    ******* there is not a worse network than @EE Have had next to no signal for over a month without wifi and they offer me 50% off one bill. Tell me theyโ€™re going to send me a new SIM card yesterday, but might take 5 days to arrive wake up today and my numbers been cut off

    @EE just speaking with Keith asking for proof of purchase on my devices and gadgets. He asked why I needed these and insinuated that Iโ€™m trying to claim insurance fraud. Disgusted. Spoke to a manager who was just as rude.

    @EE advertises being the best network. Realised today I get better deal and service elsewhere for my mobile phone. Unlocking the phone was an ordeal and the staff in the shop did not know their operations.

    @virginmedia Now you have lost the boosters and powerline adaptor to solve the problem. Customer Services say itโ€™s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

    @LeilaniDowding @EE I resisted swapping out my copper for fibre for a long time exactly because of this. I live at the end of the line as far as services are concerned and have learned the hard way over the years. Can't rely on WiFi as there are often breaks in the electricity and poor or no signal.

    @EE Five weeks now and Iโ€™m still not receiving the service Iโ€™m paying for - there have been broken promises and the latest is this โ€œHi from Charlotte at EE. I've scheduled to call you back at 8:00 on 29/8/2026. Please give me up to an hour to call you. Thanks.โ€ So the promise of an 8am call back is now anywhere between 8 and 9 am - you are all ๐Ÿ’ฉ

    @EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given ยฃ40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.

    @VisionsofGold @EE @SamsungMobile No such thing as loyalty for existing customers. Iโ€™ve been with EE since they were one2one. In early days when they were T-Mobile, would get rewarded for being a loyal customer but as a EE customer, no such luck. Instead itโ€™s higher costs and poor customer service.

    @marcusoft365 @EE @XBOX I am also an EE customer, but financial circumstances atm I cant even afford the extra ยฃ80 atm even though thats an absolute steal, congrats on getting one, I managed to get the controller on Smyths though.
