  • MarkMah11343144 Mark Maher (@MarkMah11343144) reported

@EE Guys, I have a question you may be able to answer because the call centre team can't. Why is there no signal in the PL4 area of Plymouth? I have to travel just over a mile into the city centre before I get an intermittent signal.

  • CatsHurricane Mrs Karloff (@CatsHurricane) reported

@EE My main frustration is that even with all this new technology no one can actually help without me physically going in store! I'm half inclined to say forget it and I'll find another provider. Will definitely think twice about it next time.

  • HelenGavaghan Helen Gavaghan. UK. Illustration. Photons, by me. (@HelenGavaghan) reported

@EE I propose when you sell package, for 14 days you freeze options as on day of sale, allowing modification of sale as customer understanding develops in 14 days. Had BT&you had compatible systems & done that, I'd have saved time&circa £10/month. No fault or lack of IT literacy.

  • markymarrow Mark Jenkins (@markymarrow) reported

@EE presumably it’ll sort itself in a month. I’d rather you pointed out the error to your web team so they can fix the issue

  • elyndys Dangerous dilettante (@elyndys) reported

@EE But why isn't network calling working...?

  • MarkMah11343144 Mark Maher (@MarkMah11343144) reported

@EE Oi! Does your account get monitored? Haven't had a response to my & many other EE subscribers signal issues in Plymouth!

  • OhThisBloodyPC Oh This Bloody Computer (@OhThisBloodyPC) reported

@EE Who chooses that awful tinny racket that you play to people when they're on hold to your call centre? Why not let people choose what they get to hear?
