@JasonG84Gaffa @andy_cov93 @EE That’s gone up a hell of a lot. I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for £10 a month

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

Non fibre broadband area, so reliant on ADSL via @SkyHelpTeam (crap at best) & 4g from @ThreeUKSupport which has been utterly shite for days. Neighbour has gone with @EE for poss faster 4g so waiting on their results. If good it’ll be “goodbye 3” for both broadband & 2x mobiles.

@EE well sorry to be say I will be leaving this network. No loyalty to customers, been with ee for many years. Just rang to upgrade my phone and the deals are ridiculous. Can get a loads better deal with another company.
