  • SteveJonesnono1
Baron Woke of the Anti-Growth Coalition 🇺🇦🐟 (@SteveJonesnono1) reported from Nuneaton, England

I surely can't be the only @EE customer that has neither a current passport or driving license, but more pertinently, why is this requirement not prominently displayed when choosing the "deliver to your nearest store" option? It could've saved a lot of pissing about.

  • Turner15Gregory
Gregory Turner (@Turner15Gregory) reported from Ibstock, England

@EE I am a blind customer and concerned about whether text messages concerning upgrades sent by EE are legitimate. Some advice here would be gratefully appreciated thank you.

On hold to #EE and the music is enough to put a rope around your neck then get a loud noise and a hung tone. Let’s try @EE again. More of the same music 😩🙉 I shall not put it down.

  • andy_cov93
Andrew (@andy_cov93) reported from Coventry, England

@EE It’s 2023 it doesn’t cost an extra 14-17% a month for you to provide me with 1 bar of 4G internet and claim you’re the UKs best 5G network but you’re charging it anyway

  • wolveydarlopete
Peter Stockill (@wolveydarlopete) reported from Wolvey, England

@EE I have downloaded your app and spoken to countless guides who just keep making unfulfilled promises. 3 months down the line and I am still not happy, with your customer service. Someone needs to read the many conversations and sort out the promised compensation.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • alexintheskies
    Alex (@alexintheskies) reported

@EE @TomTugendhat S73 post code in Barnsley has the worst signal, cuts out very often.

  • charlottemyford
    Ⓒⓗⓐⓡⓛⓘⓔ Ⓜⓐⓨ (@charlottemyford) reported

@EE hey, I seem to have been disconnected. I can't even call you to see why. I'm connected to a WiFi to send this message. Please help as I need my phone working.. Thanks. C

  • FelisMortRes
    HomoAntiquus (@FelisMortRes) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Maybe the companies set their network for official population data, and real population number is waaay higher?

  • BooksProfile
    Profile Critics (@BooksProfile) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom, you were in power for 14 years and did nothing about reception on trains. This government is sorting that problem out. Just needed to flush out the Tories.

  • SKELLETOR1984
    Mike Edge (@SKELLETOR1984) reported

@EE why is the signal quality terrible. It’s that bad I can’t even get on to see if there’s an issue. It’s becoming a joke

  • TomTugendhat
    Tom Tugendhat (@TomTugendhat) reported

I’m in Dulwich. One of the more expensive areas of London, supposedly a global city, and I’m getting worse mobile phone reception that I did in Kabul a decade ago. I pay for two contracts: @O2 and @EE and neither is reliable so I can’t work. Mobile phones are useless in vast areas of Britain and have got worse. You can never work on a train, unlike in France. But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings. This government is prioritising virtue signalling vanity projects when we need infrastructure urgently.

  • Briana432130275
    Briana (@Briana432130275) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE O2 are the worst. The rot started under tories

  • AManWithAClue

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Not a problem on the continent

  • jamie_wallis
    Jamie Wallis (@jamie_wallis) reported

@EE @TomTugendhat I’m with EE in London Tom, rarely have issues. Live Greenwich, work Waterloo

  • jaysta1979
    J (@jaysta1979) reported

@jayclark0106 @EE @bt_uk Yes considering they are "the UK's biggest broadband provider" the service is not great. Already spent time on the phone to them and it still drops out regularly......
