I surely can't be the only @EE customer that has neither a current passport or driving license, but more pertinently, why is this requirement not prominently displayed when choosing the "deliver to your nearest store" option? It could've saved a lot of pissing about.

@EE advertises being the best network. Realised today I get better deal and service elsewhere for my mobile phone. Unlocking the phone was an ordeal and the staff in the shop did not know their operations.

@Joshy_ward @EE I’m lucky to get 2 bars of 4G anywhere I go in cov with them these days. At work in baginton I get 1 bar of “EE EDGE” which is ******* 2G no internet City centre it says I have full signal 5G but it takes about 5 minutes to send a WhatsApp. On iphone13 Shambles of a network

The problem seems to be the @EE Excutive Customer Relations (complaints) team. There is no one senior to them to ensure complaint procedures are followed, no one to whom you can report a matter to and you cannot log a complaint about them. @Ofcom need to investigate this breach.
