    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

    @JasonG84Gaffa @andy_cov93 @EE That’s gone up a hell of a lot. I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for £10 a month

    @EE Yes, when hitting Confim Order it gives a red pop up error advising data can't be validated. When I called the Upgrade Team last night they were having the same trouble with it and couldn't process my order.

    @EE your broadband keeps dropping out and, when it is working I'm getting 90 to 120 kbps. Your broadband is bad but this is awful. Are there any know network issues?
