driving license, but more pertinently, why is this requirement not prominently displayed when choosing the "deliver to your nearest store" option? It could've saved a lot of pissing about.

    @EE advertises being the best network. Realised today I get better deal and service elsewhere for my mobile phone. Unlocking the phone was an ordeal and the staff in the shop did not know their operations.

    ******* there is not a worse network than @EE Have had next to no signal for over a month without wifi and they offer me 50% off one bill. Tell me they’re going to send me a new SIM card yesterday, but might take 5 days to arrive wake up today and my numbers been cut off

    @EE It’s 2023 it doesn’t cost an extra 14-17% a month for you to provide me with 1 bar of 4G internet and claim you’re the UKs best 5G network but you’re charging it anyway

    @Joshy_ward @EE I’m lucky to get 2 bars of 4G anywhere I go in cov with them these days. At work in baginton I get 1 bar of “EE EDGE” which is ******* 2G no internet City centre it says I have full signal 5G but it takes about 5 minutes to send a WhatsApp. On iphone13 Shambles of a network

    @EE My WiFi just seems very slow all the time, I am in the middle of no where but family here have better WiFi with more devices connected. An engineer came out last year, apparently I’m paying more for a faster WiFi but due to where the signal is coming from I don’t actually get it

    @VodafoneUK how can I be classed as a loyal customer yet @EE and @SkyUK can offer me better pay monthly deals as a new customer and your agent made out he was doing his best and wasn’t really bothered.

    @EE I have one is there anything I can do with my s21. Constant dip in signal battery is totally shot and my internal microphone doesn't work? The phone it's only 8months old ?

    @EE what is you’re network doing in eh54 8th area as the signal has been very poor for a few hours now .are use updating 4g to 5g or just fixing the signal issues that people have .

    @EE Can you please tell me what the issue is in the SK6 area regarding your reception? This has rolled on for months and months with no difference after being "fixed" I struggle to get 1 bar anywhere within my home and even in the surrounding areas close by! #fedup
